Lakefront Home sur le lac Keowee dans la communauté fermée, à 20 minutes de Clemson

Cette maison construite sur mesure de 4300 pieds carrés a été achevée en mars 2016.

Il y a 6 chambres, dont 4 sont des chambres king avec salle de bains privative. Il ya une chambre avec lits superposés avec 2 ensembles de lits en cèdre fabriqués à la main avec sa propre salle de bain. La salle de bonus sur le garage dispose de 4 lits jumeaux et salle de bains et est accessible à l'intérieur de la maison. Il y a aussi une petite chambre à lits jumeaux sous les marches que nous appelons "la salle Harry Potter".

La cuisine gastronomique comprend une cuisinière à gaz cinq brûleurs, deux fours, un réfrigérateur à portes françaises, des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable, une île spacieuse avec évier de préparation et d'élimination, et une machine à glace autoportante. Le bar du petit-déjeuner offre des sièges supplémentaires.

La grande table à manger peut accueillir 10 confortablement et il y a des salles à manger supplémentaires dans la cuisine, le porche d'écran et le pont de grillage. Dînez à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur et profitez du paysage. Il y a de belles vues depuis le porche et la terrasse donnant sur une large crique et un grand quai privé.

Les caractéristiques remarquables supplémentaires sont la grande pièce voûtée et rayonnée et les plafonds de 10 à 13 pieds dans toute la maison. Le plan ouvert se prête à de grands groupes. Quatre des chambres ont vue sur le lac. Il y a un chauffe-eau sans réservoir à la fine pointe de la technologie qui fournit de l'eau chaude instantanée qui ne s'épuisera pas. Trois kayaks sont disponibles pour votre plaisir (inclus avec la location), et vous êtes invités à attacher votre bateau personnel ou de location au quai pendant votre séjour. La maison est à quelques pas du quai, ce qui est idéal pour la baignade et autres sports nautiques. Parfait pour les week-ends de football Clemson et les grandes réunions avec la famille et les amis. La maison est à 2 heures d'Atlanta et à 20 minutes de Clemson.

Wonderful Home and Stay!

Beautiful location, amazing touches, everything we needed! There are so many great gathering spots inside and outside, whether for two people or the whole group of 15 of us. We especially loved the screened porch.

Fabulous family vacation house

What a wonderful place for our annual family vacation! The layout of the house was perfect for our family of 4 couples and 8 grandchildren. So spacious, comfortable and beautiful with a well stocked kitchen for all our meals. We brought our own boat and absolutely loved Lake Keowee!! Excellent response from owners with any questions we had. The upstairs and downstairs porches were both favorite gathering places!!

A perfect home for gathering!

Our family stayed here for a reunion and it was the perfect space. The home was well maintained and the view was beautiful. Access to the lake and dock were quite convenient. We loved that each of the four couples in our party had a king sized bed (very comfy!) and their own en suite. There were plenty of spaces for gathering so it never felt crowded. We would love to stay here again!

An extraordinary vacation home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home nestled in a serene cove on Lake Keowee. The owners were delightful and easy to communicate with and the home was stocked nicely to meet every need. Beautiful lakefront home!

We have a group of friends all with kids between 3-8 years old and have stayed at this house two years in a row. It is so comfortable for a group with plenty of bathrooms and lots of living space. It has lots of outdoor space as well and a dock in a quiet cove. We’ve loved it both times!

Family Thanksgiving

This property is amazing. The home is beautiful and well decorated. We loved how well stocked the kitchen was with everything from cooking to serving a large family. Great stay in fantastic home!

The property was amazing for our family vacation. 3 couples and kids all enjoyed the stay, with plenty of room to stretch out. The rooms were all impeccable and perfect for us - esp the Harry Potter room under the stairs. I’ve been reading the series with my 10 yr old, so it was perfect for him! Kitchen was the most well-supplied I’ve ever stayed in - from glasses to pots and pans, you can tell the owners use this home and take wonderful care of it! Thanks to the DuPres for hosting our yearly family trip! We loved the stay!

CLEMSON GRADUATE CELEBRATION

Couldn’t have asked for a more spectacular home! Spacious and beautiful, with a cozy home feeling. Lake view was incredible! From kayaking, fire pit, screened in porch, many ping ball tournaments and renting a boat for a memorable fun filled day, just amazing. Celebrating my daughter Lilys graduation from Clemson couldn’t have been more perfect! MANY memories my family will never forget! Thank you!

Perfect for our family vacation!

We rent a vacation home each year for our extended family of 13. This house was by far the best set up we have ever had! The kids loved the wonderful bunk room. The adults were all happy with enough King bedrooms for each couple. The kitchen was equipped with anything and everything we needed. Overall, it was one of our most enjoyable vacation weeks ever!

Another Visit

We were down in the area visiting our daughter at Clemson. The best compliment we can give this house is that it was the third time we stayed here because it is such a great house. We enjoyed everything the house has to offer, especially the lake and the porch. The communication with the owner was great once again.

Cross Lake Trail Lake House

The property was located on a portion of Lake Keowee with little traffic. Sort of a cul de sac effect.The house was very well cared for and equipped. The owner was genuinely concerned about our satisfaction. My Family thought it was the best Lake Keowee experience of the 4 Lake houses we rented over the years.
