Oh, regarde les vues sur l'horizon !! Situé directement sur la plage !!!  Située au cœur de la pittoresque ville balnéaire de Criccieth, à l’extrémité nord de la baie de Cardigan, Criccieth est orientée au sud. Les heures de soleil enregistrées sont équivalentes à celles de Devon et de Cornouailles. Généralement les étés sont chauds et les hivers .... Village à distance de marche. Beaucoup de restaurants fantastiques !!!
  Niché au pied du château vieux de 700 ans de Criccieth. Avec un Seaescape en constante évolution.  Une résidence substantielle victorienne avec un thème décalé nautique.
10 minutes en voiture de Porthmadog et Pwhelli. Plus loin sur la péninsule, vous découvrirez les sports nautiques à Abersoch.
La propriété peut être louée pour x2 personnes ou jusqu'à 13 adultes plus un enfant supplémentaire (lit dressé) et des bébés

La propriété dispose de nombreuses chambres avec vue imprenable sur la mer!
Criccieth abrite un superbe château à quelques minutes à pied de la propriété, assis sur le promontoire. Criccieth Possède une merveilleuse sélection de restaurants, salons de thé, cafés, poissonneries, friteries, glaciers, accessibles à pied dans le village.
Il y a une plage juste en face de la propriété et une autre à quelques minutes à pied. Il y a beaucoup ou aussi peu à faire pour vous. Nombreuses activités dans la région pour les jeunes familles à proximité.
Parcours de golf 1. 5 miles 69 par parcours un véritable joyau caché niché entre les montagnes de Snowdonia et la mer. Une superbe chute avec quelques trous excitants!

Portmeirion, le magnifique village à l'italienne où le prisonnier a été filmé, est à environ 25 minutes de route.

Le rez-de-chaussée comprend un grand salon / salle à manger ouvert. (Accessible aux fauteuils roulants)
La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec une cuisinière Rayburn et une cuisinière électrique supplémentaire. Il y a une télévision à écran plat 49 pouces. Grande table familiale pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 11 personnes et une chaise haute. Canapés italiens en cuir, pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 7 personnes.

Le 1er étage a un grand salon avec vue sur la mer !! italien
Canapés en cuir pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes, un élégant téléviseur à écran plat de 50 pouces. Jeux de société une bonne sélection de DVD
Il y a aussi une salle de bains familiale avec toilettes séparées supplémentaires.
Ps La salle de bain du rez-de-chaussée a une porte étroite qui n’est pas assez large pour un accès en fauteuil roulant standard.

Debbie was excellent host and the house was superb for our needs and in a great location. We did find the lower floor bedroom and bathroom cold though in comparison to the rest of the house.

Great Family property

Stunning location and a great property for all the family to holiday together. There were 8 adults, five children and a dog in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone! The Penthouse is a beautiful escape room with amazing views.

Wonderful stay

Beautiful house situated by the sea! Well furnished and maintained with a high standard of facilities throughout. Host very responsive. Will definitely stay there again. We were a family of 5 - 4 adults and one teenager.

Lovely house, great location,

It was an amazing location and we made full use of the beach opposite the house. The house was well appointed but there were a number of inaccuracies in the layout advertised as well as an episode with door knobs

Fantastic Place!

This is a great property, and is highly recommended! Debbie is great to communicate with, the property was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. Great location; looking out onto the shoreline is superb. The area is good too; things are a little strange with Covid being around, but all in all we were able to get out and about in most cases. Thanks for a lovely time!

Lovely stay

We had a fabulous stay great location opposite the beach and easy to park. House was fabulous with lots of kitchen utensils. 12 of us stayed in the house with two dogs and it never felt like we didn’t have plenty of space. We had an issue with the boiler and Debbie was straight on the phone to us and very friendly. Would 100% recommend this house.

Group Getaway

Brilliant group accommodation on the beach. Fun decorations, brilliant bathrooms and a very effective kitchen lounge for social events. It didn’t matter that the rain set in, the house had more than enough room to enjoy get away celebrations with a little penthouse retreat to enjoy the stunning views. Plenty of activities to make the most of close by and the best ice cream just a short walk up the road Very much recommended for a very enjoyable group stay Thanks for a great weekend!

Lovely house, lovely view, lovely spot!

