Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad that you appreciated the location and the truly beautiful view — we agree, it’s one of the highlights of the property. However, we’re very sorry to hear about your comments regarding the smell and the condition of the lower-level rooms. We would like to clarify that the rooms you mentioned are indeed on the lower floor, as clearly described in the listing, and regular inspections have not shown any signs of mold. Nevertheless, we take your remarks seriously and have already asked our maintenance team to check everything thoroughly to ensure the comfort and safety of our future guests. We appreciate your honest feedback and are pleased that, despite these concerns, you enjoyed the peaceful setting and stunning lake view. Kind regards, Lake Como Holiday Team
