Stay in a must be 55+ community…Beautiful totally remodeled 1 bedroom manufactured home in Apache Junction with beautiful view of the Superstitious Mountains. It is supplied with all the amenities for a great winter stay! The park has pool, hot tub, new dog park, pickleball court, and covered patios with new grills. The clubhouse is now being newly remodeled. Lots of daily activities for all winter fun. it's a smaller park with friendly neighbors. The place is close to shopping, Flying Dutchman Museum, lake and easy access to the 202 for all the valley adventures. There's outdoor sitting for quiet nights! It offers more than a hotel could ever offer! The place is modern, convenient and a relaxing for even entertaining guests! We are dog friendly!! Come stay in your winter get away!oh and BRAND NEW UPGRADED 20 gallon water heater and BRAND NEW WASHER!! I took reviews seriously😊

The place is small but comfortable. Dawn is a great host - she answered quickly whenever I had a question. The people in the park are friendly and the pool and hot tub were great! My husband and I enjoyed our stay.

It was an adorable place to stay. Plenty of room and storage. Bed was comfy and the shower was great. The people in the park were all very friendly.

I stayed with my daughter as we were checking out both Polytech and Tempe Campuses at ASU. The location was great, the neighbors were friendly, and the pool was nice. The bed was comfortable. The vanity area in the bedroom was very thoughtful, so the bathroom is free after you shower, so you’re not only tied to the bathroom when getting ready. There is a dog that runs around the property, but she is friendly, her name is Baby.

I’m glad you enjoyed yourself and I had a review about the cleanliness so I’ve implemented some house rules. I’ve also talked to my cleaning lady which she is new and have her start taking pictures before and after so that I have some reference when I’m traveling with my job as to what needs to be addressed. I never want my house to be a mess. I’m a clean freak myself and my own home And so we’ve addressed it and I hope that the future that everything is what it should be and thank you again for staying.!!! And the pictures have nothing to do with the previous guest and that’s not something I would post or show it’s just between me and her so that issues can be addressed to what I need to have cleaned when I’m not there so the next guest doesn’t run into issues where it’s not clean enough. Thank you again for staying and have a wonderful blessed day.!!

Thoroughly enjoyed this cozy 1 -bedroom stay. The place was clean, had everything we needed and very comfortable firm mattress - :); the people in the community were very friendly and kind. Loved the jacuzzi, pool and other amenities - perfect four day stay. Host was responsive in her communication. No complaints at all. Will definitely be returning. Thank you!

Cleanliness

Location was good and the home was recently renovated. The problem we had was how dirty this place was when we arrived. We had to clean almost the whole house before settling down and enjoying ourselves. We would not rent this property again.

I am sorry for the issue of the cleanliness.. I had a new cleaning person and I wasn’t there at the time to review it. I recently did a deep clean and took pictures to what I expect . I am sorry for the issue and have addressed it for future renters . If I’m paying someone to clean I expect it to be done .. I’m not saying it in a mean way yet a professional way . It’s my home they are representing and the way my home is clean and I’m so sorry this happened. If I would have known I would have had another cleaning done immediately. I myself was in there just a few days ago and cleaned out the refrigerator of food and bottles of booze left under the sink and dirty greased dishes in the stove drawer and that was cleaned myself and was addressed with a posted house rules . Anyway again I’m sorry and mistakes made yet learned and addressed for future renters. Have a good day .

Don't ever display an American flag that is ripped, torn, or dirty!! Place was just OK. Rearranged furniture as it was very crowded. Plastic statues and flowers were full of dust. Odd way to make coffee... blinds were broken or missing slats. Bathroom was updated but no washcloths, hand towels. Two towels. No broom to sweep and washing machine screeched with metal upon metal. Hmmmmm cost wise it did not live up to the listing ...

The place is cute and convenient & neighbors are great.

The place itself was clean and sufficient for our stay. However, dishes and pots & pans were dirty in the cupboard. Too many stuffed knicknacks and no wash clothes, hot pads were dirty and not enough dish towels. Only one hand towel. No fob or WiFi password left. Had to contact owner. No details on park or location of any amenities left. 2 letting with a bunch of keys on them. When there are only 2 doors and nothing is labeled. The park was very dog friendly. The people were very nice. We enjoyed our stay there. The manager of the rental property was very responsive. There were a couple of issues to which she responded immediately.
