BAIE À LA PLAGE

Cette belle location de vacances de trois chambres et deux salles de bain se trouve sur un petit bout de terrain à l'extrémité sud de l'île Anna Maria dans la ville de Bradenton Beach. Situé à Coquina Moorings, un petit complexe de condos privés, cette unité d'extrémité peut accueillir six personnes et offre une piscine chauffée, des glissades de bateaux privés et un quai de pêche, et est juste en face de la magnifique plage du golfe du Mexique. Avec des fenêtres dans chaque pièce, vous apprécierez la vue imprenable sur l'eau du golfe et de la voie navigable intracoastale.

Avec un lit king dans le maître, deux lits jumeaux et un jumeau avec lit gigogne dans les autres chambres, il y a assez d'espace pour toute la famille. La cuisine entièrement ��quipée permet un excellent repas en soirée à l'intérieur ou sur le balcon. En fait, il y a deux balcons spacieux séparés avec des glissières en verre! Pour le divertissement à l'intérieur, il y a des téléviseurs à écran plat avec lecteurs DVD dans le salon et deux chambres. De plus, vous pouvez profiter gratuitement d'Internet haut débit sans fil et des appels locaux et interurbains gratuits vers les États-Unis, le Canada et Porto Rico.

Commencez votre journée sur le balcon arrière blindé en regardant le lever du soleil sur l'ICW avec une vue sur la baie de Sarasota. Marchez jusqu'au quai pour pêcher ou observez simplement les oiseaux, les bateaux et un lamantin ou un dauphin occasionnel. Détendez-vous dans la piscine chauffée ou passez la journée sur la plage de sable blanc. Faites une promenade jusqu'à Leffis Key dans la réserve naturelle de Coquina Beach, ou promenez-vous sur Bridge Street pour faire du shopping. Montez à bord du chariot AMI gratuit et explorez l'île et peut-être visitez la jetée et le parc historiques d'Anna Maria City ou magasinez Anna Maria. Faites tout cela, puis revenez à temps pour vous détendre sur le balcon avant et admirer un magnifique coucher de soleil sur le golfe.

We had a wonderful stay. You can’t beat the beach access or the views of the bay as well as the gulf. The two balconies were great. The beds and the couches were super comfortable. They had extra fans which was awesome. They had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. There was construction going on next door and the walls must be so thick because we couldn’t even hear a thing. The only thing that we would have changed was to have another beach umbrella but that’s not a big deal when they sell them right on the beach. It looks more outdated in the picture than it actually is in person as well which was a nice surprise. We will definitely rent here again!

The reviews I read were great but it was even better in person. The location couldn't be anymore perfect with the ocean on one side and the fishing pier and pool on the other. The Lanai's were so relaxing and a big hit with our family. The condo was clean, stocked with everything we needed including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, sand toys for the kids to use, and the washer and dryer was nice to have for the week with kids. We loved having a trolley stop right outside when we were in the mood to venture out. The private parking spot was a big bonus too. The pool was clean and the outdoor shower and restrooms were great to have at our convenience. Having 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms between the 6 of us worked very well. I dont usually stay at a place more than once as I like to travel to places I have not been yet, but I would definitely return here. Can't recommend it enough! Thank you!

This condo was better than I imagined . It had everything in the kitchen we could have needed and more to eat some meals in . The air was cool, fridge was cold and having 2 balconies was amazing . It did not have a beach wagon however it is only a few steps across the street to get to the beach so it wasn’t needed . Multiple beach chairs were available in the unit and in good shape. Loved having a washer and dryer to use for towels daily .my husband and daughter fished everyday and caught multiple fish off the back boat docks and do not want to go anywhere else from now on . Perfect location to restaurants and bridge street shops. If I could book now for next year I would . For those who have trouble with stairs , there is no way elevator .

Great place!

Everything was exactly as described & pictured. Was the best location with the beach just across the street and the bay right out the back door. Pool was very nice and everything was very clean. Host replied promptly & rental agency was great to work with. Would definitely stay there again!

The property was amazing and the location was perfect. Beach in the morning before it was too hot & pool late in the afternoon. We had the best of both worlds. Weather was great, although a little hot but no rain. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect beach vacation.

Great location on the beach. Even when it was crowded there was plenty of room to grab a good spot on the beach. Beautiful views of the bay and gulf. Really enjoyed the screen porches to watch sunrise on the bay and sunset on the gulf. The pool was awesome and great spot to socialize with other families at the condos.

Beach & Bay fun location

Great location with the beach on one side and the bay on the other. The place could use a little updating in the kitchen and bathrooms. They only stock you with one roll of paper products and soaps, so if you are staying longer than a few days I would stock up before arriving.

Great condo. Best of both worlds fishing in the bay through the back docks and across the street is the beautiful ocean. Condo has everything you need! Perfect place for 6 people comfortably. Loved the screened porch in the back that can be closed in by sliding doors.

A great BFF Week at Cortez Beach!

What a wonderful week we had at Bay to Beach! The view of both were so much better then we anticipated. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had everything you could need, there was plenty of space to relax and stretch out. The ONLY thing we had to purchase were beach chairs as the ones that were available for our use were not very comfortable and could have used an upgrade. Definitely would come back again!
