The villa was incredible! The layout the was spot on very spacious and extremely clean! The location is ideal not far from local tourist spots honestly I couldn’t fault our stay and the host Jodie is amazing very quick to respond and very friendly!!!

For the first time ever, we genuinely cannot fault the property we stayed at in Lanzarote. The location was fantastic — peaceful to the point where we were trying to be extra quiet because we thought we might be the loud ones. It’s that calm.The house itself was amazing: spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with absolutely everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. From a fully stocked kitchen to pool toys, a great BBQ setup, and thoughtful touches throughout, it felt like a real home rather than just a rental.Our 7‑year‑old absolutely loved the pool — perfect size, perfectly clean, and perfect for hours of fun. We enjoyed it so much as a family that we’re now seriously considering retiring in Lanzarote one day.Inside the house, the little details made a big difference: kitchen spices, books available to read, English TV channels, and access to Prime, Disney, Netflix, and the option to use your own accounts. It all added to the comfort and ease of the stay.We had an incredible time and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.

Just came back from a brilliant stay at the villa. The property, gardens and pool were all really big and spacious. I don’t think the photos do the property justice. The villa didn’t have air con and although we were there at the end of July the temperature wasn’t that hot but I can imagine in very hot weather lack of air con could be missed.

Loved the Villa - location great and very quiet (although there was a noisy neighbours dog!) Very spacious and comfortable. Comfortable beds. Jodie and Brett fabulous hosts. We had a few issues to do with water during the storm but all resolved quickly. Can highly recommend.

This villa was just perfect for my family stay, with 2 small children the layout downstaris was perfect and the pool was great for my 1.5 yr old to walk around without being held he just loved it!

Great Stay.

Great villa with plenty of room. Great pool. Location is good however car hire recommended to be able to explore the full extent of playa blanca and the island itself.

Lovely outside space. You will need to rent a car. Look closely for extra costs before booking-105 Euros a week for heating the pool(highly recommended, but I feel the pool should be heated without incurring extra charges). Although the advert says the villa sleeps 8, you will be charged 105 euros per week per extra guest if you exceed 4 guests. Thankfully we were 4 guests! 2 of the four bedrooms have very light curtains, so the rooms are very light very early in the morning. We had a lovely stay and really liked Playa Blanca. Thank you

Had a great time at villa occaso, was perfect size accommodation for the 7 of us 4 adults and 3 children. Ideally situated for a walk to most places in Playa Blanca. Would recommend for a good family group holiday!

We had an amazing stay, the villa was perfect and the outside space was amazing. We loved the pool and used the bbq at night times. It was a 15 minute walk down to the prom and 20 mins to playa flamingo.Very quiet area and felt very safe

Just back from an incredible stay! Villa was spotless on arrival. Great communication with host. The amazing Jodie made accommodations for us to store luggage and return left property. The villa its self was everything we needed with a wonderful pool and great location to the water park and town Center which we walked to daily. Had a wonderful stay and we will back for sure!!!
