Le Brooklands Barn propose un hébergement de luxe dans un cadre rural, à moins d'1,6 km du centre-ville d'Arundel. Il offre une vue panoramique imprenable sur le château d'Arundel et dispose d'une piscine intérieure privée et d'un sauna.

La propriété a deux acres de jardins privés, deux très grandes cours sécurisées et WiFi gratuit. Il y a un grand parking privé.
Notre hébergement est flexible, spacieux et contemporain, offrant des vacances relaxantes et uniques.

Good, clean, spacious property

I recently returned from a very enjoyable holiday at Brooklands Barn with my family of 7 adults and 5 children (age range 6 -15yrs). The Barn is very spacious, clean and comfortable and situated in a peaceful position amongst fields with views to Arundel castle and Cathedral, and a short drive to Littlehampton beach. It has a good, well maintained indoor pool which was in frequent use, and loads of outdoor space for games. The owners are welcoming and helpful and I would be happy to recommend this holiday to friends.

Stunning property in a beautiful location.

Really well presented and lovely and clean. Fantastic imaginative lay out for large families and groups. We had bad weather which didn't matter at all thanks to the indoor pool (great for kids. I taught two five year olds to swim!) Also plenty of expansive indoor space for games, eating etc. Lovely to have so many en-suite bedrooms. Wonderful views of castle and cathedral. Lovely garden for ball games and bird watching. The owner was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We can't wait to go back!

Perfect for groups of friends and families

We spent New Year at Brooklands Barn - 12 adults and 3 one-year olds - and all had a fantastic time! The barn is beautiful and furnished to a very high spec. The beds are extremely comfortable, with lovely bedding and linen. We all agreed that the bedrooms wouldn't be out of place in a boutique hotel. The communal areas are also very well-appointed. The larger living/dining area was perfect for our New Year's Eve dinner and celebrations. Three of the bedrooms are on the other side of the courtyard, with a separate open plan living room/kitchen which we turned into a playroom. The location was also lovely, with Arundel and lots of beaches close by. The owners couldn't have been more helpful (they even left us a card and a bottle of bubbly!) and it was great having them on site in case of any questions. We will definitely be back!

Perfect for a family gathering

The purpose of our stay at Brooklands was to attend a family wedding . We were a party of twelve with different family members arriving and departing at various times over the early May Bank Holiday weekend. The flexibility of the accommodation and the helpful attitude of the owners were ideal for our rather complex timetable and requirements. Our party included my very elderly parents for whom the layout in Jamestone was perfect as there were only a few small steps inside the property. Overall, the property was as described but description could not capture the charm of Brooklands and its welcoming owners, who live on site. Some may find the owners being on site off-putting in prospect - in practice, it is a positive feature as they are so helpful and thoughtful . The property is very spacious and well -equipped - the only thing we missed was a potato masher ! There is china and tableware for 12 and a good range of pans etc. All of the accommodation was clean and furnished to a very high standard. Exceptionally comfortable (and large!) beds. Modern well fitted bathrooms with good showers. Large fluffy towels supplied. The gardens are pretty but the appalling weather meant that we could not take advantage of the barbecue and garden seating. We did not have time to use the pool but , as with all other areas at Brooklands, it was clean and well-maintained . The location of the pool and access arrangements mean that it is very safe with no danger of small children finding their way there unattended. We would not hesitate to recommend Brooklands- it is a lovely property in a most beautiful and interesting area. We just wish we could have stayed longer to explore the surrounding countryside properly.

Great family celebration venue

3 generations gathered together at Brooklands Barn. The pool & sauna were great & the kids had their own sitting room to escape to. The local footpaths from the barn were an added bonus.

Golden Anniversary

Stayed with family and extended family of 20 people. With the pool and surrounding gardens it made an excellent stay for our celebrations. Would definitely recommend.

A fantastic weekend

This property allowed my extended family to all be housed in separate parts of the barn so that we were all able to go away for my father's 70th birthday. We were able to make good use of the pool and all the facilities were fantastic. Claire, the lovely owner, was incredibly helpful and answered all our questions very promptly. There really was everything we needed and the property is in good condition, extremely clean and comfortable. I highly recommend the property for large sized groups.

Amazing property!!

13 of us stayed at Brooklands Barn for 2 nights. We had more than enough space for everyone. Everything was pristine, the beds were super comfortable and everyone enjoyed having their own little area of the house. We loved the outdoor space, the front patio area is great for gathering and soaking up the sun. The pool was lovely and clean and again was plenty big enough for us all. Claire was a great host, we couldn't have asked for a better venue. Cannot recommend enough!

Special birthday family get together.

Great location very close to Arundel with it's facilities. Beautifully presented, large property which suited our large family get together really well. The indoor pool and outdoor sauna were better than we had hoped, the pool was large and well heated, the children loved it. The sauna although outside was a few short steps from the main house. Great customer service The owner was there at the time promised and gave us a comprehensive tour of the large property. Although February there's lots to do in the area and the children loved the dance studio. Would highly recommend this property for large groups as there's loads of seating areas for a quite 5 minutes one with terrific views over the river Arun valley. All the bedrooms were well presented and comfortable. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Great, even in November

Excellent choice for a family 70th birthday party. 14 adults (aged 30 to 70) and 9 children ( 6 months to c10) The bedrooms are spread out so that each family group had plenty of space. The children loved the pool and the playroom. It was November so using the outside sunbeds was replaced by sitting around the wood fire. We used a local catering company to cater for us on the Saturday evening which was a great success. Clare/Claire was very accommodating allowing us extra time to gather up all the children on our departure. Highly recommended. John F

