We loved the location. So close to the metro to connect with Termini for day trips outside of Rome. About 30 minutes walking to Colosseum… 15 minutes to Pantheon, 3 minutes to Trevi. Many restaurants are in the area. Getting in the first few times were pretty tricky. They use a system called “Vikey”- it electronically opens the door. We found it worked the best if you stood a few feet into the alley away from the door. You brought up the Home Screen and pushed open street door and then open apt door. It was great once we figured it out. The master bedroom has a nice mattress - the other 2 mattresses were just okay. The apartment is really big and it was really clean. The furniture is all older- everything is covered with covers. The en-suite bathroom is teeny tiny!

We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment! It was clean and very spacious for four people. The location is excellent - so convenient to walk to Trevi, Spanish steps, Pantheon, and a close metro stop (Barberini). A must eat at restaurant right next door to the building is Colline Emiliane. And, our host, Germana, was very informative and communicative with any issues. We will definitely stay there again!

Location, location

Loved the area and ease of walking, metro and taxi availability. Great space for 5 friends/family with a large living area where we enjoyed lunch every day after long, hot morning tours. AC worked well.

We had difficulty during the check in process with the app (it just spun in circles but never fully connected) which caused us to wait outside with our suitcases until someone finally left the building and let us in about 30-40 minutes later. I tried contacting the host several times, but didn’t get a response until after we got in. That said…the host needs to have a backup for these types of situations (e.g. leaving a key with a nearby store owner). Once we got in and got the physical keys, the entry process was fine from that point forward.The unit itself was clean and very spacious for Europe. We were a bit cold on the first day since the furnaces take a long time to warm up, but we’re OK once the weather got warmer, as it was unseasonably cold the first few days of our trip. We liked the location of the apartment and the elevator worked well, which was helpful with our luggage.The host left a booklet with good restaurant recommendations. Although there were plenty to choose from within walking distance.

Regarding check-in, I'd like to clarify a few key points: There's no app to download. We send guests a link, just a link. If you try to click the link hours before check-in, the link obviously won't open the door. It's done this way on purpose for security reasons. You tried to access the building hours before check-in, and rightly so, the link doesn't work. Please remember that check-in is from 3:00 PM to midnight, and early access is only possible by prior arrangement. Best regards

Great Location

The first time driving in Rome, so it was a little intimidating as we pulled into the small street the apartment is on. The garage is very close and friendly. We found the apartment per the directions, what a great central location! I would highly recommend staying here!

Great stay in Rome

Really enjoyed staying at the flat. Very nicely taken care of and in the center of Rome - with many great restaurants close by and the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon less than 10 minutes away. Great for walking and seeing central Rome. Germana was also great!

Great Rome apartment

The apartment was perfect for our family group of 5. It was very spacious with great windows and was well stocked. The location was perfect. Walking distance to Trevi Fountain, restaurants, shops and museums. Our host was very responsive and checked on us after we arrived.

Perfect Location

Perfect location all touring sites were within walking distance including plenty of restaurant choices. American Breakfast offered at some locations. Supermarkets are just a few blocks away offering many items. Pharmacy’s and Cafe Bars. It’s a great place for that home away from home feeling.
