Stafford Villa, dans les villages de South Walton, est situé dans le centre de Seacrest Beach - la charmante ville cÎtiÚre située à l'extrémité est de la route Scenic 30-A entre Rosemary Beach et Alys Beach. Vous apprécierez se prélasser prÚs de la piscine, le vélo décontracté, piste à explorer et, bien sûr, les eaux du Golfe lorsque vous vacances à cette 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains condo.

Situé au dernier étage, cet appareil dispose d'un plan d'étage ouvert trÚs spacieux et un balcon avec vue panoramique du Golfe. Les installations comprennent des téléviseurs haute définition à écran plat 1080p dans chaque chambre avec un lecteur DVD pour les enfants, un grand bain à remous dans la salle de bain principale, une entrée de patio privée depuis la suite principale, un lave-linge / sÚche-linge, un placard intégré dans chaque chambre et une chambre accÚs à la deuxiÚme salle de bain.

Wow. Outstanding location and view on the fourth floor. Could see the water and watch the sunset in the evening. Spacious unit that was nicely furnished. Host was extremely responsive and helpful.

The condo was in an excellent location. Top floor was great, that way we couldn’t hear people above us. Kitchen had great cookware and lots of dishes, cups and silverware. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely family vacation

I stayed at this condo for a week-long family vacation. The view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous - we ate breakfast there every morning. The condo is very spacious, especially the master suite, and other bedrooms have closets and storage spaces. Although the village square was quite crowded during the day and in the evening, the quiet time was enforced from 10pm to 8am. Our host was very responsive during the booking process and throughout our stay.

Great location

Our family of five, youngest age was 10 years old had a great time. Clean, close to Main Street of Rosemary Beach. This condo has access to other beach which was crowded when weather was great. From the balcony you can hear the music in a Village, for us it was plus:)

Really Great!

We truly loved our stay. The location was perfect, we could easily walk to Aly’s and Rosemary with two kids. The trolly to the beach was so nice! The condo was clean and very nice! We would stay here again for sure!

Reviewer Comments: This is a particularly great location for your family if you like to be where the action is- so many options for food and shopping right outside your door, including live music on some nights and farmers market Saturday morning. I felt very safe to let kids explore and everything was in biking distance. One warning, because this is such a highly trafficked area, you've got to lock up your bikes! They can easily get taken (by accident or not) by kids passing through.

Beautiful Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Stafford - the area is absolutely beautiful! The listing was spot-on, the condo has everything you will need, very well appointed. The location was great in terms of where it was, short walk to the beach and also a short walk to charming Rosemary Beach. The pool was very enjoyable as well! Our only “complaint” was the amount of teens that took over the condo complex - our last day of our stay there were 25+ kids on peddle bikes with music speakers lingering around the front of the complex. On our way back from dinner one evening we literally had to wait minutes for the kids to disperse so we could get through. I understand quiet hours were at 10:00p but thought security could have kept these kids moving and not congregate at the front of the property. Overall it was a great stay, and I highly recommend this complex!

Excellent Rental

This is an excellent rental. The rental was very clean and comfortable. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance of shopping and the amazing restaurants of Rosemary Beach. The walk to the beach is easy and the pool is nice too. Right next to Starbucks for morning coffee. We would recommend!

Perfect location!

We loved our stay here! The condo is the perfect location. You can see the ocean from the balcony and are centrally located to entertainment, shops, restaurants and the beach. The beach entrance is a very easy walk and the tram rides to/from were super convenient when your carrying coolers and beach gear. We loved the live music at night-so nice to hear from the balcony. The stores on bottom level were very nice to have and the sundries store is great for most food/drink items you’ll need. The beach is absolutely gorgeous! Make sure to book your beach chairs in advance though! The condo was very clean and had all items we needed. (No beach items, so make sure you bring your own or buy from store downstairs). The pools were wonderful also, loved having the very large kid pool that is only about 18 inches deep. The security on the property was wonderful and did a great job checking wrist bands when you are in the pool area. Property owners were wonderful and responded within minutes if we needed anything. Overall I would highly recommend this property! We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back.

Nice but noisy

The rental was clean and there was ample space for our family of four to spread out. Location on 30A was perfect - my only complaint was the noise. Quiet hours were supposed to start at 10pm every night and curfew for minors was 8pm. We heard noise (rowdy teenagers) well into the evening until almost midnight most nights. Called security two of the five nights we stayed because none of us could get to sleep. I wish security would’ve patrolled the area more diligently at that 10pm cutoff to usher young folks back to their rooms or to another area. It was rather annoying.
