spacieuse villa située sur un terrain plein sud avec une grande terrasse couverte et une grande piscine. La villa est située dans le village de Paderne, un village typiquement portugais calme. Dans le village, vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants, snack-bars, une banque et un supermarché et des sentiers pédestres agréables. Ceci est une base idéale pour explorer les plages de l'Algarve et Vilamoura Marina ce ne sont que 20 minutes en voiture.

La villa a été récemment rénové, dispose de 4 chambres avec salle de bains, cuisine neuve entièrement équipée, salon et salle à manger. En dehors d'une grande terrasse couverte avec table à manger, un coin salon et barbecue maison.

Les 4 chambres se composent de deux chambres avec sommiers king size et deux chambres qui peuvent être mis en place que deux roi ou quatre lits jumeaux. Dans chaque chambre, il y a une grande armoire.

La cuisine est équipée d'un lave-vaisselle intégré et d'un four à micro-ondes, plaques à induction et d'un réfrigérateur-congélateur américain, le café et le thé.

Le salon est équipé pour 8 personnes, dispose d'une télévision à écran plat avec accès à Meo et les chaînes internationales.

Devant la maison est une chambre avec lave-linge et sèche-linge.

C'est un établissement sans fumée.

Beautiful villa, we had a wonderful time here. The villa was so much nicer than we expected from the pictures. It is spacious and the fact that everyone had their own bathroom was brilliant. The pool and outside area was one of the best we had stayed in. You do need a car as the villa was a little way out but if you are looking for peace and tranquility then this villa is perfect! We can’t wait to come back

Amazing villa close to the Algarve

We had a fantastic stay in the villa and loved the pool and BBQ area. The bathrooms and kitchen all look recently renovated and were even better than the pictures led us to believe. Missing it already and would love to return!

Fabulous villa

We think this is the best villa we have stayed in. Large and perfect for all the family. Great pool. Close enough to drive to Albufeira and the coast. We visited the beach in Gale, Aqualand and had superb boat trip from Albufeira Marina. Can’t recommend this villa highly enough - amazing.

Absolutely wonderful stay

Just returned from a week in this glorious villa. The property has a lovely open plan feel and the fantastic outside pool/BBQ area outside was where we found ourselves most days. All rooms are en suite and finished to an excellent standard. Our only regret was that we didn’t spend our two weeks in Portugal in Pascale and Wim’s beautiful home. We will definitely be back. Thanks again!

Wow what can I say. This villa was way better than I expected and I had high expectations from the beautiful pictures. It was in the most perfect location which was private and remote. We hired 2 cars and explored the area and the restaurants were fantastic. Our children loved the pool, we couldn’t get them out, so we enjoyed BBQs too in the most organized BBQ area set up. On arrival the villa was immaculate and the bedding smelt incredible. I just want to thank both Pascale and Wim for their communication and beautiful villa, thank you for letting us share this slice of perfection you guys literally had thought of everything

Fabulous relaxing stay in a beautiful villa

We had a wonderful 10 days staying in this beautiful, peaceful villa. The local village (Paderne) has restaurants, bars and cafes and a few small supermarkets. Larger supermarkets are about 20 minutes away by car. The villa is very well equipped and very clean and tidy. The bedrooms are all en suite and generously proportioned. The outside space is just wonderful with the beautiful pool and shady terrace. The villa is approximately 30 mins from Albufeira and around 20 - 25 minutes from the nearest beaches by car.

An absolutely stunning property - I wish it was mine! The photos really don't do it justice.We traveled as a family composed of 7 adults and the villa had everything we needed and more. Comfortable beds, 4 bedrooms with ensuite shower-rooms, plenty of hot water and air conditioning. Spacious living areas inside and outside. A really well equipped kitchen and a great outdoor kitchen/BBQ area.The pool was beautifully maintained with plenty of sunbeds and loungers to sit on. Shady areas under the trees or under the parasol were plentiful.The area where the villa is located is peaceful. The nearest restaurant and bar is a 10 minute walk away and a car is essential for trips to the supermarket and nearest town/village.We really didn't want to leave and would go back in a heartbeat!

