What a perfect place to stay. It was so clean and comfortable. The pool and outdoor spa was so inviting. The house was set up with every need a guest might need. From a stocked kitchen, plenty of beach towels and even sand castle toys for a day at the beach. It also was a great location between Siesta Key and Anna Marie Island, if beach days are your thing. We will definitely return.

Satisfactory

The villa was clean and comfortable, the beds cosy. The pool and spa were great and the outside TV a bonus in the evenings. Good location and close to shopping and restaurants. Sandra was very good at responding to the issues we raised.

House was great, looked just like the pictures! Host was on top of it, even delivering batteries, at 8:30pm, for the remote for the ceiling fan!! Loved the location, a lot to do and close to the beaches!

House was clean and cozy. We were there for a soccer tournament in Lakewood Ranch and it was an easy drive to the fields.

Incredible House

Amazing stay. We went with 2 of our grandchildren and there was so much room. Kitchen was stocked and spacious. Kiss ran around so much room. Pool and hot tub was great. We highly recommend this property. We’re booking again for 2026.

This place was perfect! The host was accommodating with our later scheduled game. The house was amazing, large enough for two families, beds were very comfortable, it had everything you needed in the kitchen and the pool and hot tub were extra nice. Having a tv outside was also great to watch the SEC championship game while chilling in the hot tub. It was also close enough to the beach to make a quick drive over for the day. Hope to stay here again next year for the showcase.

We went with our grandchildren and had a great time. So much room in this house. 4 lovely bedrooms. Great pool and hot tub. Close to stores. Not far to beaches. The house is fully stocked and so clean.Kids ran around so much room.We would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Communication

We had a wonderful 7-night stay at this property. The house was very clean and well kept, and communication with the management company, Sandra, was excellent. She responded quickly, was very accommodating when we needed to add an extra night. It made the whole experience stress-free. Overall, it was a great stay, and we highly recommend this property. If we ever return to the area for work, this will be our first choice!

Great Place to Stay. Love it

We had a soccer tournament this weekend in Lakeland Ranch and myself and 2 other soccer families stayed here. The home was located near a Publix and other restaurants. The home itself was amazing. Very clean and spacious. Has everything you could possibly need. The pool area and backporch were amazing. The AC worked amazing.which is a must in Florida.I can't say enough good things about this rental. We will definitely stay again.

After years of watching our sons in college baseball we now have no college team to follow - so - we came to Bradenton to watch a college roommate in pro ball!! Caught 5 games at 4 different parks. Enjoyed them all!!“Saltwater Pool & Spa” was a perfect base for the week. Nestled in a nice neighborhood we were within reach of every spot we wanted to be. Pirates facilities within 15 minutes - other parks under an hour on most days. Great house - great pool - and wonderful hosts!! We had a minor glitch caused by a utility power disruption. Easy to report and was corrected within minutes. Always great when folks are responsive. 100% would stay here again!!

We were pleased with the house size. Enough bedrooms to accommodate our large group. However. The pool was rather small, the neighbors are very close, and there were concerns with the cleanliness.
