Notre studio est proche de Stades Spring Training (‱ 5 min de __gVirt_NP_NN_NNPS<__ Oakland A. & Cubs de Chicago ‱ 10 min), Golf, Autoroute, aĂ©roport et du centre commercial. Vous allez adorer le quartier tranquille, tous les nouveaux meubles, emplacement central. Nous accueillons les couples, les aventuriers solitaires, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles (avec enfants).

Nous avons un lit king size et un canapé qui dort 2. Pour les voyageurs Littler, nous pouvons organiser d'avoir un matelas supplémentaire.

Comfortable hideaway

The upstairs apartment was charming with plenty of room for two, great deck, very private, good location. A freshly baked loaf of bread awaiting us was a considerate welcome gift.

Perfect location for A’s Spring Training!

Perfect for our needs!

We came into town for a baseball event. This location was just right for our needs. 10 from Sloan Park. Close to a variety of amenities, clean and in a great neighborhood. We will for sure stay here again the next time we are in town! Thank you Todd and Jamie

Perfect accommodation!

We flew down from the PAC NW to enjoy some Spring Training and Sunshine!. This location is perfect (less than 5 minutes from Hohokam Stadium, Go A’s!) and the hosts are absolutely lovely. We are hoping to book again next year. Having a comfy and relaxing space to return after a long day of baseball was great, thank you!!

Fabulous accommodations

We have stayed in many VRBO and this place was by far the best. Has everything you need, clean, comfy and location is perfect. The owners are fabulous. We inquired if there was a BBQ at the location & they went out and purchased one just for the loft! You are close to airport, national parks are only 20 minute drive, restaurants, stores close by! We loved everything about it! Will definitely stay again! Absolutely worth the 5 star rating!

Room With A View

We enjoyed our wonderful visit to Phoenix/Mesa and all the sunshine and activities. The property was comfortable, clean, and exactly as shown. We especially enjoyed looking out over our deck to see orange and grapefruit trees, as well as golfers chipping and putting on the course nearby. The location was safe and provided easy access to the various activities that we had scheduled. All arrangements were communicated thoroughly as we planned our trip and questions were answered promptly.

Excellent, Amazing Hosts!!

Our daughter stayed there for a veterinary externship for two weeks and we couldn't have been more pleased with her stay. Kristen and Dave are beyond your normal hosts, they are the most caring, helpful and giving people who helped our daughter tremendously and made us (the parents) feel at ease. Our daughter, Morgan, absolutely loved the apartment, fully stocked, clean and beautifully decorated. It should be a ten star rating, not a five. Thank you, Kristen and Dave!! I appreciate everything that you did for Morgan, I am forever grateful.

Convenient and Comfortable

We chose this property because it was close to family. BUT it is also very close to everything we wanted during January of 2021 (COVID days). The grocery store, etc was right around the corner. More importantly it is within 20 miles of The Desert Botanical Garden, Tempe Town Lake, the old Phoenix area, Usary Park, Gilbert's Riparian Preserveetc. We loved the outside access on the "deck" and the ability to watch the golfers. It was much larger and spacious than the pictures. The hosts were very accommodating and pleasant. We would go back.

Nicest couple ever

Getting to Mesa from Fort Lauderdale after the bad flooding we had here, I had 4 of my flights cancelled and 2 delays. The compassion and kindness displayed to me by the Family Free was mind blowing. Because I had endured so much to get there the Family cancelled my bookings and allowed me to stay for free. I have never in my life felt such kindness and compassion I literally cried after traveling for 18 hrs. Yes 18 hrs to get from FLL to PHX. The apt was amazing and the fresh bread (I am a professional private yacht chef and I can say it was banging) and so well received after the airlines had given me $12 to eat. I nibbled on that lovely loaf like it was my last meal! Mr and Mrs Free, god bless you. The world could truly use more people like you in it. You saw I was suffering and had nearly lost all hope and you reignited that fire in my heart that believes there are still some good people in The world. I hope you liked the Phx Play off shirt gift I left you. Just a small ty for every thing. Again god bless you!!!!!

Thanksgiving with Family

The "Loft" was perfect for our visit to family in Mesa. We loved the easy access, the cotton sheets, the bread and refridgerator supplies. Thank you for making the "Loft" available to us through VRBO. We hope to use this wonderful site again for future visits. Thanks again for your hospitality! Suggestions: Please add a mirror to the living room area and install a grab bar in the shower.

Great place!

Out of the three places we stayed in on our trip we were the most comfortable here. Only downside is the narrow staircase, lol. Fresh bread upon arrival was nice but I most enjoyed being allowed to pick a few oranges off the tree they have in their front yard. Thanks again, we’ll definitely be back if we need another place in the Phoenix area.

5 Star Comfort and Hospitality

This was one of our best vacations ever thanks to Kristin and Dave's hospitality and the amazing apartment. The apartment is in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood. It's spacious, super clean and has everything you possibly need. It's close to shopping, restaurants, golf courses and parks. The rooftop balcony is huge and private. We enjoyed watching the golf course and the sunset on the balcony. Really appreciated the fresh bread and everything else that Kristin and Dave provided us during our stay. Thank you so much!

This was my first vrbo experience and I would definitely do it again. This rental is very private and convenient. It is not fancy, but is very clean and comfortable. It was easy to make "home" for our stay. The host and hostess were exceptional in hospitality before our stay with email exchanges and during our stay. The fresh bread was a nice touch and it was delicious. The mini kitchen had everything we needed and the shower was great. One of us slept on the foldout couch and it was comfortable. One of us slept on the rollaway cot/bed and it was also comfortable. The outdoor sitting area was definitely a plus for having wine and cheese in the evening. I cannot think of one thing to complain about or make suggestion for improvement.

Cozy getaway

My adult son and I flew in for a concert and mountain hikes. We enjoyed the relaxing on the rooftop balcony in the mornings. The mattress is very comfortable and plenty of sheets and blankets are provided. I enjoyed cozying up on the couch with my book. I like the leather couches and hard floors. Its so much cleaner than carpet. There is plenty of kitchen dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc. The bathroom is a large shower and toiletries are provided. The owners were very kind and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Great experience with everything you need

Wonderful unit with everything you can possibly need for a short or long-term visit to Mesa. Private entrance and deck, furnished kitchen, washer/dryer, and large restroom made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The complimentary bread was delicious and a welcome surprise after a long drive. Our toddler had plenty of room to roam around (sorry for all the little penguin steps) and especially enjoyed watching the planes take off land land rom the outside deck during breakfast. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Dave and Kristin’s rental for couples or small families when visiting the Mesa area. Thanks again!

We're lucky enough to live in sunny Mesa, Arizona where we have almost raised our 7 children (still working on the last 2). We love to travel and lived overseas in Singapore for two years. Our most enjoyable travel experiences are usually with locals so with 5 of our children out of the house, we now make our studio apartment available for other travelers.

We are conveniently located to so much here in Mesa. Just 15-20 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport and downtown Phoenix just a few minutes beyond that! Close to parks and museums and even the Phoenix Zoo! Everything seems to be just a hop, skip and a jump away and with the wonderfully wide Arizona streets and grid system, everything is convenient. We love the warmth of the sun and the warmth of the people here in Mesa and hope you will too!
