Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We comfortably fit four families into this cabin, and it made for a fantastic family reunion. Beautiful cabin away from everything

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only few issues I had was they asked what time I would be arriving. I told them 3pm. I got a message about an hour before saying it wouldn't be ready til 5pm. Also, it's not in Pigeon Forge, it's closer to Cosby. Wasn't told this til it was booked. The cabin itself was beautiful and everything we wanted, I had 8 young adults with me. Be perfect for ones who want away from everything and doesn't mind driving.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. There was also rat droppings in the drawers in the kitchen. My son has red bumps all over him when we got home just to take him to the doctor to get told he has been bitten by bed bugs.

1st Visit to Elk Springs Resort property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in a property that was in Cosby TN...not sure where the main resort location is but we were only 25 minutes to Gatlinburg. Nice house that was clean and spacious. Plenty to do around the house and we used the movie theatre area a few nights as well. Hot tub broke on the first day so that was the only negative as it couldn’t get fixed during our stay. Management gave a credit as a nice gesture.
