This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom vacation home is in a highly sought after community with a private and community pool, game room, and a just simple stroll to the beach. Upon entering this elegant home, you are greeted by lush cherry wood floors and nothing less than A Beachy Blast! The game room, situated on the first floor, hosts a foosball table along with a flat screen TV, comfortable seating, and a refrigerator to keep your favorite beverages ice cold. Also on the first floor, you will find a Queen bedroom with a full bath which is also accessible from the hallway. The Queen bedroom is nothing less than satisfying by having the luxury of walking right out of your private french doors and onto the pool deck that hosts a modern outdoor kitchen, dining area, and half bath/changing room. On the second floor awaits a full kitchen, living room, expansive balcony with outdoor seating, and a King bedroom with a full attached bath and private balcony. When making your way up to the third floor you will find two sets of Double Bunks along with a full attached bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the pool. Just across the hall awaits the Master Suite that is sure to please! This elegant room hosts a comfortable King size bed, full attached bath with a double vanity and garden tub, walk-in shower, and a private balcony with gulf views!

Perfectly situated on the east end of Destin (Miramar Beach) the Frangista Beach community is the perfect location for your next visit to Destin. With Miles of Sugar white sand and crystal clear water, beach side living simply doesn’t get any better. The beach front area in this community is nice and wide so you will not have any trouble find your spot to hunker down on the beach. You can also reserve your spot each morning through the Frangista Beach service vendor (La Dolce Vita) These aren’t your typical chair and umbrella beach boys, the guys at La Dolce Vita can assist with all of your beach sports needs including but not limited to; bike rentals, jet skis, parasailing, surf board rental, boogie boards, snorkeling, beach going wheel chairs and even a floating adventure park! If you grow tired of the surf and sand take a dip in the Frangista Beach community pool located in the center of the neighborhood on Los Angeles Street.

First Floor: Game room, Laundry, Queen bedroom with full bath also accessible from hallway.

Second Floor: Kitchen, Living room, King bedroom with private balcony and full bath also accessible from hallway.

Third Floor: King Mater Suite with full attached bath and private balcony, Two Double/Double Bunks with full attached bath and balcony access.

*Personal beach chairs and umbrellas are permitted on the beach. Tents and canopies are not permitted at any time per HOA regulations. Personal chairs and umbrellas may not be set up in front of the onsite beach service chairs on the water side. Chairs and umbrellas are available for rent through the onsite beach service.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during holiday weeks and spring break.
