Récemment mis à jour! Étape à l'extérieur, sur la véranda, dans l'air salé et écouter le fracas des vagues sur la plage et les oiseaux appellent à vous! Notre joyeuse une maison de chambre est en attente de votre arrivée. Il y a un canapé-lit queen dans le salon qui est parfait pour les invités supplémentaires. Il est entièrement équipé avec tout de chaises de plage et serviettes de beaux draps. L'emplacement est parfait ... à seulement 65 étapes à la plage ou à moins de cinq minutes à pied de la belle passe Stump State Park. Cette zone est connue dans le monde entier pour la pêche au tarpon, des dents de requin, et la nidification des tortues. Faites cuire votre poisson frais sur le gril de charbon de bois ou aller manger à l'un des restaurants uniques indépendants à proximité.

Seaside cottage was a great stay!

This was our third year in a row staying at the Seaside cottage. It’s a great spot and we always enjoy ourselves! Looking forward to coming back again next summer!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We had a great stay at Seaside Cottage! The cottage was spotless, had everything we needed for the week, easy walk to the beach! We would definitely stay here again, bring the rest of our family and rent the studio too!!

Location is perfect

For our purposes: quiet, swimming, walking it’s a perfect location & wonderful, well equipped house. Room to relax & spread out indoors and out. Walk to Stump Pass in 3 min. We are so happy with our vacation.

well situated & quiet

easy walk to state park & beaches. well equipped kitchen. spacious & comfortable. love the quiet. we only had people in other unit for 2 nights. A barking dog could be annoying ( or other loud scenario. )

Wow!

So, we saw the pictures on line, but they do not do this place justice. It is so roomy and comfortable. The screened in porch is fabulous. We ate every meal out there. Huge bedroom and very convenient to have the washer and dryer. Fully stocked with everything you can imagine. Tons of towels and beach towels. Across from the beach through the Manasota Beach Resort. Not sure how they will welcome people crossing through once the resort opens. But a short walk to the most beautiful beach at Stump Pass State Park. We brought our dog and he had a ball. The only problem with bringing a pup is that there are not really any grassy areas for your pup to relieve himself. We had to walk down the street and around the corner. So, we were in the cottage and the studio was not reserved so we had great privacy. Not sure how it would work out with it being rented as well, since it is really close quarters. All in all, a great week. Easy check in and out.

Great Stay..

First vrbo stay and it was wonderful. The owner was very accommodating and responded right away. The place was perfectly located across from the beach. It was comfortable, decorated with old Florida decor. It's well equipped with all that you may need. We took our small pups and they had as much fun as we did. We will definitely stay here again. Loved everything about it..

The place had a very good feel to it. Very roomy, comfortable, and clean. Easy access to the beach. A quiet part of Manasota Key. Within walking distance to restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Manasota Key Unit A beach cottage.

We enjoyed our stay at this.quaint Beach cottage. It was so clean and spacious. Perfect location with just few steps to beach less than minute walk. It was quiet and safe. Everything you needed was included in this rental and we loved it so much. I was so pleased and can't say enough good things about this unit. Thank you for such an enjoyable relaxing stay. The enclosed front porch was so nice to sit on and to keep all our beach stuff on when returning from the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked. Loved the washer and dryer!! Large bedroom with king bed and beachy paint colors and furniture make this unit feel like home. Thanks again and plan on staying here again !!

Perfect for our needs

We wanted a quiet escape to the beach and this was perfect for us. The owner was responsive, the beach is across the street, and the restaurants about a mile away. One reviewer mentioned an issue with the shower, yes it is lower than usual, but it removes from the base, and it’s no big deal to duck a little. No complaints, and the only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

Cozy seaside cottage

My husband, myself and our Jack Russell had a great stay here. The cottage is spacious with a very comfortable bed, easy access to the beach, screened in porch and a full kitchen with all the gadgets to prepare a meal should you choose. It also has a full shed with beach chairs, floats and toys for use and a charcoal outdoor grill, I know gas is easier but omg...the taste can't be beat. We would definitely stay again!!! Things to note: 1. There isn't much grass for fur babies to use without a brief walk which is hard in the heat of the day with the hot pavement. 2. The shower nozzle is located about 5 ft up on the side wall so taller people may need to hold it for head/hair instead of stand under it.

We wish we could have stayed longer. It was that good. We walked in the door and fell in love with the charm. One night of rest in the incredible bed and the stress was gone. The beach is a short walk & once you get there you never want to leave. We will be back!!!

Just perfect

The location was absolutely perfect. The wall to the beach was short and not much further to Stump Pass. The house was clean and just the right size for me and my 80 year young mom. The only thing worse than having to leave was my mom falling on the beach Sunday and breaking her hip so her stay was a little longer than expected at Englewood Community Hospital. I wish things would have worked out that I could have kept the house longer but prior reservations take precedence and that’s very understandable but I loved the house just that good 😁 I will be coming back!!

Perfect location

PERFECT location to the beach and the unit had everything we needed. Only recommendation would be putting a tv in the bedroom and finding a way to insulate/sound proof the inside door to the conjoined unit. We love that pets are welcome at this location but not only would a tv help for people like us who are use to falling asleep to the noise and light of a Tv it would help drowned out the noise from the neighbors especially barking dogs. Would definitely stay here again.

Always amazing!

This is our second stay and we have already booked our third for next summer. It’s the perfect place for my boyfriend, son, and I. The kitchen has everything you need and having a washer/dryer is a life saver! The screened porch is wonderful at night and helps keep the bugs away. And being pet friendly is the biggest plus!

Beach Time

Nice to hear the ocean and to be near the beach. There was another unit attached with some associated noise with dogs, etc. The surrounding homes and units had various noises and people coming and going. Loading and unloading luggage with the unit was fairly easy. The unit could use some cleaning and freshening up. The A/C was noisy. The bath was tight and outdated. Yet, the unit was a quick walk to the beach. The bed was good and the family/kitchen combo was nice. It was nice to sit on the screened porch in the morning and evening. We would probably stay at this unit again.

What a lovely place! Right across street from beach! Owner was very responsive. Internet is slow. But who needs it when can hear the waves! Will return!!
