Cet endroit magnifique a tellement à offrir ... Il est temps de décompresser et de vous détendre avec la vue imprenable sur le lac et les îles Apôtres, tout en profitant de la commodité d'être au centre-ville de La Pointe.

Sunset Perch est une retraite bienvenue de la vie bien remplie. Il se trouve à quelques pas du ferry Madeline Island. Il y a beaucoup à apprécier en plein air - les plages de l'île Madeline, la randonnée, le golf, l'aire de jeux, les parcs et le tennis sont tous à proximité.

Nous vous invitons à siroter un café sur le pont le matin, ou à admirer le magnifique coucher de soleil avec une boisson fraîche, après une longue journée de plaisir! Faites du vélo ou du cyclomoteur au parc d'État de Big Bay pour une randonnée, du kayak ou faites un plongeon dans le lac.

Chaleureux et accueillant, ce condo bien aménagé est parfait pour des vacances en famille, pour de longs week-ends et des escapades pour des occasions spéciales.

Doté d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, salon, salle à manger, deux chambres complètes et une salle de bain complète. Beaucoup de fenêtres rendent le condo lumineux et aéré. Des portes coulissantes en verre mènent à une grande terrasse donnant sur le lac, où vous pourrez bronzer, plonger dans un bon livre et savourer un cocktail.

L'emplacement du centre-ville est pratique pour tous les magasins, pubs et surtout pour profiter des nombreuses options de restauration, à quelques pas.

Un parking est disponible si vous décidez d'apporter votre voiture, mais une voiture n'est pas nécessaire.

We had the best stay possible. The location was amazing as it was close to the ferry and town attractions, had parking available and had a superb balcony where we could enjoy the lakefront. We felt right at home throughout our stay.

We came for the Apple Festival and really enjoyed staying on the island to get away from the crowds. The rental had an excellent view of Lake Superior and was equipped with just about everything a person would need.

Amazing Stay!

We were not anticipating staying on Madeline Island, but we are so glad we did! This location was perfect, right downtown easy to walk to all the shops and beautiful views for coffee in the morning or wine at night. Super clean, check in and check out were super easy and it was great having easy parking!

Overall great stay!

It was a great place to stay. Clean, comfortable and the balcony was big for a beautiful view. The only problem I encountered was the dog at the bottom of the step. I had to go around. He was a mix with pit bull. I am sure you can't help that. Dogs now days have more privileges than humans.

Perfect location to explore the island

Very comfortable place to stay. Loved the location right in the heart of the action. Easy access to the ferry, morning coffee and treats right downstairs as well as bike rentals and restaurants all right by. Beds were pretty comfy and space great for relaxing. Finding serenity

The condo was as I expected, convenient location. 2 blocks from the ferry dock. I had to go to Bayfield to meet my daughter, granddaughter and great granddaughter . We had a great time on Madeline Island and would go there again. 20 stairs was a bit rough but was good exercise.

Well apportioned and close to everything

My wife and I stayed here when she was taking a week-long class at the School of Arts. The condo was exactly as described and included all the kitchen items needed. The home is centrally located within easy walking of the town’s amenities. It’s about a 4 minute drive to the Madeline Island School of Arts, if that’s your primary destination. Great views of the harbor and people scurrying around the town from the deck.

Great location right in the middle of La Pointe

We had a great stay in this 2 bed condo right on the main street in LaPointe….close to ferry, food, and a view of the harbor. There was an energy that comes from that. Communication with the hosts was excellent - they showed a real concern that we experience a good stay. Very appreciated. It is not a new place - had some quirks but overall met our needs and beyond. Bonus: The restaurant below our condo serves a delicious dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings.
