Property was spotless - walked around barefoot for a lot of the holiday and feet remained clean! Lovely covered balcony/patio area with barbeque was great for lunches and dinners, and walking down to the seafront was easy and quick.Looking forward to staying again in future.

Family break

Villa is stunning well maintained and clean There was an issue with the pool however we understand this is being fixed before further rentals The location is fine next to a resort which has noise up to about 10 on that was fine for us as we felt we could enjoy our own music and chat without worrying about the noise Nice 50 minute walk to marina

Just spent a week in cascada 33 with my family , the villa is immaculate. Very nice interiors with fabulous outside space . Would not hesitate to book again , def a 5 star villa and customer service team .

Fabulous holiday.

We had a wonderful week in the villa which is perfectly located within walking distance of the local bars & restaurants and the walkway along the seafront. The welcome pack & household essentials were much appreciated as was the heated pool! Would definitely recommend.

It was our second visit to cascada33 it did not disappoint. Villa condition, and location excellent for local amenities, beach, shops, restaurants. We looked at other villas but could not find one that ticked all the boxes for us.

Stay week 29th July 2025

The villa was amazing - one very small issue with a smell in one of the bathrooms but nothing that spoilt our time there. We had a wonderful time - pool area is superb and so much outside space, Buanavilla people were excellent responding to our questions and even delivering a baby monitor when our one from home broke . Little walk to Playa Flamingo beach which we loved. Spar nearby Overall one of the best villas we have ever stayed in so thank you

One of the Best Villas

Our family of six adults stayed in Cascada33 beginning of December, after more than twenty years staying in villas in Lanzarote I can safely say that this is one of the best, facilities were great, the location was perfect a nice easy walk into the town, warm pool, spotless on arrival and great staff who responded immediately when my husband messed up the safe instructions! Not forgetting the wonderful Rituals toiletries! Would highly recommend and hopefully will return - thank you!

Beautiful villa

Four years in the making. From when we first booked and the cancellations due to covid we finally got our Villa holiday and it was all and more then we envisioned. Apart from the 5am cockerel alarm we had the best time. We all thought the villa was even better than the pictures. We used the recommended transfers and again they were great. Just perfect!

Such a beautiful villa. We absolutely loved it. The only problem is we’ve been spoiled for any future villa holidays as I doubt they’ll compare. It’s gorgeous. Fantastic location too. Great company to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. Checked in early. Good to have a mid-week clean included for fresh towels and bedding. Couple of very slight hiccups (a door jammed) which were dealt with immediately. Would highly recommend this villa and the company to anyone looking for a luxury stay. You won’t be disappointed!

2 week family stay

We were a group of 7 - four adults and three kids. Arrival at the Villa was great, The welcome pack was lovely and colouring packs for the kids were well received. The villa itself is stunning and much bigger than the photos… the pool and the outdoor area is the show stopper, absolutely amazing. We rarely left the villa is the first week as it was so nice to spend time there! The kitchen had everything that you could think of needing. Every staff member we met throughout the stay was lovely and so helpful. Location is perfect, just a five minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to town through a shortcut. We can’t wait to go back sometime and would highly recommend it to a bigger family of two families combined. So much space! Thanks again team BeunaVilla

Prachtige villa op mooie locatie vlakbij centrum

Onze eerste indruk was geweldig! Naast heel ruim en modern opgezet ook heel praktisch en zeer luxe. Een mooi ruim boodschappen pakket waardoor je niet direct naar de winkel hoeft, al zou dat geen probleem zijn aangezien er op loop afstand een supermarkt ligt. De tuin is prachtig aangelegd en samen met het enorme terras, ligbedden en groot zonnebed lig je heerlijk privé. Echt een aanrader!!

Cascada33 never fails to deliver

Our second time to stay for Christmas and New Year. A wonderfully contemporary bright and airy villa. Beautifully furnished with every comfort and convenience. Super heated pool and jacuzzi area. Great for family holidays. Within walking distance of Playa Flamingo. Management company - BuenaVilla - are the best. Very responsive and supportive. No request is too much. Manuel and his team bring a real personal touch. Recommend booking directly with BuenaVilla !!!!

Beautiful villa just a small walk away from public area of Playa Blanca. Definitely one of the best location to stay in this crowded area. High standard, nice private pool area and with 2 master bedroom (en-suite bathroom) and 2 separate rooms more than comfortable. We are coming back, for sure. Outstanding information from the beginning to end of vacation, never had that kind of service before… many thanks!!!
