Great place loved our stay here right on the beach very nice pool met great people made a lot of great memories watched dolphins from our balcony & was able to get a earlier check in owners got with us right away or whole experience was perfect

We had an incredible view of the beach and easy access to both the pool and the beach. The condo was clean and very up to date; it had everything we needed for the week.
This is our view from our balcony.
We had private chairs and umbrellas for the complex - we never had an issue finding a set for the day.

The shower did not work when we arrived Saturday! Was not fixed till Tuesday afternoon! Washing machine was broke and was never fixed! The condo really could use a paint job!

Beautiful condo, great views, great location!

Huntington by the Sea did not disappoint. The grounds are well kept and the view is spectacular. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Convenient to Beach, Shopping, Groceries, Liquor and STARBUCKS.

We had stayed at Huntington a couple of years ago and loved it. Like the fact that it is only 5 stories high, well maintained and close to the beach and secure. Could not be more convenient to all you need to enjoy a trip to the beach.

Very nice condo. Building exterior is a little worn, but inside was very nice. Great location!

The relative small size of the complex contributes to the experience. Pool and grounds are well maintained even if building exterior looks a little worn in spots. The condo was very comfortable and well stocked. Beach is very nice.

The location of Huntington by the Sea is absolutely beautiful, and having the private beach is incredible. We have stayed here for the last four years and love the property and location!Communication with Ocean Reef was great throughout our stay. They were responsive, professional, and handled the issues we encountered very well.There are, however, some things inside this particular unit that need attention. Upon checking the beds, we found that all of the pillows on both beds were heavily stained, including sweat and other stains. We did not feel comfortable using them, so we purchased new pillows at Walmart and left them at the condo.There were also a few broken items upon arrival, including the coffee table, although they did not affect our stay. We noticed dust on the doors and hair in both bathrooms, but otherwise the unit appeared relatively clean.There are family photos throughout the condo. This was our first experience with this and was definitely a little different. On our last full day, a significant leak from the unit upstairs caused water to come into our kitchen and guest bedroom & bathroom through the ceiling. Ocean Reef was incredibly responsive, and we greatly appreciated the maintenance gentleman and how quickly he handled the cleanup.We would stay with Ocean Reef again.

Great condo. Great location.

We enjoyed staying at this condo. The condo and the grounds are very clean and we felt very safe. The grounds workers were friendly and helpful. The balcony is a good size so we spent a lot of time there. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook meals. There is a Keurig and a traditional coffee maker - it was great to have both. There isn't a washer and dryer in the unit but both are located directly across the hall which was very convenient. Both machines take credit cards so that was easy. We rented bikes and could easily ride to the coffee shops, grocery, outlet mall & restaurants. We would stay here again for sure.

Great condo! Very clean!

Overall, our stay was fantastic and the condo was extremely clean and well kept. We loved everything about the condo, the pool, and the beach. Although, there were 2 things in the descriptions that I found misleading. It states the unit has a washer and dryer. It does not. There is a communal coin-operated laundry facility in the hallway outside the condo for all the tenants on the floor to use. This was disappointing as I specifically was looking for a condo that had a washer and dryer in the unit. The other thing I found misleading was the "free daily dolphin cruise and snorkeling adventure" advertisement. You get one free admission per day. So if you have a family, these amenities are not "free." Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this condo. We just hope that these misleading things will be corrected! Thanks for a great vacation!

Condo good, rental company bad

Master bath had a bad leak. Water all over the floor. Took several attempts to get in touch with someone. Rental company response was poor. Had no plan for weekend issues. No communication. Spent 1st 2 days of vacation trying to get issue fixed.

Easy and relaxing

All the essentials. Friendly fellow vacationers. Good beach experience, no fuss chair and umbrella accommodations. Older property could use some upgrades but ease of stay outweighs any negatives. Would chose Huntington by the Sea again.

A little disappointed

Beautiful beach. Condo a little outdated. Nice bathrooms and kitchen. Carpet in bedrooms old and needs to be replaced. Two queen beds in 2nd bedroom very hard and uncomfortable. New mattress or pillow top would help.

Perfect location at Sandestin!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at 402 Huntington by the Sea!!! The location was perfect and the complex is is only 5 stories high, which makes for an uncrowded beach...close to shopping and restaurants...the pool is just the right size for the kids...the complex is so calm and quiet!! Perfect for families!!! Having the beach service with 2 chairs and umbrella waiting on us everyday was very convenient! 402 was super clean upon our arrival...the beds slept great...the kids enjoyed all of the board games...the kitchen has everything you need to cook or bake any kind of meal...and the views of the beach are breathtaking!!! The laundry area (that is kept pristine) is just outside of our door, which made it super easy to wash clothes if needed! We will definitely be back!!!! Thank you for such a wonderful vacation 🌊😄

The property was easy to get to, and upon arriving and entering the unit we were impressed! Great updates, in the kitchen and bathrooms! The access to the beach was great and the view was awesome! Very convenient to restaurants and shopping! We would go back!
