Le bùtiment, pourvu d'ascenseur, date du XVIIe siÚcle et offre une vue magnifique sur le Panthéon et sa place.
L'appartement se compose d'un salon avec cuisine et salle de bains, de 2 chambres doubles avec salles de bains privatives et d'un lit double. Le plafond et le sol en bois d'origine confÚrent élégance et confort. Dans le passé, le célÚbre écrivain Thomas Mann a passé toute une année dans cet appartement.

Great Location and Fantastic Apartment

This place may be one of the best locations to be centrally located in Rome. View out the window of the Pantheon. The entire apartment has been recently renovated and has the some of the most modern bathrooms we have seen in Italy. The area is very safe with hundreds of dining options nearby. Couldn’t have been more impressed by the apartments cleanliness, condition, and location. Easily fit our group of 6 and could comfortably have more.

A wonderful apartment with a fabulous location

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment — the location could not be better! Everything you could need is close by and the apartment is very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. I didn't realize when I booked there isn't laundry in the apartment, but we were able to find a wash-and-fold close by so it wasn't an issue. It is a lively neighborhood, so it can get a little loud at night; if you are a particularly light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs.

Modern, well-maintained apartment in a great location

Apartment is as described - 3 bedrooms - 2 with full baths and and third full bath off the kitchen/living space. This gave us a great perspective on how people of Rome live and is in a great location. Almost right at the Pantheon, you can see it from some of the windows. Agree with another reviewer that this is in a very active area, so it can be noisy at night/early morning. We stayed for 3 nights, so it wasn't much of an issue for us. Check in/out was very easy and our host was immediately responsive to any inquiries. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Fantastic apartment with great hosts

The refurbishment of this apartment has been done to a beautiful, clean, modern style, it is located on the second floor, but there a small, but functional elevator. The location is fantastic with easy access to Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon etc. (Even Vatican City is only a 40 min walk). The two double rooms with ensuites are very comfortable and the third twin room is still a decent size and there is another bathroom near the front door that people in the twin room can use. The kitchen/lounge area is kitted out well with plates, glasses etc (Although an iron and ironing board would be useful). The two sofas also fold down to create more sleeping space. Having such a central location it was surprising how quiet the apartment is, except in the early morning when the restaurants are throwing their rubbish out (which doesn’t take long). The AC was much appreciated as we were there in the height of July. Alessandro and Francesco were really helpful and easy to deal with. Francesco met us at the apartment and gave us a lot of information about things to do and see in Rome, he organised Vatican tickets and gave us some great restaurant suggestions for a birthday meal. There were six of us staying on this trip and the apartment suited us perfectly. We genuinely had a wonderful time and cannot wait to return to Rome, and when we do we will be contacting Alessandro to book back into this apartment.

Fabulous!!!

We could not have asked for better! The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Check in and out was easy and I appreciated the consistent communication before our travels as well as while we were there. The location cannot be beat. You are in the middle of everything! I would not hesitate to stay at this property again in the future.
