IdĂ©alement situĂ© au cƓur de Paris, charmant appartement, sur DEUX ÉTAGES trĂšs calme et trĂšs lumineux : 6e Ă©tage avec ascenseur. 2 chambres avec 2 grands lits et une chambre avec 1 petit lit. IMPORTANT : L'appartement ne peut accueillir plus de 4 personnes. Il est aussi dĂ©conseillĂ© aux familles avec enfants. L'escalier conduisant Ă  l'Ă©tage n'Ă©tant pas adaptĂ© aux enfants en bas Ăąge. Enfin, les voisins Ă©tant attachĂ©s Ă  la tranquillitĂ© de cet immeuble trĂšs calme, nous ne pouvons nous permettre d'accueillir des groupes susceptibles de faire trop de bruit. L'appartement sera donc de la mĂȘme façon dĂ©conseillĂ© aux adultes susceptibles de " faire la fĂȘte " ! UN GRAND MERCI POUR VOTRE COMPREHENSION. A 2 pas de la maison : Le Louvre, le Palais Royal, Beaubourg, la rue St-HonorĂ©, la Rue de Rivoli, le nouveau centre CanopĂ©e Forum des Halles (toutes les grandes enseignes commerciales). A 15 minutes Ă  pied : OpĂ©ra, le Marais, quartier Saint Michel, Notre Dame, les Champs-ElysĂ©es. Sans oublier Ă  5 minutes le charmant et vivant quartier de Montorgeuil avec ses rue piĂ©tonnes et ses restaurants et brasseries. Appartement entourĂ© de toutes les stations de MĂ©tro et de RER pour aller Ă  la Tour Eiffel, au ChĂąteau de Versailles. SOYEZ LES BIENVENUS !

Great Location and Perfect for our Needs

My friends and I (four of us in total) stayed here for a week. It was perfect for what we needed. We each had a bed and the apartment is in a great location - not far from the Louvre. It was clean and the owner did a great job of communicating with us and making us feel at home.

Perfect location

The apartment was beautifully situated between restaurants, access to the Metro, and walking distance to many sites we visited. The building is a quiet, charming escape from the busy day. All the basics are provided, and Daniel is very attentive to any questions or recommendations you might require. Several markets to stock up on necessities are close by. I would definitely recommend this to friends, and would stay again if I return to Paris!

Amazing location, perfectly quaint

Three friends and I were lucky enough to stay at Daniel’s beautiful Parisian apartment in the 1st and couldn’t say enough good things about it. It’s situated in a really wonderful location closeby to a major metro station, cafes, shops, grocer, etc. which made for a really smooth trip. Daniel was incredibly helpful when we requested his expert guidance on navigating the city - he is a wonderful host! We definitely plan on returning one day.

Family girls trip

This was the perfect set-up for our group of six. And, we couldn't ask for a better location! It's close to a metro stop, the train station shopping, restaurants, bakeries and the Louvre is just a few blocks away. Daniels is easy to communicate with also. We could not have had a better place to stay.

Marvelous stay in the heart of the city

This apartment was a short walking distance to so many excellent restaurants, 3 metro stops and RER directly to airport, and the Louvre, Centre Pompidou, and Forum Les Halles shopping area!! The host, Daniel, was quick to respond and so helpful with any little question I had. The apartment was perfect for our stay in Paris with all of the amenities that one could ever want. Highly recommend!!

Great location!

The apartment was comfortable, clean and so easy to access restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies. For fast easy access to any part of Paris, contact BOLT, cheaper than Taxis and you can order online on their website and they are usually there very quickly! We used them constantly because we could not walk great distances due to our age and health problems and they were so reasonable! Would rent again!

Great Location

Place worked great for our week long stay in Paris for our family including our 3 teenage daughters. Quiet, clean, easy & numerous metro stations nearby. There are a few grocery stores on the way back to the apartment from the different train stations. Daniel was a great communicator & gave great instructions on how to find the apartment the first time since Las Halles Metro Station is huge. We needed a place to sleep & regroup each day and this place worked great for our needs.

Fantastic location for walking to many great sights of Paris!!

This property is just two blocks from the Louvre and easy walking to many other sights and neighborhoods of central Paris but remains quiet. It is tiny but has everything you need with very comfortable beds. We were five people but very comfortable despite the small space. The layout is just as it appears in the photos with the wc being next to the bath. The host responds to inquiries quickly and the housekeeper very pleasant and belpful. The 6 flights of stairs are not that steep and an elevator is being installed in the building.

Kitschy and comfy!

