Wonderful vacation at Villa Madeira

My family and friends, 4 adults and 4 kids stayed at Villa Madeira and we had a wonderful time. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood that also felt very safe. It looks just like the pictures, very spacious, well equipped (much more beyond the essentials), clean and tidy. It is conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants. The communication was exceptional and Stefan was always available and answered our questions immediately. The guest guide book was very detailed and had plenty of recommendations for things to do and places to visit. We requested the pool heating and it was well worth it during the first week of April. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Great place to stay in Bradenton

Great house. Amenities were really good. Everything worked which hasn’t always been the case when we rent, so we never had to contact the host. Had pretty cool weather but the pool heated up nicely given the weather. Lot of room and the beds were nice. The grill was nice too. There was also great beach chairs that weren’t really advertised. Only minor suggestion would be a bit more lighting by the pool. Overall great experience.

Christmas stay

The house is just like the pictures, or better. Everything was very clean upon arrival. It is the most well stocked house I’ve ever rented. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. There are plenty of towels, blankets, and the best thing for our family was the good quality beach chairs that we used on the beach. The pool area is very nice. Our kids (ages 11-18) enjoyed it. The owner was very responsive. We would definitely go again!

Clean, spacious house for large group

We stayed at this house with my extended family for a week in April 2023. It was very clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Property management was very responsive.

Family and baseball

Property is very spacious for my family while we were in town visiting for a baseball event. Home is clean and centrally located to Ed Smith Stadium and Lecom Park and other activities. We had a great time in the pool just about everyday. Small ant problem so be very diligent about cleaning up dropped food. Heating element broke in oven while we there, but rental staff were very responsive about getting fixed. It was not fixed while we were there so that was a bummer as we were using oven daily. Overall we were happy with the property and would stay at the home again.

Wunderbare Villa

Wir haben den Aufenthalt total genossen und waren begeistert - die Villa ist absolut zu empfehlen. Die Kommunikation von der An- bis zur Abreise waren perfekt! Die Lage ist klasse und es ist sehr ruhig - alle tollen Beaches (Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key etc.) sind innerhalb von 25-30 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Walmart, Publix) & Tankstellen sind 3 Minuten entfernt. HandtĂŒcher sind ausreichend vorhanden und auch alles rund um den Strand (StĂŒhle, Sonnenschirme, etc.). Somit konnten wir uns total erholen!

Clean Clean Clean!

This home was meticulously clean and was well equipped with everything we needed! The layout was perfect for us, as we were traveling with a wide range of ages, 11-90! There was plenty of room for us to spread out between the 2 living rooms and beautiful patio. We spent most of our time enjoying the pool and patio. The outdoor fans were a nice touch. Just enough to cool us down in the warm Florida sun. The on site grill was also a nice touch. Stephan was quick to respond to any questions we had, and even came over to make sure the pool pump was working properly after brief power outage. When my father forgot his wallet there, Stephan and his team were quick to locate it and get it in the mail for us. The home is in a quiet, well kept neighborhood that is in close proximity to shopping and dining. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this home to anyone looking for a vacation rental in the Sarasota area.

Highly recommend

This is a fantastic house in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed many nights sitting in the covered patio overlooking both the pool and pond. The kids loved the pool. The home is very roomy and clean and is located within a quick drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Bring your own beach towels if you are planning to visit the beach. Would absolutely visit again.

Home Away from Home

Renting this home for two weeks was definitely the right choice. Upon arrival, we found the home in excellent condition. It was clean throughout the home including the pool and grounds. Everything in the home was functional and modern. The pool was great and the lanai pond-view, with wildlife, was exceptional. We sat outside for hours just watching the birds, fish jumping, and even a turtle around the pond. The location of the home was close to all our shopping needs including restaurants. We spoke with Stefan, the property manager, and he was responsive and quick to act on any request we had. We were 100% satisfied with this home for our vacation trip. This was a home away from home...

Quiet Residential Getaway

Great house in quiet neighborhood with pool backing up to small water pond. Neighbors are close so it’s expected to respect no noise after 10 pm. House was clean, comfy beds, Spectrum wifi and TV. 30 mins from Manatee Public Beach.

Beautiful Family Stay

We greatly enjoyed the space and location of this property. Big open living areas and a great outdoor area for eating and swimming. The property manager was attentive to all questions we had and responded right away. Great neighborhood for walking with our little ones and very close to everything! We would definitely stay again.

The property is mainly updated and largely presents as advertised and is reasonably priced. The pool was popular with our guests. The water in the rear of house is nice touch. The washer and dryer need repair as they operate fairly loudly. The dryer is difficult to start at times. The non-master bathroom has some rust stains in the sink and tub. Property manager was very responsive.

Referees in Florida

I brought several referees in town for a US Soccer event and needed a house that was big enough to hold all of us. This house was perfect. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. The home has plenty of room and is very well stocked. We will be back next year. Thank you!

Clean, convenient home

We had a great time at this house, two adults and 5 teenagers. There was plenty of space, beds, towels, kitchen gadgets and the pool is perfection. The neighborhood is great and central to everything we wanted to explore.

Nice house with a great location

This house was in a great neighborhood and we loved how close it was to restaurants and stores. Our family also enjoyed all of the wildlife that visited the lake. The pool was nice and Stefan was great to work with.

I stayed with my 78 year mother and two teenage girls. Close to many stores & beached. Very clean!

Stephan was very friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed this home. It was bright and very big, plenty of room. One part of the house has the master bedroom and a living room. Perfect for my mom when she wanted to be away from the activities of two teenage girls. Her room was super quiet and she was not disturbed by us when we stayed up late to play cards and team video games (there's a second living room with tv). The other three bedrooms were small but fit out needs.One room lacked a dresser which would have been nice. Beds were comfortable and clean. Two bathrooms, clean and no issues there. Plenty of bath towels and washer and dryer were easy to use. The kids enjoyed the pool. There were pool toys and blow ups in the garage to use. Plenty of beach towels were provided. Plenty of seating to sit out in sun and eat on the deck. The deck was large with a very big, clean grill to use. We made dinners nightly. While bakeware was limited, we made due. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!
