Lovely spot only issue were some unexpected stairs and we had some problems figuring the main level in room shower hot water. But that was probably us…would recommend!

Great location - catch the tram into nice or dine out by the harbour. From here we visited Cannes, Monaco, Eze (an absolute must for the exotic gardens and views), villefranche & old town. A fantastic apartment with unrivalled views and weather even in march.

The apartment was stunning in its location! We absolutely loved it. We had some difficulty because one of the rooms shown on Vrbo was of a nice room with 2twin beds, dressed nicely with a back balcony with chairs. We arrived to find that room with one dressed bed and the balcony being used as a storage area. There was some back and forth with the owner, after some convincing he agreed to have the house manager make it look presentable. Other than that, we had a great stay!

We absolutely loved staying here. The view was to die for, watching yachts dock was fascinating and sunrise and sunset were beautiful. The apartment was spotless and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for eating in. The location was very convenient for restaurants, bakeries, tram and train.

This was our second vacation staying at this lovely port apartment. I highly recommend the apartment. It is in the perfect location. It is an easy walk to the promenade, Old Town and its markets, Garibaldi Square and Place Massena. The tram is directly across from the apartment and busses are easily accessible. We love the view from the apartment. You can use the Port Lympia apartment as a base to visit other towns along the coast. I cannot say enough about the convenience of the location and this fantastic apartment. If you do spend your holiday here, check out the boat Charlotte that offers various options. Charlotte will deliver you to Monte Carlo in the morning with a return back to Nice later in the day. We aren't gamblers, but even so you don't want to miss Monte Carlo. The Prince's Palace at Monaco and the view from the top of Monaco is very nice. We stayed at the apartment for two weeks which gave us plenty of time to explore Antibes, Cannes, Menton, Eze, Villefranche Sur Mer. Our favorite restaurant near the apartment is Le Local. And the best crepes you will ever experience are at Creperie Le Trimaran in Old Town. Needless to say, we love Nice and the Port apartment is perfect. Communication is very easy with the owner and manager. We hope to return.

This was our second visit to this apartment. It is in a great location with nearby transport links for trams, buses and taxis. The trams stop nearby and link straight to the airport. The view from the balcony over the port is fabulous. Kitchen is well equipped. The agent gives you access to the property and is easy to contact. Overall I would thoroughly recommend this property and we hope to return.

Wonderful location!!!

The location was better than expected! Unit was super clean, views were awesome and being able to walk downstairs to a ton of restaurants/bars was AWESOME! The check-in process having to be in person was a bit cumbersome, but the local person who met us was very nice and very thorough with the explanations on all of the systems. Loved the area and would highly recommend!

A really nice flat in a perfect location. Perfect view from the balcony. Close to the best restaurants. Connections to the airport, ferries and Monaco right on the doorstep. Perfect in every way

Our stay at Chris's property in Nice was absolutely perfect in every way. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing, was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and the location could not have been better. The apartment had everything our family of four needed for a 3-week stay. An amazing sunset view from the apartment's balcony, short walks to different beaches, the tram stop and bus stops directly outside the door.... We cannot recommend this property highly enough and hope that it's available on our next trip to Nice!

Loved this beautiful port stay!

Really gorgeous, well-appointed, and perfectly located property. The home was spacious, the beds were comfy, and the views were stunning. The location could not be better and we were so happy to have chosen this wonderful spot. The next time.we are in Nice we will definitely book again!

I wanted a property that made you feel that you were immediately on holiday, and with it's direct west facing views over the Port of Nice, it's a wonderful place to relax in in the evening and watch the sun set from the balcony.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

As this Duplex Penthouse over the 6th and 7th floor is directly on the port, it offers un-interrupted stunning views of the port, sea and mountains behind Nice, and even on a bad weather day it feels like you're on holiday.
There is a very large lounge, and also an additional lounging area in the new top floor double bedroom with a second smart TV.
A new air-conditioning system has been fitted throughout the apartment in 2021 at the same time as the new double bedroom was created.
