Venez à la plage et profiter de ce milieu moderne siÚcle conçu bungalow sur la plage à quelques pas de la plage. Ceci est une chambre avec un lit queen, un lit queen Frontgate (stocké dans le placard), 2 salles de bains, une cuisine complÚte avec bar et manger dans la zone pour 4. Il y a une grande manger et un coin salon en plein air pour 4 à 6. Il y a un passage privé à l'unité et une douche extérieure. La propriété est située sur le cÎté de la terre de l'avenue Pacific donc il n'y a pas de traverser une rue passante pour se rendre à la plage.

Excellent hide-a-way steps from the beach

This quaint cottage was very clean and stocked with everything needed. It is a perfect hide-a-way for the weekend at the beach.

Steps to the beach

This was our second time staying at this property. We love the quiet location just steps to the beach. Just the right size for my husband and I and our 2 dogs.

This 1 bedroom apartment was just the way it looks in pictures. It was just the right size for my husband and I and our 2 dogs. I Liked that it was private, well equipped, had a comfy bed, a fenced courtyard and very close to the beach.

Everything we needed!

Great location in a beautiful part of Virginia Beach. Lovely courtyard to sit and read, dine alfresco or practice yoga. Bed was comfortable and perfect amount of space for myself, husband, and our son. Extra bonus- we could bring our pup! Outdoor shower ensures no one is tracking sand into the condo:)

Chic and comfortable cottage on the North End

This cottage was likely the original beach house on the property. The cottage is very sweet, in such a great location with its beach access via a long ADA ramp, and close proximity to First Landing State Park where I participated in a Ranger lead “Owl Prowl” after sunset. The Tempurpedic mattress is divine. The 2 bathrooms were handy, although they lack storage around the sink. I enjoyed watching the partial lunar eclipse in November 2021 and full moons outside on the deck. I love how the cottage is decorated to feel homey and chic. It has a nice, semi-private deck to enjoy meals, sunsets and moonrises. The bedroom in the upstairs unit is above the cottage bedroom, so noise levels are dependent on the neighbors above. It seems the kitchen has been better stocked since previous reviews, but the pots and pans feature the customary scratched non-stick surfaces. I stored my food waste in the freezer, because cockroaches visited when I left food in the open garbage can. Raccoons are known in VB for picking through outside garbage. I enjoyed having my dedicated parking space, and in the winter, plenty of street parking was available. Summer will likely be a different story. I have stayed in many Home Aways and VRBOs since the 1990s and this is one of my top two favorites.

Cutest beachside property!

I don't think you could find a better spot this close to the beach that is this affordable! Decorated so nicely and the outdoor space tops it off. Totally private with a grill, table and chairs and cozy seating area large enough to accommodate several people. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Perfect place for a couple!

Another great stay in this property. Our dog was excited as soon as we pulled into the driveway. We love the proximity to the beach and the quietness of being off the boardwalk. We look forward to returning again!

Another Great Vacation

Another year at Virginia Beach and we absolutely love our stay here. The closeness to the beach make it so convenient to watch the sunrise or take a stroll on the beach. The patio area is also great to have a drink or snack, so very quiet. Inside is a very well appointed kitchen and seating area. We plan on coming back next year.

The perfect place!!

This was our 4th time here. You will never find a better place. I can’t say enough about how beautiful the property is inside and out. The location is perfect! Most importantly we can bring our dogs. Thankful for people who understand how important our dogs our to us. We will be back.

Perfect spot for a trip to the beach

Our Experience was Great! We love the rental, it was perfect for us. The grill outside and the nice sized kitchen allowed us to eat in, then walk 20 steps to the sandy beach. The property was comfortable, clean, just a perfect beach house.

Great getaway

We had a great time in VA beach. Shorehaven II was perfect for our family of three plus the wonder pet. The place has a great outdoor patio and the proximity to the beach can't be beat. Laurie was a great host!

Location to beach is amazing!

This was a great property and perfect for us. It was very clean and I loved it that it had beach chairs and even a couple boogie boards. The best part was how close it was to the beach. And we loved being on the northside away from all the commercialized areas. We will definitely try to stay here again if we go back.
