Notre appartement d'une chambre magnifiquement rĂ©novĂ© est situĂ© dans l'un des quartiers les plus recherchĂ©s de DC. À distance de marche de grands restaurants, du zoo national et Ă  distance de marche du mĂ©tro qui vous conduira au centre commercial National en 15 minutes. L'appartement dispose d'une cuisine gastronomique entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec des comptoirs en granit, un lave-vaisselle, une toute nouvelle laveuse et sĂ©cheuse pleine grandeur, une planche Ă  repasser et une immense tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat avec Netflix et Amazon Prime. This is a very well maintained, well appointed, spacious property in a quiet residential neighborhood. Access to transport, shops and restaurants is all terrific.

Cozy DC Cottage

The property is exactly as described. One large and cozy bedroom with separate well appointed kitchen and living area. Perfectly sized bathroom and great shower. We thoroughly enjoyed our work/vacation getaway. The size is more than adequate. Communication with Owner was perfect. Location is outstanding in quiet neighborhood with walkable Metro station, restaurants, grocery stores, and other conveniences. Very well equipped with all needed to cook in the kitchen, lots of towels and linens. Could not have been happier. Highly recommended.

This is a pleasant space in a lovely neighborhood, with a comfortable bed, great shower, and functional kitchen. It was a delight to stay in this well-appointed space, with a real living room, adequate dresser/closet space, washer/dryer, enough kitchen equipment, etc. Well thought-out and well executed. An easy walk to the Metro Red Line, grocery stores, restaurants. We would definitely try to stay here on any future visits to DC.

Excellent place for family trip to DC

We had a wonderful stay during our quick spring break trip to DC! The apartment was perfect for our family of four (two adults and two kids, ages 9 and 11). It had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen that made it easy to cook when we wanted. The location was ideal—an easy walk to grocery stores, restaurants, and the Metro, all in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood. Roger was incredibly accommodating and arranged for us to drop off our bags early, which was a huge help. Highly recommend!

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was well appointed and very comfortable. We also found that it was in a beautiful neighborhood close to the Metro, Nat’l Cathedral, Zoo, and many options for eating. It was a short drive to the National Mall and Reagan airport. We would definitely choose this location again.

Love the location!

The apartment was comfortable for our five night stay. I liked the very firm bed. Easy walk to the Metro, lots of food choices nearby. There's a little bit of noise from above, but nothing disruptive.

Great Apartment!

This apartment was as lovely as advertised. We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location is pleasant and convenient. A minor issue is that the water pressure in the shower was rather weak but our daughter, who lives in DC, said that is just how it is in DC. We would happily stay here again.

We had a great stay at this well-appointed rental! The furniture is modern and comfortable, and everything was spotless. The amenities are fantastic, with reliable Wi-Fi, a great TV setup, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. Just a heads-up—this is a basement unit, so you may hear some noise from upstairs. Overall, it’s a cozy and convenient place to stay!

Best VRBO Ever!

This is the nicest VBRO we have stayed in, and we hope to rent it again for future visits to the area. The rental is located in an attractive tree lined neighborhood. We loved the landscaping, windows and light, and the quality furniture, appliances, and supplies provided. I cooked several meals for my family and everything I needed to cook was available. I was nervous about the parking in Washington DC, but there was always a parking spot immediately outside the apartment (need to register and apply for a parking permit from the DC). The communication with the property manager was excellent. This is an exceptional rental and we highly recommend it.

Another great stay

We enjoyed another very pleasant stay at Roger’s apartment. Great location and so convenient to stores - Wholefoods and Giant within walking distance - and transport. The apartment is very well appointed and has everything you would need for a short or long stay - we were there for two weeks. Roger is a very responsive host and will come back to you almost by return with anything you raise with him.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Our apartment in located in one of the nicest neighborhoods in DC with beautiful old growth trees and well maintained homes and yards. But this isn't a suburban neighborhood. We are right in the middle of one of the nicest area's of the city. We are very close to two metro stations and two bus lines that make traveling around the city fast and easy. We are an easy walk to many terrific restaurants of all prices ranges and easy walk to the National Zoo and the National Cathedral.
