Notre hÎtel a beaucoup de points de vue, situé dans un quartier trÚs calme à moins d'un min de la plage, 7 min à pied de la station T ligne Beachmont Bleu, 7 min de l'aéroport et à 15 minutes à Boston. Lot de pizzeria endroits / sandwich à proximité avec une option de livraison. Notre place est bon pour les couples, les aventuriers en solo, en voyage d'affaires, il a 2 chambres à coucher, la premiÚre a un lit queen et deuxiÚme a 2 lits jumeaux. Nous veillerons à ce que votre séjour soit aussi confortable que possible.

This is a quaint hideaway with a great balcony view and fresh eggs for breakfast!! Lou was super gracious and left us a stocked fridge that included eggs, coffee, fresh fruits, and lots of waters. It’s a quick walk to the train station for all your sight seeing needs. We have a great trip!!

The stay here was beautiful with a ocean view on the balcony and it was easy to walk down to the T to take you wherever you need to go in Boston or MA in general. Torettas bakery is a must and is a 10 minute walk away. They left milk, eggs, bread, butter and fresh fruit! Plenty of space to hangout and relax in the bedrooms and living room. Thank you Lou and Ikram for letting us stay and check in early because of our early flight!

Location was perfect for our travel plans. It was very comfortable and the hosts left some breakfast items including their fresh eggs. I loved hearing the chickens in the morning!

The location was great for visiting Boston and Salem. Easy access to the MBTA. The accommodations were clean and the hospitality was wonderful.I would recommend you pack earplugs, if you are used to quiet at night like we are, as it is in the airport flight path. The deck is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee.

Alles war prima. Im Apartment war der KĂŒhlschrank gefĂŒllt, wir brauchten nichts fĂŒr das FrĂŒhstĂŒcken einkaufen. Die Terrasse war wunderbar.Von der Metrostation Beachmont ist es gut 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu Apartment.Man sollte vielleicht wissen, dass die Einflugschneise zum Flughafen Boston bei manchen WetterverhĂ€ltnisse nicht weit entfernt ist. Im Apartment haben wir uns nicht gestört gefĂŒhlt, aber bei sehr gerĂ€uschempfindlichen Menschen könnte das ein Thema sein.Die Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers war aussergewöhnlich, bei unserer Abreise regnete es, wir baten den Gastgeber ein Taxi zu bestellen, aber er brachte uns selbst zu Bahnhof.FĂŒr uns war das Quartier wunderbar.

We had a lovely stay here. We were 2 couples traveling together and had plenty of room. Its nothing suoer fancy but it was very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the subway and a good off street parking spot. We mostly just spent the night here as we were out all day sight seeing. The view from the patio was great. Also a quick walk down to the beach for some lovely shelling. Neighborhood felt safe amd homey.

Wonderful trip to Boston

What a wonderful stay we had! We want to thank Lou for both his hospitality and generosity. Fresh eggs, fruit, and other breakfast items were unexpected but welcomed. The property was all we hoped it to be. Located a half mile from both the transit center and the beach. I'm not sure you could ask for a better stay.

Great Place!

Our stay at this VRBO was fantastic! The location is perfect—just a short distance from downtown Boston, making it convenient for sightseeing and dining. The space was spotless and provided plenty of room for our group of four. The hosts went above and beyond by stocking essentials like fresh fruit, milk, bread, soap, shampoo, and even half and half, which was incredibly thoughtful and made us feel right at home. They were gracious, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, comfortable, and well-located spot in Boston!

Great location with a view and provisions.

This upstairs apartment provided a perfect suburban location for an easy drive up to Salem, and easy subway ride into Boston. Off street parking is provided in their private driveway. We enjoyed the great water views from the deck. The hosts, who live downstairs, provided fresh fruit, milk, juice etc. A special treat was the fresh eggs from the chickens they keep in their back yard.

Nice Weekend Stay

Had a nice stay - just enough space for us for a quick trip to Boston.. Communications with our hosts was great. There were many nice touches provided in the rental, which is always appreciated! We didn't find the stools in the kitchen particularly comfortable, so we just played cards in the living room. Might be harder to eat sitting in them with non-adults in your group. We didn't rent a car, just used the train, which is about a 10-15 min minute walk from their location. Definitely recommend, and we would stay again.

Came to Boston with my son and my brother to watch the blue jays at Fenway. The rental was 10 min walk from the subway, very clean, well stocked and the hosts were very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Great views and breakfast!

We loved staying here, great quiet neighborhood but a short walk to the T gets you everywhere if you want to avoid driving. Close to great dining in Revere Beach and music concerts at Suffolk Downs. I’d definitely come back!

Thoughtful hosts

We were visiting Boston for our anniversary and the hosts were kind enough to leave a cake and wine for us along with everything needed for breakfast. Very thoughtful! Only negative was the airplane noise was quite loud.

We were celebrating our 20th anniversary. Our host, Lou was amazing. He even picked us up from the airport as we didn’t have a rental. The home was spotless and as prescribed a very short walk to the metro. He even left us some small food for the week and the cake was amazing. If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay and great views this home is for you. Thanks again Lou.

A wonderful stay

We stayed here for our girls trip. We loved everything about it. It was soooo clean, came into a stocked fridge with eggs and fruit amongst a ton of other things. Easy access to train to Boston, nature trails and parks

Property was great. Easy close access to Blue line and some nature trails and parks. Home was cute, clean and deck was amazing. Host stocked frig with fresh eggs from their chickens and juice, fruit, yogurt etc. which was a pleasant surprise. Host was friendly and helpful.
