A viewpoint off the beaten path

Big and nice house, plenty of space for us 6 adults and 5 children. The pool is great and all the facilities are exemplary. Two refrigerators and plenty of dishes. Wonderful view. Quite secluded which suited us well. 🌞

Lovely villa with amazing views and good value for money

Great views and a really good price for the size of the villa. The property was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the facilities were good overall. The owner was also very responsive. We had an issue with the lighting and someone was sent out to fix it the next day which we really appreciated.

Family Holiday 2026

Villa Panoramica certainly lived up to is name with spectacular views and secluded location, which was excellent for our group of twelve people. The route to the villa is certainly interesting via a tight single track road. The towns of Old Faro , Olhao, Tavira all within 20 minutes car travel. The overall standard of the Villa was good ,bedrooms were large with air conditioning, good size swimming pool. Games room was ideal for the children on really hot days . No Parasols or cover on the Pergola offering shade. A number of lights were not working No baking sheets in oven for Pizzas / chips etc. Internet was slow. Gates to Villa ,often keypad not working, sometimes used keyfob from adjoining villa to open No depth warning around the swimming pool (for small children)

Recommended

We stayed in this beautiful villa for 12 days . From the moment we arrived we were impressed by the peaceful atmosphere, and modern elegance of the property. We experienced an electrical issue, rectified within a few hours . Pool and property cleaned during our stay and we were furnished with clean towels and bed linen. Roads to Villa were a little troublesome and the driveway is rather steep . Great views from the top. Highlight is the pool , pristine generously sized , surrounded by lovely terrace area perfect for relaxing in the sun , felt like a private oasis . Comfortable and tranquil .

Stayed for 3 nights at the end of a week stay further up the Algarve. Great views! Villa is older but large, clean and spacious with AMAZING views. Be aware, it's a good 5-minute drive uphill to the villa. Great games room for the kids when hot and easy to get to Estoi, Faro and Olhoa. There is little shade (if any round the pool).

Spacious, comfortable and great views - ideal base for a relaxing family holiday.

Villa Panoramica is an ideal base for a family looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The villa is spacious, well-equipped and offers great views and includes a good -sized pool. Sitting on the terrace in the evening sun is an ideal way to end the day. The villa is a little remote in terms of accessibility and there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance so a car is essential but the reward is the great setting. Would happily recommend the villa for a family looking for a place to chill out!

Très belle villa

L’endroit est très calme, parfais pour se reposer, c est très spacieux, propre, une belle piscine, de grands espaces extérieurs, une vue sur Olhão et Faro magnifique. Les 2 grands frigo et la pièce pour stocker les courses sont très pratique. La clim dans chaque chambre est très apprécié. L’agence est très réactive en cas de besoin quel qu’il soit. Il manque de l’ombre à l’extérieur, la table qu on voit sur la photo avec la piscine n’est pas la bonne, c’est une tonnelle en bois qui est ajouré, la table et les chaise sont en béton, pas tres confort. Il faudrait un parasol pour la terrasse du haut. Les volets sont ajourés donc il fait assez jour dans les chambres dès le lever du soleil. La cuisine manque un peu d équipement, plateau, grand plat, passoire. Par contre attention la route d’accès peut surprendre, c est en hauteur donc la pente est raide et la route assez cabossé et la végétation envahissante donc ça raye les voitures.

magnifique

superbe villa avec une vue magnifique avec tout le mobiler qu'il faut et une piscine très grande et une grande pièce avec billard et ping pong. Nous avons tous passés un agréable séjour.

heerlijk genoten met het gezin van de rust, ruimte, het uitzicht en het lekkere klimaat

de prachtige lokatie, het mooie uitzicht en de ruime woning ook de spelruimte was erg leuk om met de oudere kinderen een spelletje tafeltennis en polen te doen. de hoeveelheid water wat uit de douche kwam was erg weinig en was niet comfortabel dat was jammer.

Нас было 9 человек,взяли виллу на 3 дня Нам очень понравилось,быссейн кажется маленький но на самом деле он глубокий и места хватало для всех и даже наша малышка в годик смогла искупаться 🤭🤩все было отлично,к нам на второй день приехал человек и чистил бассейн,это очень хорошо,только мы думали что в эти дни кто-то приедет и будет убирать так как мы в отпуске и не хотелось убираться,но в принципе мы остались довольны выбором,приедем еще

Een mooie, nette villa in een prachtige omgeving

Goede communicatie met de organisatie via booking. De villa was absoluut prachtig en overtrof al mijn verwachtingen. Het was super schoon en netjes. Er waren helaas veel muggen in de villa, maar daar is helaas niks aan te doen. Verder duurt het wel even met het terugkrijgen van borg en de extra kosten die worden gerestitueerd. Ik heb deze tot dusver nog niet ontvangen, maar ga ervan uit dat dit nog wel lukt na de goede communicatie met de organisatie.

Lovely Villa with Breathtaking Views

We were a group of 13 friends with young children and had an amazing stay at Villa Panoramica! Great communication with the rental company throughout and very reasonably priced. The pool was particularly nice and would definitely recommend getting it heated like we did. The villa is in quite a rustic area so very quiet and peaceful, but a bit of a journey to get to local shops etc. Only room for improvement would be things like the oven/dishwasher etc are getting on a bit and not overly effective. Otherwise a cracking villa and a great holiday had by all. :-)

Not clean and poor maintenance

The house was not clean and lacked maintenance… the staff at seashell was helpful and tried their best to cover for it (e.g. replacing a broken coffee machine or immediately coming to clean the pool) but it something you wouldn’t expect from the amount you pay for the house and the pictures advertised (obviously from long time ago…). Deposit was returned but after a few reminders… and management promised to assess compensation for the poor conditions of the house, still waiting… it’s a pity based on the house potential but overall, I would not recommend it
