This is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhome about 2262 sqft. The house has four levels (including the patio), with a few steps to the entry.

**Additional Info About the Home** • This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout. • Street parking in front of the unit is free for up to 2 hours between 7 AM and 6 PM, but no parking is allowed from 6 PM to 12 AM — be sure to move your car to avoid a ticket.
**Other things to note** • Doorbell camera is present at the front door, and a Outdoor camera is present by the garage door. **About the Reservation** • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. • Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**About Fees & Pricing** • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.
**House Rules** • This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

The home was well appointed. It has a great view of the Space Needle and Seattle. The beds were comfortable. It is very close to a great grocery store. Only down side is parking is tight.

Beautiful property, exquisitely decorated! Loved having so much within walking distance. Super safe neighborhood, we walked from Climate Pledge after a concert in minutes! Love this property!

Wow! What a beautiful place!
We all loved this rental property. It was very clean and had many special design extras. Cozy beds, nice linens and gorgeous views out the windows! We loved the rooftop deck, even though the fireplace wasn't working, we just enjoyed the view! We'd definitely stay here again. Kitchen was well stocked, with filter pitcher for water, recycling bins, compost. Thank you!

Not only is this house beautiful, the location was fantastic and the roof top patio absolutely amazing! As great as all that was, it was the management team and their customer service. Second to none. It was too warm the first and second night. They came in while we were out and installed two A/C units in the middle floor bedrooms. Our friends then slept soundly the next two nights. We wanted for nothing and would stay here again and again on every trip to Seattle. Best vacation home experience ever. Thank you for making it extremely special and fun. Everyone needs to replicate y’all!!!

This unit is fabulous! The location is perfect, walking distance to so many things, and the view from the rooftop deck is amazing! The kitchen is clean, modern, fully functional and well equipped. The bedrooms are great, with comfortable beds and each has its own private bathroom. The top floor master suite is fantastic! The views are amazing, the room and bathroom are spacious, and the shower is huge, with 2 rain shower heads and 2 wands that can be handheld or positioned in their holder and easily adjusted to any position. The master closet is so big that our 7 year old grandson slept on the floor comfortably, on the far side of the master bathroom so with very nice separation from us and no noise issues. It’s like a 4th bedroom. The garage was a godsend for off street parking, which is absolutely priceless in this area. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Seattle with our family.