A totally unique venue

Fifteen months ago my husband and I viewed Brooklands Barn as a possible venue for my birthday celebration weekend away with my family, and I knew then it would be just perfect. On Friday 17 June, seventeen of us across three generations arrived for the start of an amazing weekend. Everyone loved their luxurious bedrooms. The pool was well used and I was able to spend quality time in the sauna with my six grandchildren. Afterwards, the guys even watched the Euro football in the lovely lounge, while the girls enjoyed a cuppa in the dining area. It was easy to prepare our meals in the well appointed kitchen. With the dining area designed conveniently adjacent, it was fun to all sit and eat together at the huge dining table. Having two extra kitchens proved a huge bonus as all four fridges were used to chill the celebration champagne and beers. We drank toasts outside on the fabulous patio. Having several smaller sitting areas around was good for personal chats. Thank you Claire for all your help and for creating such a wonderful place for us all to celebrate and enjoy my 80th birthday!

Perfect stay in an amazing property

As a large group of friends (20) getting together to celebrate we were looking for something impressive and Brooklands certainly didn't disappoint. It is an absolutely stunning property and worked perfectly for what we needed. It is rare to find something this size with no compromises, we could all fit around the table, we all sat together in the lounge and outside enjoying the incredible views. Both inside and outside spaces are done to perfection and the new sauna next to the swimming pool is a real treat! I also have to mention Claire (the owner) who is a lovely lady and couldn't have helped and supported us more with all our questions and requests in the run up to the weekend. I will definitely be coming back!

perfect place for our family get together

We stayed here for a family get together to celebrate our Wedding. Plenty of space for us all to spend time together or split in to small groups. Pool a big hit. Views over Arundel Castle wonderful. Booked this venue for Global Leadership Team Week

We booked the whole venue to hold our annual Global Leadership Meeting - it works so well for us and makes a pleasant change from the restrictions of all staying in a hotel - it was more relaxed with plenty of space for breakout sessions. The setting is perfect and our overseas visitors loved the idea of staying in a converted barn - it is tranquil and picturesque, we cannot find anywhere else more perfect and have just booked for the 3rd year running

Brilliant stay from start to finish

We chose Brooklands for a long overdue family weekend away and it did not fail to impress. The views were breathtaking, the accommodation was outstanding and finished to a high standard, the pool was a winner for both children and adults in our party, and the weather was kind enough for us to enjoy a wine and a BBQ in the courtyard. Having 3 kitchens and 2 living areas meant that families could have their own space as well as being able to all gather together in the main barn. The owner Claire was very helpful and at hand when we needed extra towels. If I had to be picky I would say that the kitchen could use some baking trays and sharper knives and if you wanted to add a hot tub in the courtyard Claire it would be heaven!!!! Thank you for a great stay, great memories were made.

Wonderful Venue!

Excellent extended family getaway over Christmas

Dear Claire, The complaint from the 11 grandchildren was "Do we Have to go home". Then "when can we come back to the big Big house". The kids had a wonderful time and the pool came top of the list above the Chichester Theatre visit and good walks both in the countryside and the beach (west side of the Arun ). I was thrilled by the sunrise highlighting the cathredal and castle from the patio and we were even spoilt to see the space station speed across the sky.It was a wonderful chance for us adults to catch up in a relaxed enviroment with the family looking after themselves; though we even had time for all family charades and card games. Yes the children got it right . It was over much too quickly, Thanks and best wishes Andrew (10 adults, 11 children over Christmas week)

Wonderful, Clean and Impressive property

We booked our stay at Brooklands Barn all very last minute. Claire and Simon were very helpful and informative. We had a tour of the property when we arrived and we were very impressed with everything we saw. Looks great on the photos but even better in real life. A great place for our work retreat and a beautiful location. Very spacious, clean and tidy. Really impressed and have already recommended to my friends and family that they should come and stay at Brooklands Barn. Thank you Claire and Simon!

amazing property for a large party

Brooklands short stay

Amazing barn, well facilitated, beautiful lovation

I celebrated my 40th birthday here with 20 friends and it was fantastic. All rooms are beautiful, an amazing living area and seating for 20. The outside is lovely and we sat out at the big table till very late. Everyone enjoyed the pool. Beautiful location near arundel castle. Couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate my 40th. It was wonderful.

A great venue for my 40th celebration. It lived up to the photos on the website. The owner Claire was very helpful all through the booking of the venue Fabulous views of the Downs and we could walk into Arundel. And I would recommend the Swan Hotel n Arundel for food. Would definitely stay again.

Used Brooklands for our Global Company Conference

This was the perfect venue for our Global Conference and we hired the venue for a week. Claire, the owner, was extremely helpful answering lots of questions & queries I had before our stay. Her husband even helped me carry in all the groceries! The facilities were first class, everywhere was very clean, the bedrooms very comfortable and the layout of the place was perfect for our requirements - it made a very relaxing, homely place for our meetings, as our team wanted a change from the restrictions of the usual hotel environment. We booked a yoga teacher, made good use of the pool and walked into Arundel several evenings to eat in the local restaurants - there is an excellent choice. We also did some self-catering and ate in several evenings - one evening having a BBQ - the kitchen facilities were excellent. We can thoroughly recommend this venue and will definitely be looking to book again next year.
