À voir absolument!! Ce condo de villa de golf entièrement meublé est situé dans le magnifique Edgewater Beach Resort! Cette propriété est un 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain de luxe. Cette unité a été complètement mise à jour avec New: sols en céramique, meubles, luminaires, appareils ménagers, armoires et décoration. Le balcon 1 mène au salon et à la suite principale. La Master Suite dispose d'un lit King size et d'un futon pour accueillir 2 enfants ou 1 adulte. La salle de bain est dotée d’un large combo baignoire / douche à jets, d��un meuble-lavabo à 2 éviers et d��un grand placard de rangement. La suite junior dispose de 2 lits queen et d'un accès à la salle de bains. Invité Master a un lit King et un accès privé au balcon 2 et salle de bain priv��e. Un canap�� flambant neuf dans le salon ... pour 9-10 personnes à l'aise!

A small piece of paradise, we’ve been going to Edgewater for thirty years or so. The grounds are still beautiful, home away provides easy booking and check out. Thanks for making our family vacation a weekend to remember.

Villa Stay at Edgewater

The property was really clean, and the property manager was easy to reach during our stay. Checking in was seamless. We were concerned about have difficulty getting across to the beach, but it was actually very easy. Would recommend Edgewater, and would definitely recommend this unit.

Great vacation

Erica at stay at the beach rentals was amazing. Prompt response and went above and beyond to help us make the most of our stay when inclement weather threw a wrench in our plans. The condo was very clean and I’m picky about what I call clean. Very spacious condo with Huge tub in the master bedroom. The pool next to our condo was great and perfect to relax in in the evenings when we were done with the big resort pools and beach.

Holiday stay

We stayed over Christmas. Best time to visit. Weather was great and Edgewater was quiet and peaceful. Condo was excellent. Clean, comfortable for all 10 guests. Upgraded and very nice. Easy walk to beach via the bridge and so much around to do near the condo. Erica is great to work with and responds quickly. We definitely are considering the same dates this coming year!

Nice condo, spacious. Great location and amenities on the property. We had a great time. Only complaint is the directory/map they leave you for the amenities says you have to dial a number & # from you condo but the condo had no phone so there was no way of doing this. Also they need updated mattresses, they were a little hard and creaked when you move. Other than that my family enjoyed our stay. The condo has everything you need and is nice.

NICE RESORT /UNIT

Great location. Nice resort there is a shuttle that will take you from townhomes to the beach or larger pool. Unit was nice and clean. Few smaller things like couldn't use drawers in bedroom they fell out and garbage disposal needs looked at. Nothing that would keep us from staying again. Lovely place and location right by the pool. Actually there are several options for pools. Had to call a couple of times (personal matter not unit) and they always answered and were very helpful.

Great Stay! Would book again

We visit this resort almost every year and I have to say, this was the coziest and cleanest Villa we’ve had the pleasure to stay in at Edgewater! The only difficulty we had was getting pick up instructions for the resort passes (email). Other than that, we had a great vacation. Great place to stay— definitely recommend!

Well equipped kitchen great for family get togethers. Our host Erica was very responsive and communicated well with us so we were well prepped before our visit. Great walking distance from the beach and other amenities. We hope to visit again.

The listing for this room showed an elevator. I understand now, that some buildings have one but not the one we stayed. The listing was a bit misleading. Traveling with an elderly person walking up the stairs was quite a chore. Everything else was great!

Great property

Such a nice place! My only complaint is the toddler with us had black feet from walking barefoot only inside after only 1 hour. We mopped and swept, and then everything was great!! Super nice area. Tons of pools. Some of the heated pools the heater was broken. Great access to the beach and cute little shop and places to eat! Good experience!

Good location

Easy check in process. Everything you need is sent to you in email and mail. You don't have to check with anyone once your vehicle information is taken by the gards. You don't have to check out with anyone when you leave. Simple explanation of what to do when you leave. We had no issues a and the place was berry clean.

Happy Thanksgiving!

This is probably the best property we have stayed at in the last 10 years (and we have stayed at many)! It was very clean and there was so much space for all of us (7). I loved the layout, and liked having the pool so close by. We did stay during the holiday and cooked a complete Thanksgiving meal. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware and dishes we needed. Can't wait to return next year!!

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room and everything we needed for the week in the unit. The only concern was they moped the wood floors with clorox the smell was very strong and burned your eyes for a few days. The color came off the wood and onto your socks. They need to change the way they mop the floors.
