Donc, bien amĂ©nagĂ©es avec un mobilier confortable, cet appareil pourrait commencer un dĂ©bat mental: pour profiter de l'Ăźle ou profiter de l'unitĂ©. Avec quai de pĂȘche, piscines, un accĂšs facile Ă  la plage, et situĂ© Ă  proximitĂ© de commerces, trolleybus, et restaurants, Bradenton Beach Club vous accueille pour vous dĂ©tendre, se relaxer, se dĂ©tendre. Anna Maria Island est une Ăźle barriĂšre tropicale de sept miles et demi de long. Il est blanc et fin des plages de sable de sucre sont ouverts au public avec un accĂšs pratique, presque Ă  la fin de chaque bloc, le long de toute l'Ăźle. Elle est l'une des plus belles plages des États-Unis. Contrairement Ă  certaines zones touristiques de Floride, qui se caractĂ©risent par des rangĂ©es interminables de tours d'appartements et hĂŽtels, Anna Maria est une Ăźle de maisons individuelles et de petits centres de villĂ©giature.

Great location!

This property was right in the middle of everything we wanted! Walking distance to most anything we needed! The condo itself had all needed amenities and was so clean!

This property was great! The listing is accurate and the kitchen had all appliances, even a blender! It was a great place for a relaxing vacation.

Fall break

It’s .7 mile to Bridge street. We spent a lot of time going there for drinks, eats, shopping and parasailing. This was a great location. Beach was clean and not too crowded. No giant high rises towering over us.

Wonderful property, we had an amazing stay!

Our family of five enjoyed this stay. The home was much bigger than pictured and it was loaded with beach toys, rafts, and even a boogie board. The townhome was very clean and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and we were able to spread out and not feel as though we were on top of each other. We also were able to park our electric golf cart in the garage and charge it up each night. We loved the location to the beach and the two pools. We also love the swing on the bay. And Smoquehouse the restaurant at the end of the street is absolutely delicious! A few things to note - there are not any extra garbage bags, toilet paper or paper towels. Nor is there any detergent for the dishwasher or laundry. Also, it would be nice to have a wagon to carry items to and from the beach, as the beach is across the street. Otherwise it's a perfect place to enjoy beautiful Anna Maria Island!

Wonderful property

I can't say enough about this property. It was beyond what we expected and met all our vacation needs. It was very comfortable, spacious, and was well equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The location was perfect and convenient. The beach is located directly across the street. Just a short 3 minute walk, whether it be to spend the day relaxing on the beach or to enjoy the famous AMI sunsets. We also loved having two pools to use. I used the one pool closest to the beach when I wanted to get off the beach for a bit and used the second one located in the middle of the property each day on my walk back from the beach to the townhouse to cool off. We also utilized the pool area one evening to have dinner outdoors. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable place to stay.

Great place great location

Clean place. Three bedroom was gorgeous. Close to John’s pass. Elevators slow. If we come back we will stay here again.

Nice Condo but some issues

We enjoyed our time at the condo. We had a few issues with trying to figure out the internet. Apparently there is a wall switch that needs to stay on or it cuts the router off. There were multiple boxes and we had to figure out which one was the right one to use. It took two days to figure it all out. I feel like that should not be an issue for someone when staying there. Also we only had 3 wash clothes for the condo. I called and they did bring more but it was an inconvenience. Over all we enjoyed our stay but for the money we will probably look elsewhere.

Property was very nice

Everything was very good. The only problem we had was the door code did not work upon arrival. I was not told I needed to pick up an envelope upon arrival. The WI-FI did not work. I called rental agent on Monday and was told someone would call me back. I never did receive that call. Very limited supply of wash clothes.

EXACTLY WHAT THE DR ORDERED

My wife and I decided upon this gem just picking it out randomly on VRBO. This place was EXCELLENT . The property had every amenity.. my test is if it has a pizza cutter or chip clips .. It had both . We very much enjoyed our stay here . The location to the beach was perfect , the back bay pier and view was astonishingly beautiful. We had a problem one day with the upstairs HVAC not working the the real estate place had someone out there that afternoon. Very impressed with who they sent and the responsiveness. They even called the next day to follow up and make sure everything was taken care of to our satisfaction. Yes it was ... We would book this property again in a heartbeat. Thank you for a phenomenal vacation. We shall return. Ross & Linda

A few hiccups

This is our 3rd year staying at Bradenton Beach Club but we have stayed in different units. There are 3 things that were annoying about this unit. 1 the elevator was broken 2 we never received a garage door opener 3 the toilet in the powder room was broken. Those are the reasons I only gave it 4 stars. Bradenton Beach is a awesome location regardless
