Ce condo a une cuisine nouvellement rĂ©novĂ©e et salle de bain avec comptoirs en granit, de nouvelles armoires et tous les nouveaux appareils, y compris un lave-vaisselle dans la cuisine de plan d'Ă©tage ouvert. Nouveau plancher de tuiles. Nouvel Ă©cran plat TV '(46 dans le salon et 32 ​​dans la chambre principale!)) Profitez de la vĂ©randa avec vue directe sur le golfe. 4 personnes maximum par unitĂ©.

Anna Maria Island est une Ăźle de barriĂšre tropicale longue de sept milles et demi. Il est blanc et fin des plages de sable de sucre sont ouverts au public avec un accĂšs pratique, presque Ă  la fin de chaque bloc, le long de toute l'Ăźle. Elle est l'une des plus belles plages des États-Unis. Contrairement Ă  certaines zones touristiques de Floride, qui se caractĂ©risent par des rangĂ©es interminables de tours d'appartements et hĂŽtels, Anna Maria est une Ăźle de maisons individuelles et de petits centres de villĂ©giature.

Awesome place for a vaca!

We had a wonderful vacation, nicely furnished condo with a Kurig and good kitchen supplies. Clean with very nice chairs, floats and beach towels. Parking was great with fantastic sunset views!

Great Place!

This condo was great for our family of 4! Enough space for everyone, fantastic location, and incredible views. We'd love to visit again in spring/fall and take advantage of cooler temps for bike riding, enjoyong the balcony, and other outdoor activities. Overall, we had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to come back!

Great property

The experience was great. The view and access to the beach was perfect. It was quiet and peaceful in the condo complex. The only thing I would recommend is a new king mattress. It has indents from people laying on it over time on each side.

Perfect location!

Very cute condo that is in the perfect location! Interior of condo was well decorated and had everything that we needed. The only negative, but not effecting the overall rating, was the air unit handler being right outside the master bedroom and was pretty loud. We closed the bedroom door which helped. Overall it was a great stay and I would consider staying again!

Great condo, beautiful view

For a solo trip to Holmes Beach I rented Unit #24 at the Island Beach Club. It was a great choice. The condo is lovely, clean, with many ammenities - washer/dryer being the most important. Beach towels and beach chairs are also on hand. The location of the condo could not be more perfect. It's only a few steps to the beach and the Gulf. Sitting out on the terrace to have morning coffee or to watch the sunsets is delightful. A pool is available but I did not use it - rather be in the Gulf. Would love to return - on either another solo trip or with company.

Location Location Location

First it’s beach front. There’s a dead-end unpaved road (Avenue F) between you and the beach that it gets very limited use. I loved enjoying my morning coffee on the screened balcony watching the waves roll on the beach. The unit itself is comfortably furnished with a beachy decor. I was also impressed with how well stocked it was. There are plenty of dishes, glassware, cookware and gadgets in the kitchen. If you have smaller children you may want to bring some plastic cups. There are plenty of bath towels, beach towels and linens. The complex is right around the corner from a shopping plaza with a Walgreens and very close to another plaza with a Publix. I also found it to be close to several very nice restaurants. I would love to come back again next year!

Beautiful Condo!

Beautiful and peaceful place to stay on the best beach at AMI. Love this place. Super clean and updated condo conveniently located near grocery and shopping centers. Can't wait to return!

The property was just as listed. We would/will stay at this property again in the future. The beach was steps away as advertised and the location was centrally located which made trips to the store or other adventures very easy.

This place is so awesome!

This was truly one of the best vacation spots that I have ever been to. The unit was clean, well stocked very, very nice. Beautiful view from Unit #24 both in living room and master bedroom. The pool was great, not crowed at all. Local food was good. I just cannot say enough good stuff about this place. I only found one very small negative and that was that the water in the bathroom sink (not shower) did not have much pressure, but that is the ONLY thing that I could think of that was not 100% awesome. You will not be disappointed with this place. I would suggest if possible to get an upstairs unit because the view is very nice from there. We will be back for sure.
