Emplacement! Emplacement! Emplacement! Cette incroyable maison de deux chambres et deux salles de bain complĂštes est situĂ©e au cƓur de Times Squares au 136 Primo et peut accueillir quatre personnes. À moins d'une minute Ă  pied de la maison, vous serez de retour au coin du boulevard Estero. et 7 miles de plage de sable blanc de sucre.

SituĂ© sur un canal en eau profonde, vous avez une vue magnifique sur l'eau, ainsi que la pĂȘche directe et la navigation de plaisance depuis l'arriĂšre-cour. Les dauphins et les lamantins frĂ©quentent le canal pour votre plaisir d'observation de la faune. Une grande enveloppe surĂ©levĂ©e autour du pont vous permettra de vous asseoir haut en regardant au-dessus de l'eau et de sentir les brises fraĂźches.

Les propriétaires ont entiÚrement rénové l'intérieur de cette maison, créant une maison incroyablement chaleureuse et accueillante pour vous. La lumiÚre naturelle, combinée à une combinaison de couleurs terreuses, de tissus riches et de textures, a transformé cette maison en votre propre spa privé.

Le salon a un mur de portes coulissantes qui s'ouvrent sur le grand pont arriÚre. Les vues sur l'eau abondent tout en étant assis dans le salon. Suivez l'actualité du soir sur la grande télévision à écran plat ou regardez votre film préféré sur le lecteur DVD.

Vous adorerez la toute nouvelle cuisine personnalisĂ©e avec des appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers haut de gamme en acier inoxydable, un Ă©vier de ferme profond et un lave-vaisselle. Tout a Ă©tĂ© prĂ©vu dans la cuisine pour vous aider Ă  prĂ©parer un petit dĂ©jeuner simple Ă  un dĂźner complet. Bien sĂ»r, avec autant de restaurants phĂ©nomĂ©naux Ă  seulement 1 minute Ă  pied de la maison, vous n'utiliserez peut-ĂȘtre jamais la cuisine!

La chambre principale est une grande retraite. Un lit king-size à plateau-coussin vous attend pour dormir la nuit. Une télévision à écran plat dans la chambre est là pour regarder un film de fin de soirée. Réveillez-vous le matin pour une douche revigorante dans votre grande douche à l'italienne avec deux pommes de douche.

La chambre d'hĂŽtes a deux lits jumeaux et une salle de bain complĂšte avec baignoire / douche dans le couloir.

Our adult family of six had a wonderful stay at Michael's house. Everything was decorated nicely and the house was well stocked with all the items to make our stay comfortable. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to enjoy the restaurants and nightlife that Fort Myers has to offer. Communication was great and we liked the fact that we could bring our boat and easily access the Gulf. We will definitely stay again in the future.

This is a very nice, clean beach house,very close to Times Square. Has a beautiful deck overlooking the canal. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location for Relaxing

Amazing location, close to it all, but with some serenity on the back deck!

Loved our trip!! House is in Prime location, yet away enough to still relax! Everything needed for a great beach stay! Owner was easy to work with.

It was my understanding that our family was among some of the first to stay in this home since reconstruction. The home has been redone beautifully and was spotless. It even smelled like new home and new furniture. We had age ranges from young adult to elderly and all 6 of us fell in love with this home and truly hated to leave. If anyone reading this is ever on the fence about it
.choose this place! Plus it’s a very quick walk over to the beach. The host was also great. He had simple effective communication and was available yet did not bug you. We appreciated that!

5 Star home, host and location!

This home is stunning and so convenient to the beach, restaurants, shops and the mainland. The host, Michael, has been thoughtful providing everything a guest would need for their vacation. Having a beach wagon, chairs, cooler, towels and umbrella was so appreciated and saved room in our vehicle for other things. We loved grilling on the ground level and watching the pelicans and fish. The beds and furniture were extremely comfortable. The kitchen is very well appointed with everything one would need to make family meals. We can't wait for our next beach vacation at this property! Thank you, Michael for ensuring we had a great stay!

Perfect spot!

We stayed 2 weeks, loved the place and have booked again for next year. The owner was friendly and responsive and has done a great job in providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. His notebook gave lots of good tips about things to do in the area. The outdoor grill and fishing off the dock added to the visit. Seabird Cottage was wonderful, neat, clean with many amenities. The location was within minutes of an awesome beach, sunsets and restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful time and we recommend this house to anyone!

Great Location!

This cute house is in a great location. Close to everything. Super clean. Would stay again. Only thing that was a little upsetting was the cleaning crew coming on in while my kids were still trying to get all their stuff out of the house and packed into their car before it was even check out time. Didn't say anything to them just went on it.

Fun Staycation

Home was as pictured and described. There were 4 of us, 2 adults with 2 kids, well young men (16 & 19). We walked to Times Square and the beach every day and night, very close (a block to the beach and 3-4 blocks to Times Square). Lots of choices for restaurants. Was nice and relaxing to sit out back. Wish we had Kayaks since the water/dock was right there. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Was a nice getaway before school starts back up.

Perfect Spot!

My husband and our 2 daughters (31 and 18) spent the week of 12/15-12/22 at the Seabird Cottage. The location was perfect - walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. My daughter ran every morning on the beach and my husband fished off the dock. We even saw dolphins off the pier! We were there to celebrate the holidays and also to house hunt for our retirement home. Michael introduced us to his neighbor Joe - a realtor who was very familiar with the area we were looking at. We found our new home! We also had a great week - even though the weather turned windy and rainy the last couple days - we still had a great time! The Seabird Cottage is very cozy and perfect for a family of 4!

It was a brand new wonderful cottage with a great host. The location was ideal, as we could easily walk for dining out, to Sand sculpting contest, etc.I highly recommend this as a beach family getaway. And, it was very quiet, even though close to Estero blvd.

Excellent Location!

House is in a great location for walking to all the restaurants, bars and shops. Nice view on the canal. The beds in guest room were smaller than anticipated (twin size), but it worked fine for the adults sleeping in that room as they are average height/weight. Would definitely stay here again.

Air conditioning and cleanliness

The air conditioner was unable to keep up with the war weather. The hot water in the shower was non-existent when someone else was using water. The sink in the master bath still had toothpaste in/on it from the previous renter. There was dust all over the pictures, which is not good for those of us with allergies. Michael was great and very friendly, we appreciate him. He communicated perfectly and was very accurate.