The villa was beautiful and had lots of helpful extras for a family. We travelled with grandparents, 2 older children and a 2 year old...the space was perfect. Wim and Pascale were both welcoming and quick to respond to any issues. Unfortunately, we were without water for extended periods of time on 2 occasions during our stay...the last one being right up until almost 8.30pm on the night before we left to fly home. We were advised that it was a problem in the village. Sadly, those experiences did impact our overall stay at the villa. The mosquitoes were also a huge problem and some us reacted very badly to the bites. These were 2 issues that were out of the control of Wim and Pascale but points that should be noted when booking. The only areas that could be improved with the actual villa could be perhaps a ping pong table or darts board for the older children. We did enjoy our stay and made some lovely memories :)

For anyone that wants to find the ideal villa in the Algarve, look no further than this one!! We were 2 families of 4 and each person wanted something different from their holiday ie golf, shops, restaurants, nightlife etc and although the village is fairly quiet everything is within easy reach. I do know that getting an Uber from and to the villa was easy and about 12 Euros to Albuferia/Vilamoura.The villa is fabulous and definately has the wow factor especially outside around the pool where we spent most of our time. There were plenty of sunbeds and reclining chairs around the oversized pool which was the perfect temperature. The box of inflatables and games added to the fun.The kitchen was clean and stocked with everything that you could possibly need. We were very happy when we opened the fridge on our arrival to see the generous offerings of beers, wines, water and ice. Dont waste money buying lemons and limes for your drinks as the trees outside kept us fully stocked! The 4 bedrooms were all en suite with a very modern finish and the showers were great.We did have a problem with the A/C in one of the bedrooms whilst staying at the villa but credit to Pascale who resolved the issue as well as he could as parts were needed and there was a Portuguese National holiday to contend with. Also, a big thanks to Pascale who allowed us to stay on a bit longer on our departure day as we had a late flight home.Obrigada Pascale.

Beautiful villa in peaceful location

We had an amazing stay in this gorgeous villa. It was so spacious and had everything we needed and more. It was all incredibly clean including the high spec kitchen appliances. The WiFi was a bonus for the kids and they loved having their own bathrooms. The pool and outside area were definitely where we spent the majority of our time. Everywhere was so comfortable and relaxing. Vilamoura and Loulé were places we visited that were not too far away. Thank you Pascale and Wim for letting us stay.

Great for a relaxing holiday

Well equipped Villa in a peaceful location. We stayed 4 adults and 4 children. For us, the pool area was amazing and the kids spent alot of time in it. Good sized bedrooms and overall great standard made our holiday a dream.

Beautiful Villa with great outdoor space

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa, with the standout aspects being the quality of appliances/furniture and a great pool and veranda to enjoy the sun. The villa is located just outside Paderne, which is a nice local village and offers a small shop, bars and a fuel station. The villa sits of a small road and up a steep track but is nicely situated and has a peaceful location with a few villas and local fields surrounding the plot. The villa is exactly as the photos display with a large well appointed pool, a great BBQ area and along veranda that runs the length of the property. This area has a long dining table for al fresco eating and a nice corner rattan sofa for chilling. This area is always in the shade and a wonderful place for breakfast. The beds were comfy and all rooms air conditioned. We cooked for the majority and the kitchen is well appointed with all equipment and a decent hob and oven. The meo television provided a range of programmes for our kids to watch. WIFI is slow but expected given its rural location. Only slight issue was the plumbing was a little temperamental on a few occasions, but this didnt cause us any issue. Overall a fantastic villa that provided us a great base to explore the Algarve. Albuferia about 20 mins, Guia supermarket 20 mins and the A22 toll road about 15 mins away.
