Appartement "Laguna Rosa" est situé à Playa Flamenca. Playa Flamenca est une station touristique connue. Situé près de la mer et des lagunes, d'où le sel est extrait à ce jour. Merci à cela, il y a un microclimat dans la localité de cette région, qui a des propriétés thérapeutiques qui attirent les touristes de toute l'Europe. Cette région a été reconnue par l'Organisation mondiale de la santé comme l'un des endroits les plus sains au monde.

Un appartement attrayant pour location de vacances à Playa Flamenca, Costa Blanca Sud - à seulement 500m de la plage. La propriété fait partie de Residencial Oleza Garden Village I - un quartier résidentiel attrayant et calme bénéficiant de 2 superbes piscines espaces verts. La propriété est après rénovation complète et entièrement meublée. L'appartement dispose de deux niveaux, 1 chambre, 1 salle de bain à l'étage, salon-salle à manger spacieux, cuisine bien équipée, plus une terrasse ensoleillée avec vue sur le jardin et la piscine en bas. La propriété est équipée de la climatisation. WIFI disponible sur demande.

Le complexe dispose d'un système d'entrée et dispose d'un parking. L'appartement est à distance de marche des boutiques, bars, restaurants, un arrêt de bus, ainsi que les magnifiques plages de sable bleu de Playa Flamenca (500 m) et La Zenia (1 km).

Playa Flamenca offre une gamme de services et de commodités et est à une courte distance en voiture de nombreux terrains de golf fantastiques, y compris Las Ramblas, Campoamor et La Colinas. L'aéroport de San Javier est à seulement 20 minutes en voiture, et l'aéroport d'Alicante à 45 minutes en voiture. Vous avez une gamme de services et de commodités à portée de main, y compris des boutiques, des bars, des restaurants et sans oublier le centre commercial Zenia Boulevard (1,2 km). Great time for couple.

We spent 10 fantastic days, the apartment is clean and has everything you need. Location is great .Very near the beach , restaurants and bars. Wonderful place for relaxation. I 100% recommend. Thank you.

Excellent communication throughout. Airport transfer was arranged via the host and that was brilliant. We were met at the apartment by Sylvia who was an absolute gem. She not only carried our case up to the apartment but carried it up to our bedroom. We were celebrating our Golden Wedding and the host had left us a wonderful surprise of goodies. There were bottles of Cava, a bowl of every fruit you could imagine, chocolates and chocolate biscuits and water. It was a wonderful, thoughtful surprise. The apartment is in a great location , very close to Mercadona and within walking distance of Playa Flamenca square where there are loads of restaurants. We had a fantastic meal at Rustica (need to book) , Milk and Honey and a Chinese. All were good. The swimming pool is fab. Never more than 2 people in there. Beach chairs and umbrellas were at the apartment to use either at the pool or the beach. The beach is a 10 to15 minute walk away depending on the heat and your ability! We loved Surfers bar for breakfast and the sea and the beach are fab. On departure day Sylvia was at the apartment before 7 am and she made sure our lift to the airport was on time. It was a really good feeling to know we were being looked after. I always find it a worry that the taxi might not turn up etc but we were kept imformed by text the day before from Sylvia and from Kamila who drove the taxi. All in all we had the most wonderful holiday . Thank you xxx

Very clean and nice appartment

Location is a litle bit in the shadow. Maybe it’s the season that makes the sun never to round the corner to the terrace. All in all a nice place to stay.

it was a pleasure to stay in dominka apartment. there was everthing we needed for our 3 weeks stay the supermarket,the weekly street market and the local beachs were all in easy walking distance .we would highly recomend the apartment and would stay there again many thanks peter & christine

We had great 2 weeks holidays in Playa Flamenca! Lovely, comfortable little apartment located in very quite private estate. Apartment well equipped and had everything we needed. Good localisation close to shops and restaurants. Swimming pool just outside the door. Lots of places to visit on the Costa Blanca coast for kids and adults. Good road network and easy to get to places with Google map. Good communication with the owner! Highly recommended!!! 👍

Fantastic place.

A wonderful holiday in a wonderful place. A beach, restaurants and pub a few minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is very clean and located overlooking the pool and garden. the owners are very helpful and take great care of their guests. We even received beach towels which was a very pleasant surprise. 100% Recommend

Very quiet and pleasant.

Very quiet pleasant apartment, with plenty of cupboard space, and a lovely bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Within a few minutes walking distance of the beach, the restaurants and La Zenia Boulevard. Mercadona supermarket just across the car park. Excellent position.

Great host, perfect location

Highly recommended this place. Beach is only 10min walking distance, shop 2min walking distance, and if you don't won't to go on the beach you can use the swimming pool which is located just at the front of apartment. Apartament was very clean and we'll equipment ( the only thing we would add it up is a frying pan :-). Communication with the host was excellent. Definitely would go back there.
