Ce condo est situé dans la famille amicale Garden City Beach Area juste au sud de Myrtle Beach. Ce condo de deux chambres est dans la 16 étages de haut lieu Royal Garden Resort. Le Royal Garden Resort dispose d'une grande piscine extérieure et intérieure et d'un bain à remous. Il y a une salle de jeux sur place avec des jeux pour tous les âges. Les draps sont inclus dans la réservation et peuvent être échangés tous les jours pour des draps frais. L'enregistrement s'effectue sur place pour une commodité simple et rapide.
La station dispose d'un sympathique bar de la plage de la famille et Grill. Le Beach Bar and Grill est un endroit idéal pour profiter d'un choix rafraîchissant de liqueurs haut de gamme, le vin, importées et des bières domestiques tout en surplombant le magnifique océan Atlantique. Le Beach Bar and Grill a également une sélection de menu occasionnel, y compris des hamburgers, des hot-dogs, doigts de poulet et pizza ... pour ne citer que quelques-uns.

The condo was clean and very well furnished. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very small and the shower head in the larger bath barely had any water coming out of it. I had to take it off and clean the buildup off the shower head. I mentioned this a lady at the desk and told her they may want to get someone to check it after we checked out the next day. However when we returned to our room after visiting the pool, the maintenance person had been to our room and left a note that he unclogged the drain and it was working much better. We did NOT have a clogged drain to start with plus I was not happy about someone coming into the room when we were not in it. Also the office closed at 4 so it you needed anything such as clean towels, toilet tissue, etc after that you were out of luck. I did love the location. Parking was also very tight. A decent place but not my first pick. Only ended up here because our normal place was under construction.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Carpet needs to be replaced, dogs were allowed although many signs noted no pets allowed. Rugs placed throughout causing people to stumble. 2nd bedroom was s great disappointment for our daughter and her husband. Shower was tooooo little! No face towels! Towel and wash cloths rationed out! People in 905 were smoking in the balcony so we were not able to sit in it. Balcony had bird mess on it. Parking is ridiculous! So this is why we will not stay again.

Cleaning

The location was great but the condo itself needed to be cleaned better. The master bedroom was decorated nicely but the second better needs updating.

Bathroom was not clean.had to have someone come and clean it.Floor was bad.Navy blue rug needed to be replaced. Kitchen needs updating. However People were friendly. Maybe a different room would be better.

Didn't have pillows for one of the beds. Shower door in the bathroom in the hall would not work good and was very small. Location was good. Room was clean. Don't think I would want to stay in this room again.

We have stayed at the Royal Gardens for many years now the only problem that I have is you are required to stay a week and we only 4 nights.

Sea Breeze Realty had a 7 night minimum in July however if we can fill in gaps and rooms have not been rented as the time gets closer we can honor lower night stays. Thank you for the review!
