A quelques mètres de la Piazza del Popolo, au coeur de la ville, l'appartement a été récemment rénové.
Grand et lumineux, il se compose de trois chambres, deux doubles et une avec deux lits simples (mais aussi un lit double sur demande), toutes avec salle de bains, salle à manger, salon avec canapé-lit, cuisine et grande terrasse bien entretenue. La cuisine est équipée de tout l'équipement: four ventilé et micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, grille-pain, machine à café Moka et cafetière américaine, bouilloire.
Inclus dans le lave-linge, planche à repasser et fer à repasser.
Les chambres ont des draps et des serviettes. Dans chaque salle de bains, un sèche-cheveux et des articles de toilette gratuits.
Bien meublé, dans le centre de Rome mais calme est idéal pour passer d'agréables moments de détente.
Vous pouvez facilement marcher jusqu'aux coins les plus pittoresques de la ville.

This was an absolutely AMAZING apartment located in a fantastic area of Rome. There was easy access to every amenity, site, area, or activity one could desire. We easily walked to Bioparco di Roma for our grandson to enjoy. The Pantheon, Jewish Ghetto, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and others. The shopping was also amazing within blocks of the apartment. Restaurants, as it is in Rome, were also abundant with a fantastic one just outside the door. Also, Bar Nino, located just around the corner was a great spot for morning cappuccinos and croissants.As for the apartment, the photos don’t do it justice. The beds are comfortable with ample pillows, The kitchen had the amenities necessary for us to easily prepare meals at the apartment. The outdoor courtyard is amazing, a space we spent much time in the mornings and evenings. Marta - the owner - provided exceptional communication. She coordinated with us in providing transfers at check in and out. The fees were much better than an Uber van. She also provided us with suggestions for activities and events that were happening during our stay. She is AWESOME!When - not if - we visit Rome again we know exactly where we’ll stay!

Marta was so very accommodating and helpful. The location couldn’t be better and the apartment was so bright and cheery even though it was too cold to use the gorgeous outside patio. This apartment was exceptional: beautiful, comfortable, and special. The pictures in the listing accurately represent the apartment. At one point we cocked up the electrical and Marta was there, on her motorcycle, in 15 minutes and sorted out the problem. A very responsive host of a wonderful apartment with its own garden patio and in such a central part of Rome. Recommended unconditionally Thank you Marta.

Great place! Excellent for a group with each room having a washroom.

Excellent place. Outdoor patio was great for hanging out and the location was prime to all the sites and the metro to the airport. Air con in each room and fully supplied kitchen. Would stay again.

Wonderful place in fabulous neighborhood

We had the nicest stay at Marta’s place. The accommodations were very comfortable and there’s an adorable little patio we enjoyed coffee and wine on. Marta was very attentive and helpful. The neighborhood is very charming with a very short walk to the Piazza Del Popolo.

Lovely apartment

Absolutely loved this apartment. Comfortable beds, great location, beautifully decorated. Nice to have the A/C. The courtyard patio is charming, and we spent most of our time oit there. Marta is great, and very helpful!

Little oasis in central Rome

This was the second time we stayed at this wonderful apartment situated very close to the Piazza de Popolo. Very convenient location within walking distance to all the major tourist attractions. Close to restaurants and public transportation. Apartment has all the amenities one could wish for. The host was very friendly and accommodating which made our stay very enjoyable.

Loved this apartment

Our family of five adults had a wonderful stay at Marta's apartment. Great location, you could walk to all the sites in City Center. Three bedrooms and three baths, big living room and dining room, adorable kitchen. Plenty of privacy. Fresh flowers on arrival as well as snacks, milk, yougurt, juice. I would definitely stay here again.