We loved this place! The location was great, there was plenty of space for our family of 5. The beds were large and comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and herbs, and there was even a large refrigerator with plenty of room for all the groceries you might need during your stay. Daniel was so helpful both before and during our stay! All of the apartment and check-in information was detailed and thorough. I emailed Daniel a few times during our stay for recommendations and he responded instantly and gave us tons of ideas. Really great place, I would highly recommend this apartment. Daniel is the BEST.

Our Paris home!

My family and I enjoyed this quaint Parisian flat on the top floor very much. It was walking distance to so many things. (The Louvre was a 10 minute walk.) Though it did get quite hot during the heat wave we were able to cool it down with open windows and the fans that are provided. Daniel was a great host and communicator. The place fit my husband and I on the main and our 4 children up in cozy upper level. I loved the classic courtyard location as well!

We stayed for six nights and it was perfect. The apartment was just what we wanted. The perfect size and the location was ideal. Daniel's instructions and communication were outstanding. The place was clean and felt very safe. We were there during a heat wave and the fans really helped but could have used more since it was it was on the top floor. Though all things considered the place stayed cooler than outside. I would recommend having a lounge chair or a small love seat in the dining room area. I would absolutely stay again.

Small but charming

What the flat lacks in space - it is a little cramped upstairs, it makes up for in charm. It has oodles of it. The flat is set in a lovely courtyard behind the biggest door I have sever seen. It is a quiet and pleasant setting. I did not know this area of Paris that well but I was very impressed with it. It is very central, so that you can walk to most places. You have the Palais Royal just round the corner, the delightful Place Des Victoires and if you fancy some nightlife Rue Montorgueil has some lovely bars and restaurants. We had a very enjoyable and easy stay and I would recommend it. Daniel was very helpful.

Exceptional host

We had a wonderful stay in Daniel’s apartment. It was important that we each had our own space so having 3 bedrooms was great. Daniel is an outstanding host. Communication was top notch throughout. It’s a humble apartment that is quiet and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. Stairs to upper bedrooms very tight and narrow but totally doable. Thought one bathroom would be a challenge but it really wasn’t. Extra sink upstairs came in handy. Location super convenient. Les Halles is pretty close. Definitely go there for best grocery options. That’s where we picked up the metro as well. Highly recommend, thank you Daniel!!

Paris apartment

This apartment is in an excellent location, about a 5-7 minute walk the Les Halles Chatelet or Louvre Metro stops. Daniel was an excellent host, extremely responsive. We had an issue with a faucet and I texted him, and he came the next day and repaired it. Check-in was easy. The apartment itself is clearly a real home, and it is somewhat rustic. There is a table for eating, but there is not really a living room, so there is no sofa or lounging chairs in the common area. The master bedroom is spacious. We enjoyed the location, and towards the end of our stay discovered a cool pedestrian zone with many restaurants a few blocks away. This apartment is a good option if you want an excellent location in central Paris and are okay with a more rustic apartment in exchange for a very good price.

great location and value

We are a family of six with children ranging from 10-16. We loved this apartment. You are so close to all tourist attractions but on a quiet block that also has groceries, bakery, restaurants within a few blocks. The layout was very good for a family where the kids can have some down time and privacy (and fast wi-fi) in the tiny rooms upstairs and the parents enjoy the big and lovely mbr on the main floor. The kitchen is small but really well organized with everything you need for basic cooking when you need it. Very small w/c and only one bathroom, but that wasn't important to us. Everything worked and was clean and in good order. We also didn't mind the walk up the stairs. Worth it for the value and location of this apartment. Being high up, and in the back of the courtyard it was also really quiet, with no street noise issues. Finally, kudos to the owner who was prompt and professional and answered every question we came up with. This is exactly how vrbo should work. Thanks, and we look forward to coming back in the future.

Exceptionnel grand appartement au coeur de Paris et pourtant hyper calme

Idéalement situé entre le Louvre et les Halles, sur les toits, appartement ancien avec son charme fou et ses quelques petits inconvénients. TrÚs spacieux, trÚs propre, vraiment agréable, 2 belles chambres avec de vrais lits confortables (pas des canapé-lit). Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Un havre de paix assez incroyable au vu de sa situation, pas un bruit la nuit. Notre hÎte a été présent de la réservation à la fin du séjour. Merci pour l'accueil, la disponibilité et la flexibilité. Check-in hyper facile. Bref c'est sûr que nous reviendrons.

Un appartement idéalement situé au centre de Paris

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille en plein centre de Paris. Tout était bien organisé: les informations étaient précises et le propriétaire était facilement joignable, agréable et réactif. La situation de l'appartement permet de visiter Paris à pied. Nous avons vu une piÚce de théùtre à la Comédie française et nous avons visité Le Louvre, la Tour Eiffel, le Musée Grevin et le Musée d'Histoire Naturelle. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location!
