Perfect for a family getaway at SPI! Comfortable and clean accommodations. All the appliances and cookware you need to eat in. Owners are quick to respond. Beautiful views from the porch.

Overall it was fantastic, especially the deck off the living area. Comfortable beds and a washer/dryer, and well stocked kitchen. The only cons were the noisy fan and lack of light in the queen bedroom, and the sliding doors to the master were needing an upgrade.We really enjoyed our stay, and will be back!

Great location at SPI

Great location for our family with three adult children. With the holiday weekend, we avoided a lot of traffic because of the location. Also enjoyed having an extra bed if we needed it!

My family and I enjoyed our time in this lovely condo so much that in the future we would like to return. With its many amenities, it was the perfect place to stay. The beach was an easy walk from the condo, and we spent a lot of time there. I very much appreciated Becky's prompt responses to my questions and the " Check-in-Out" information was very helpful as it clearly let us know all that we needed to have a successful visit.

Great stay host responded quickly when we had questions. The condo was equipped with everything needed. Nice view of the ocean and a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay there again if we ever go back to San Padre.

Great Beach Condo

This 3 bedroom condo was plenty of room for our group of 8. The owners had made sure to stock the condo with everything you might need, including beach supplies! Easy access to beach and outdoor showers great for getting sand off.

South Padre Island Condo

Nicely decorated, we were disappointed with our side view of the ocean, thought it was a beachfront view, They also listed next door was a water park which is not open, kitchen needed cleaned but over all we enjoyed our say. Enjoyed it so much we booked for next year!

We enjoyed everything about this condo! The view from the balcony was amazing and it was only steps from the beach! We had everything we needed and enjoyed every minute of our stay! We would definitely book again! Becky is very quick to respond with any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Just another day in paradise!!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! Mark & Becky have thought of everything you could possibly need for a fabulous vacation on the beach! The condo was clean and beautiful, the rooms were spacious, and the beds comfy! We were a group of 2 moms and 5 teenagers and we all loved it!

Perfect family getaway!

It was great for our family, clean and organized and in a great location. I just need to let management know that the garbage disposal wasn’t working and the umbrella in closet is broken but this didn’t hinder our stay at all. We had a wonderful time! Highly recommend!

Perfect stay

Our beach vacation was perfect. The condo had all the room we needed. The extras were great. Pots and pans, coffee maker. Elevator was great to get down to the beach. We were able to see some of the fireworks from the master bedroom and the outside balcony. Family is looking forward to our next beach vacation.

First time to SPI. Location perfect for morning sunrise views and sunsets. Excellent island views from all patio balconies. Felt safe. Easy access to private beach. Older interior, but clean! Staff very friendly. Quiet surroundings made for an enjoyable stay! Would consider staying again.

Month long snow bird stay

Weather didnt cooperate but we enjoyed exploring SPI. Property manager was very responsive. Unit needs updating. Great view of gulf. Needed rental car each day. Plenty of space…essentials included