A big family holiday with a group including 7 kids ranging from 6 to 17 and grandpa at 80 years! Everyone loved this holiday - Criccieth is a lovely location. Easy for Snowdonia, easy for Lynn peninsula and beaches. Porthmadog close by. House was lovely, right on seafront, clean and well kitted out. Kids loved the beach. Comfortable beds, great views, parking wasn’t a problem. All good 👍

Beautiful family home

The how’s beautiful and the host lost gracious. We were a bit surprised there were no laundry services but the host connected us with a great laundry service within walking distance, so we had clean laundry and no work! The View is a very comfortable home with great gathering space , very comfortable sleeping and plenty of bathrooms. If it were closer, I’d return often. The host was very welcoming.

Visit to criccieth

We had booked this house as a base as part of my 90 year old mother in law’s birthday celebrations. We were taking her to the war graves in Caernarfon. The house has a great view over Cardigan bay. It was spotlessly clean, well furnished and brilliantly set up for the 10 of us who stayed. Lovely walks,nearby shop and restaurants to suit all tastes. We had a brilliant weekend and would definitely recommend. The hosts even arranged sunshine for us the whole weekend 😊

In general good. Reported washing machine leak, nothing done. As it was in a bathroom more attention should have been paid to it. Great weather for Wales. Paddy's fish and chips superb. Gelato stall fantastic. Everybody enjoyed the week.

Lovely house by the sea

We had a lovely break for new year at this lovely house. There were 13 of us all together with 2 dogs. Excellent location and very facilities in the house. We couldn’t master the Rayburn in the kitchen and get it to light. It wasn’t a problem though because we had an electric cooker. All in all a lovely stay and would recommend and return. Thank you

celebrating hubbys 60th

Lovely house for family celebrations, we were grandparents, children and little grandchildren. Loved the big kitchen were we could all gather whilst cooking and chatting followed by the solace of the sitting room on the 1st floor when the children went to bed. The many showers for cleaning the kids from the beach. Sitting outside of a morning with a brew watching the porpoise pass by and a stroll over to the rocks of an evening to watch the seals bask in the sun. Perfect large house to accommodate all our needs. Thank you

Beautiful property, amazing location.

The view are amazing and change every day. The house is beautiful, especially the penthouse and has everything you need for your holiday. The area is lovely and quiet, but there are a couple of pubs and a great indian restaurant/takeaway. So many showers and bathrooms so never a queue when theres a lot of you. Huge table to fit everyone around for dinner and lots of games in the cupboard. The beach was pebbly but great- we flew kites, painted pebbles and did metal detecting. Lots of locals go for open water swimming there too. Abersoc is not far and that was alobely place to visit as was the snowdon mountain railway and Caernarfon.

Warning Needs Attention

When we arrived at the property the heating was not working and never worked the whole weekend, downstairs bedroom was smelly but after airing did get better, very limited hot water, worked in odd bathrooms at odd times, had to use each other’s showers due to hot water issues, 2 nights an electric pumps was running all night so 2 of the bedrooms were noisy, I spent a huge amount of time on the phone with the owner being talked through to switch this, open that try this that and the other eventually I was talked through to open a locked cupboard that was full of electric heaters and plug them in, I eventually got fed up and just carried on with enjoying our weekend away in Criccieth, the owner initially agreed to a part refund but had a change of mind. I would recommend Criccieth but not this house

Adversely Disappointed!! The guest from Hell!!! Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We go above and beyond to keep the property to a high standard as 99% of guests will agree .Owning and letting this property for the past 5 years we have Never experienced such a daunting ordeal! Unfortunately, due to the avaricious society and world we live in there’s certainly no compassion or appreciation as to what effort is implemented. Out of our control, due to an air lock in the central heating system and part of the hot water and heating was affected. We immediately supplied x 6 heaters. Within 12 hours plumber spent 3 hours trying to rectify the issue. The room temperature averaged at 19.5-20 degrees. As compensation we offered the use of Penthouse to resolve the issue on the request that they sacrificed the room that had the noise of the pump and so-called smell which (strangely disappeared!) After inspection it was revealed that Only x 2 SHOWERS could have possibly been affected by the malfunction as the other x 3 operate independently. Proof being the property has been let twice after this occasion with no issues and Extremely satisfied guests! Putting all into perspective we did everything within our power to resolve the situation. Disappointingly after all the effort we were then requested to reimburse £300!! We were prepared to further compensate a further £100 but unfortunately were not given time to do so. The guest was aware that sadly we we had just lost a close family member, still no compassion! Thus as a result the vindictive review. Hence this guest is certainly NOT welcome to return to very popular property to which many guests are delighted with!!!!
