Villa Ocaso est une belle villa de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bains dans un quartier trÚs résidentiel.

Grande villa de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bains situĂ©e dans un quartier assez rĂ©sidentiel de Montana Roja, Playa Blanca, Ă  distance de marche du centre-ville de Playa Blanca, oĂč vous trouverez une grande sĂ©lection de magasins, restaurants, bars et plages.
Le jardin privé et la grande piscine chauffée sont parfaits pour se détendre et profiter du soleil, attaché à la piscine est une petite piscine peu profonde idéale pour les petits enfants et les bébés pour barboter.
Il y a une grande terrasse avec barbecue, table à manger et chaises placées sous une pergola.
Villa Ocaso peut accueillir 8 personnes, au rez-de-chaussĂ©e se trouve une grande chambre double, une salle de douche attenante, des portes-fenĂȘtres donnant sur la terrasse, la chambre 2 est une chambre lits jumeaux, une deuxiĂšme salle de douche / wc.
A l'Ă©tage, une autre grande chambre double avec portes-fenĂȘtres donnant sur le balcon, une deuxiĂšme chambre lits jumeaux, salle de bains commune avec baignoire pleine grandeur et douche de tĂȘte.

The level of detail in the villa was not great, some faulty or damaged items, for example the tiles around the pool area were cracked or completely missing and the accessories in the bathrooms were damaged, or missing plugs etc. The bathroooms all need upgraded as they are below standard. The villa was a good size with nice outdoor space. It was clean when we arrived. The pool was well heated. But the villa was advertised as having air conditioning but it only had fans.

Had a fabulous holiday. Nice safe quiet area. Pool was a great size, clean and warm (we paid extra for heating) nice big outside area. Villa was clean and a good size. 8 of us in total. 4 adults & 4 children. Age's 7-13. Kitchen had everything you need. Washing machine and dishwasher were an added bonus. All beds were comfy. Villa could do with a touch up here and there but this did not bother us just thought I'd mention it. We would 100% return.

Nice spacious villa but needs a bit of updating. We had issues on a couple of days where water went off intermittently. Good communication with Jodie and was advised it was the whole community, slightly inconvenient. On property instructions requests you use plastic glasses/cups outside however, only 1 or 2 child’s beakers provided. Could invest in some nice outdoor tableware. Walkable to the centre in the day however, would not attempt when dark as have to negotiate very stony waste ground. Overall good stay & good communication from Jodie.

This was a well equipped villa a little rustic possibly needs a little refurb . However it was perfect for a group of six friends who spent a huge amount of time socialising in and around the lovely heated pool. The management team were excellent answering questions and accommodating early entry. The view from upper balcony was an absolute bonus.

The pool is just perfect - 10/10. Quite big, in a good condition, regular maintenance. I recommend the heating, it's just the little extra that makes the temperature more comfortable, regardless of the outdoor temperature.The house itself is spacious and very clean. It could use some updating (eg the TV receiver crashes sometimes, the flush sometimes gets stuck etc). Kitchen is relatively new, although we were surprised that there was no peeler. Overall, there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The garden is nice an spacious, too. When we arrived, there were many cockroaches in the garden. They live the residential areas, it's not unusual. The fumigation could only be performed on the day of our departure. We had no experience with cockroaches, so there are a few things that should have been explained. For example, it's essential to be very strict with opening doors/windows in the evening as you need to be careful to avoid them entering. The anti bug sprays are to be applied on the floor - if they get in touch with the area, they will die after a few hours (it works well). It was also a bit odd that although checkout is at 10, cleaners already come at 9 - would be better to either start cleaning at 10 or tell guests to leave at 9. Nevertheless, communication with the property manager was generally fast and efficient.

This villa was just perfect for my family stay, with 2 small children the layout downstaris was perfect and the pool was great for my 1.5 yr old to walk around without being held he just loved it!

Just back from an incredible stay! Villa was spotless on arrival. Great communication with host. The amazing Jodie made accommodations for us to store luggage and return left property. The villa its self was everything we needed with a wonderful pool and great location to the water park and town Center which we walked to daily. Had a wonderful stay and we will back for sure!!!

We have just returned from a weeks stay and we were very happy with the villa. The pool was a real draw a great size and didn't need the heating. The bedrooms were all comfortable and I would say the only negative was the lack of air conditioning. The property hosts were really on the ball, as when we spoke to them they promptly delivered more fans, which kept the bedrooms cool. Would happily stay again as the location was ideal.

We had an amazing stay, the villa was perfect and the outside space was amazing. We loved the pool and used the bbq at night times. It was a 15 minute walk down to the prom and 20 mins to playa flamingo.Very quiet area and felt very safe

Great villa with plenty of room. Great pool. Location is good however car hire recommended to be able to explore the full extent of playa blanca and the island itself.

Lovely pool and outdoors

Great outdoors space with lovely very large pool. The villa is fine but generally feels a bit tired and dated. Easy 20 minute walk to the centre of Playa Blanca, supermarkets and the beach. Property management was responsive with someone coming out to replace shower heads within the hour. Also, we greatly appreciated the flexibility of allowing us a late check out to meet our requirements.

Lanzerotte first visit.....

Amazing villa, really roomy for the four of us. Would still be comfortable with 8. We hired a car as wanted to see the Island, but no need really. A 20 minute walk into the town, 5 euro in a taxi. BBQ quality.

Charming Villa with fantastic pool

We had a lovely break here in Feb 2025. The villa is very spacious and clean, albeit is a little tired in places (like bathrooms). Kitchen facilities were fantastic and had everything to prep wholesome family meals.The biggest highlight was the pool. Our three kids lived in it for 7 days and we paid extra to have it heated (definitely recommended). Location wise it is okay. It’s about 1mile walk down to the harbour or a 5 taxi. Similarly the closest supermarket is Lidl which is about a 1 mile walk. In hindsight, renting a car would have perhaps been better (particularly for older people)
 but we still absolutely loved our stay and would come back again. Highly recommended.

Quiet and relaxed

Lovely villa, with a great size pool, worth the extra small additional cost for the pool heating, depending on when you vist. Needs a little TLC, which we understand is difficult to do when letting out. Kitchen newly installed. Quiet residential location about 15 mins walk from the harbour.

Lovely Villa

We recently returned having stayed at Villa Ocaso. The pool was a really good size and the kids pool was perfect for our 6 month old to enjoy. The Villa itself was really nice and spacious, the fans were a welcome addition as it got very warm at times! Jodie kindly allowed us to access the Villa early as we had an early flight into Lanzarote. We would definitely stay here again!
