Superbe maison de plage!

Ceci est une maison de plage magnifique et spacieux qui peut accueillir 10 personnes. Ce 4BR / 3. 5BA House offre beaucoup de place pour tout le monde. Il y a des salons à chaque étage ainsi que des terrasses privées. Vous ne serez pas déçu.

C'est une maison qui vous offre beaucoup d'espace pour dormir! Il y a une chambre principale King size, la deuxiĂšme chambre est un lit Queen size. Dans la troisiĂšme chambre, vous avez un lit double et un lit gigogne. L'un des deux salons dispose d'un canapĂ©-lit. La derniĂšre chambre est la plus cool. Cette piĂšce est une immense piĂšce occupant la majeure partie du troisiĂšme Ă©tage. Il s’agit d’une salle de jeux, d’une salle de tĂ©lĂ©vision, d’un bar et, bien sĂ»r, d’un lit superposĂ© et d’un lit jumeau sur le cĂŽtĂ©. La couchette est un lit complet sur le fond et jumeau sur le dessus.

Il y a des patios Ă  chaque Ă©tage. Vous prendrez plaisir Ă  vous asseoir dehors et Ă  prendre un repas au soleil.

Ce condo est situé dans une propriété fermée exclusive dans les villas de South Padre. Cette communauté possÚde sa propre piscine chauffée privée, son bain à remous et ses courts de tennis. C'est à quelques pas de la plage, juste au coin de la rue. L'aménagement paysager est phénoménal. Il y a beaucoup de palmiers luxuriants et de fleurs tropicales dans cette merveilleuse communauté.

Les activitĂ©s Ă  proximitĂ© incluent: golf, tennis, parc aquatique (en saison), pĂȘche sur la baie, pĂȘche en haute mer, navigation de plaisance, canoĂ«-kayak, kayak, randonnĂ©e, centre de remise en forme, mini-golf, parachute ascensionnel, jet ski, surf, planche Ă  voile, musĂ©es , Équitation, cinĂ©ma, vie nocturne et de nombreux restaurants.

Veuillez noter que les villas de South Padre Island sont réservées aux familles. Cette maison nécessite que le locataire principal ait 25 ans ou plus et le chef de ménage. Cette maison ne permet pas les groupes de vacances de printemps. Rassurez-vous, votre famille ne sera pas entourée de maisons Spring Party Party. Les groupes de jeunes ne seront pas autorisés à louer ici.

The location of the 3 story house is exquisite, a community pool is available, is pet friendly, has a has a nice grass yard for walking your pet. The walk to the beach is only 3 minutes or less. The only down side is the sofa and love seat on the 1st floor isn't very comfortable.

This house is out dated and beaten up a bit 3rd floor wont cool off, overall its a decent place in a great location if you have Family or friends in the area they are not allowed to visit, house has no grill witch is a big deal for us as we like to cook at home and grill out it was our first time to the island I would look more into houses next time make sure amenities fit us but if the restrictions work for you its a good place

Great location and perfect for family vacation

Plenty of room for ten people. Three floors and each floor has its own living room space and balcony. Place was clean, had everything we needed. Neighborhood has a security guard and one that walks around in the evening that we saw. Short walk to the beach. We brought a wagon to carry our chairs etc which was very useful. Recommend!

SB - Great location!

The location is unbeatable! It is in a gated community with 24/7 security and is walking distance to the beach that also has gated access. There is a pool, and it is walking distance to a couple of restaurants/bars. There is also a lot of space for big groups. Our only thing is that the appliances and furniture need to be updated.

The location was perfect! We loved the neighborhood. Short walk to beach and pool! The home was very big, plenty of room for us to spread out but defiantly needs updating. There was a leak in the garage, we had trouble getting hot water in upstairs showers, and no grill. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Lovely 3 story home with the typical area layout, high ceils, tile floors, beach decor. Lots of room for individual privacy and communal spaces, good beds. The only minor things were the wireless not reaching the ground floor kitchen and no grill provided. Lots of stairs. Super convenient to the beach and turtle rescue attractions

As others have stated the house is very outdated but has everything you need for an enjoyable stay on SPI. We found it comical that as you went up the stairs the TV's got a little bigger and modern, that said, it would be nice if the TV in the living room on the ground level was a smart TV that has the ability to watch Netflix. I could nitpick a lot of things but you have to keep in mind "you get what you pay for." The price per night for this property is more than fair. I wouldn't say that its a stunning beach house.

Our 2 month stay here was very good. We had a couple of issues early on and they were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Melissa and Billie were wonderful!! Being within easy walking distance to the beach was a huge plus for us as well as being within a nice gated community. The only big disappointment for 2 of us was the pool not being heated. They did have a hot tub. Also I do think the stairs might probably be an issue for some.

The only disappointment was not being able to have any guest in the home besides the ones staying at the location. Only ten bands are given and that includes children. Would stay there again if it were only one family going.

The location to the beach and the views of sunrise/sunset were a part of our magical week.Rent On Padre/Melissa was very attentive to some odds and ends. This made our stay feel special. The only negative I have is that the house needs some general maintenance and window covers, but overall, I would likely stay again. I would especially use Rent On Padre again.

Can’t have family over to visit

I booked this house 10 months out to have family visit and then told 1 week before no family is allowed on property to visit. Interior of property is run down. NOT a premier property. No grill. Not a fenced in yard for dogs. 3rd floor too hot and doesn’t have its own air conditioner. Truly only sleeps 7 comfortably. Beat up dorm room furniture on first floor. Ugg lots of money spent for inferior stay.

Pleasant stay

We enjoyed staying at this 3-story house. It had 4 bedrooms with a couple of balconies and great beach access and pool access. The guard at the entrance when we arrived was very friendly and gave us a lot of helpful information. The emailed instructions were easy to read through and helpful too. We travelled with a 3 year old and 1 year old twins and the house is not baby proof in the least. We were never able to connect to the wifi, even after speaking with management. The showers did have some black mold at the bottom and the upstairs tub is slippery. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the amazing pool which was very kid-friendly. We also loved the beach access that had a family friendly crowd. Since this is in a gated community you will feel very safe staying here. I would certainly stay here again so long as the above features are fixed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was perfect for a family Thanksgiving gathering. My elderly parents stayed in the bedroom bath on the bottom floor, where the living area is, so they didn't have to navigate stairs. Hubby and I stayed on the very private second floor suite, while the kids and grandkids had the top floor to themselves. Perfect. I am a serious "foodie", though, and the kitchen equipment was sorely lacking. I'm very glad that I brought a suitcase full of items from homes to cook with and that Walmart was not far away in Port Isabella, as I had to purchase a few items that I consider kitchen basics (measuring cups, hand mixer, cookie sheet). If you always eat out, you'd never miss these.

Dated and not very clean.

I don’t normally leave negative feedback. My family and I stayed at this property 11/25-12/3. Upon arriving we were told “yeah, we know there were leaks, we’ve had a lot of rain”. The garage smelled so musty and it looked as if mold was growing. The unit could use a deep clean and some additional cookware. We ended up buying a few pans as the ones the unit had weren’t in good condition. The master bedroom ceiling looked to have had a patch work repair done recently as well as a towel bar missing in the bathroom. The beds are all very hard. Also the listing states heated pool. This was incorrect. They stopped heating the pool on 11/27. It was freezing and we could not use it.
