Nos villas ont deux étages, sont entièrement climatisées et entièrement équipées. Tous les draps et les serviettes sont inclus.
Un stock initial de savon, shampoing, papier toilette, essuie-tout et savon à vaisselle est également fourni.

La VILLA DEUX CHAMBRES / DEUX BAINS (980 pieds carrés) comprend:

UPSTAIRS: MASTER CHAMBRE avec 1 lit queen size et 1 télévision par câble, une SECONDE CHAMBRE avec un lit superposé (pleine grandeur en bas et une taille double en haut). Une salle de bain complète dans la chambre principale (et une salle de bain complète en bas).

DOWNSTAIRS: coin petit-déjeuner, cuisine entièrement équipée (cuisinière électrique, petit four, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, cafetière, grille-pain, vaisselle, verres, casseroles, etc.), et un salon avec un canapé-lit queen-size, une salle de bain complète , terrasse avec deux chaises et une petite table, 1 télévision par câble, laveuse et sécheuse.

Notre emplacement est excellent pour les visiteurs, nous sommes à Orlando par I-4 au sein de:
· 5 minutes des UNIVERSAL STUDIOS, WET'N WILD, SEA WORLD, INTERNATIONAL DRIVE et du Orlando Convention Center
· 8 minutes de DISNEY, EPCOT et MGM STUDIOS, ainsi que de l’aéroport international d’Orlando.
· Plusieurs centres commerciaux, restaurants et épiceries sont situés à moins de 3 minutes de nos villas.
· 1 heure de Cocoa Beach et Daytona Beach.

If you are looking for an affordable, quick access location for the Discovery Cove, Sea World & Aquatica parks, this is almost unbeatable. Plenty of amenities near by, and an easy drive on the "side roads" down to Disney Springs.The unit does feel quite small, but if you are like us and just need a place to sleep and shower after spending all day at the parks, its plenty good.My wife is extremely sensitive to beds/pillows, and she rated this one of the best sleeps she's ever had on vacation.

Great Location - Great property.

We spent 4 nights at this Villa and had a great experience. We used Uber/Lyft to get to the parks and from the time we were picked up to dropped off was usually 5/10 minutes, great location if you are planning on going to any of them. The house was clean when we got there and the owner even checked in with us half way through our stay to make sure everything was going fine. I would highly recommend staying here and the best part is it was about half the price of any hotel I could find in the area.

It’s close to major Hwys and 5 minutes from Walmart and other shopping places. The area was safe. The property was clean like home away from home. The owner extended our stay just right away as soon as we requested for our needs to stay a little longer. I appreciate your help, Myrtle and we’ll be back again if we visit Orlando again.

Convenient Location

This property was convenient to a lot of Orlando attractions. Check in and out were easy. The place is small, but we were so busy we didn’t spend much time there. We had an issue with the air conditioning while we were there. The owner was very quick to respond to my messages.

This was an ideal location for Discovery Cove, Sea World, & Aquatica. The place was clean and had necessities. Beds were not uncomfortable…. Walmart was nearby…. 7eleven right down the street was convenient too! It’s close to the interstate so bring a sound machine or use the box fans provided to drown out traffic. Definitely recommend if traveling to this area.

This place is great! From the day we booked, Myrtle was immediately available to answer all of our questions and made everything very easy for us. The villa itself is in a perfect location, very close to all the parks and lots of restaurants too. It is next to a beautiful lake which is visible from the lounge window and we could even see fireworks across the lake in the evenings. There were 6 (adults) of us staying and we had everything that we wanted. There is a large Walmart just down the road for any provisions and 2 parking spaces just outside. Everything we needed in the way of toiletries, kitchen and bathroom products was provided and the place was very clean and tidy. The WiFi is fast and constant with no problems at all during our 2 week stay. We would recommend this villa to anyone that is looking for a comfortable stay in the best location with a fabulous host so thanks again Myrtle

Very convenient to all parks

This Villa has the perfect location. Within 12 to 15 minutes to all Disney parks, less than 8 minutes from SeaWorld and less than 10 minutes from Universal. There is a Walmart down the road and multiple pharmacies in the area. The Villa was very clean and very nice. The bunk beds upstairs were comfortable for the girls and the master bedroom was perfect for myself. There's also a sleeper sofa downstairs. I would highly suggest this property and hope that when we go back to Orlando we get to stay here again

Great Location and Great Price

The unit is very close to Universal Studios. You can actually skip the Interstate and save yourself sometime. It is a very small place but it worked great for our family of 4. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of towels and the Shampoo and Conditioner provided were amazing. Plus there is a box fan in both rooms. A plus for us because we sleep with one at home. It’s a very quite complex with mature palm trees and a great view of the lake and sunsets. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Universal.

Ahhmazing stay

I took my family to the our Disney vacation recently and stayed at Myrtle’s place. It was close to all the attractions we went. Myrtle checked on us time to time if we needed anything. Check in and check out was flawless. Property was clean, fully stocked. Walmart, Whole Foods, Dollar Tree… literally minutes away. Two designated parking space. Bedrooms are upstairs and kitchen and living room downstairs which was convenient for us. Two full bathrooms were also a plus. Honestly I could go on and on! It’s truly a great place. Thank you Myrtle!

Good stay for the price

Car parking easyLocation near to a Large Walmart and near to UniversalBeds comfortable, air conditioning good.Everything about the property was good for the price. We did have 2 problems though.1) We weren't warned about building works to the property. These took place earlier than 7am in the morning some days.2) There were warnings not to put things down the toilets.We didn't but they both still blocked up. If you do get a blockage contact the host asap to fix, don't wait like we did. The host is responsive.I think we would stay there again.

Maison bien entretenue, bien située à côté des parcs, volumes optimisés, décoration agréable. Petite table à l exterieur, côté lac, bien agréable. Dommage qu il n y ait pas de double vitrage pour le bruit de la route à proximité, et de rideaux occiltants pour la lumière, la nuit.

Great host and very nice place! Very close to Universal Studios. It's 10 mins away straight down the street!! Very close to a bunch of fun. Wal Mart is 5 minutes away. Nice room and very accommodating to our needs. A and we WILL book here agaim. We can only hope it's available when we do!

Extra little space for a trip

A good place to spread out if your trip lasts a few days and want to cook for yourself. The stove is a smart electric stove, which took me a while to figure it out. The area was quiet and peaceful when I went (November), but it's also a short drive to many of the theme parks. There is a Target about eight minutes away to buy groceries.
