2017 Rénovation complÚte de la cuisine avec de nouveaux électroménagers en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit, de nouvelles armoires et un téléviseur à écran plat de 55 po. 3 personnes, Studio / 1 salle de bain entiÚrement rénové - fabuleuses vacances à la plage!**

Le sentier désigné à la plage est moins d'étapes que les propriétés de grande hauteur, qui comprennent des manÚges d'ascenseur et de longues promenades. En Tropical Isle, vous pouvez conduire directement à votre porte d'entrée, profiter de la piscine et de rivage condo cÎté du littoral, un endroit parfait pour asseoir dehors et profiter du magnifique coucher de soleil.


Okaloosa Island a Ă©tĂ© une station balnĂ©aire prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©e depuis prĂšs d'un siĂšcle et il reste une famille prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©e aujourd'hui. We enjoy this area. Tropical Isle is a great place to stay with the Tom Thumb store right next door and the beach access is 20 steps from your door. It’s wonderful! Okaloosa Island is definitely our go to spot!

The unit was very very clean and it worked well for my husband and I. It’s close to the pool and a very short walk away from the beach. There is a stovetop but not an oven or dishwasher; however, that did not cause any issues for us as we ate out most of our meals and used the microwave for other things. Sugar Sands reached out before, during, and after our trip and I appreciate them being available for us at any time if we’d needed them. Overall they were great to work with and the unit was the perfect size for a couple’s getaway!

Honeymoon

My husband and I were very pleased with our unit. It was recently remodeled and it fully met our expectations and our needs.The beach was a short walk, it was very convenient.Planning to use the same for our one year anniversary!**we had a small issue with the air conditioning unit, called after hours number and they fixed immediately.

Great Location

Steps from the beautiful uncrowded family friendly beach. Small simple unit good for 2-3 people. Only complaint is the dust along the baseboards and bottoms of the furniture.

Uncomfortable

Where do I start? We left 2nights early because we couldn’t stand it any more. Did not know about Murphy bed but it was very comfortable. There was not a single place in condo that was a comfortable place to sit. Cute little love seat was too hard and to low for an adult to get out of. Tv was on same wall as bed so you couldn’t even lay in bed and watch tv. You could sit in hard dinette chair for a little while to watch tv til your butt got sore. Location was good

Good value and location

The property was a good value for the money. What you see is what you get. It’s not very big, but the Murphy bed is comfortable and the access to the beach was convenient. My only complaint is the light that shines into the window all night. Some black out curtains or anything in addition to the mini blinds would help greatly.

It was perfect for my boyfriend and I on vacation. Just a short walk to the beach and even had a shower by the pool to rinse sand off before going back in the rental. The boardwalk was a short drive and had plenty of shopping and food options as well.

Enjoyable stay

Overall this was a great place to stay. There was a problem with the bedding the first night, but the host quickly fixed the problem and the rest of the stay was perfect! This place is rather small, although there are two beds (a murphy bed and a sleeper sofa) I would only recommend this for 2 people. It was a perfect size for just my husband and I, but if we had one or both of our children with us, it would have been much too cramped.

Girls trip

So nice to be able to walk across the parking lot to the beach. We had an issue with the hot water tank and Beverly took care of it within a few hours. The room is very small and perfect for 2 people but there isnt much room for your suitcases etc. Everything was clean and the murphy bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again😁

PERFECT location for small family!!

My two little girls and I stayed here for our first family vacation. We absolutely loved it! Having the store next door was so handy. The couch was a little tricky to figure out how to fold down but we got it. Murphy bed was super cool. It wasnt the most comfortable but wasn't the worst. We can't wait to come back and stay again. This was the perfect little condo for us. The beach is literally just steps away from the front door! 10/10 and have recommended to everybody!!!

By The Beach

For a couple it is perfect. Small unit with a Murphy Bed. The unit is less than 100 feet away from the Public Beach access. You just go across an alley and right on to the beach. The West part of the island, is quiet because the road dead ends onto Air Force property. Not much traffic at all on the main road. Just 10 minutes from Destin. For 2 people it works just fine. If the owner updated the extra futon in there and lamp, that would be great. Nice older complex, highly recommended for the price

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the best week ever! The weather was perfect all week. The condo was perfect for just me and my son. The room was clean, the bed slept comfortably. The location is perfect with a convenient store right next door. Doesn't get much better than that! The staff at Sugar Sands Rentals are all very pleasant and helpful. Beverly always goes out of her way to make sure that her customers are taken care of.

Labor Day weekend

Just a short walk across the parking lot to get to the beach. Construction at the water front condo in front was happening so there was debris everywhere and trash leading up to the beach access. The people above us sounded like elephants every night and we found a cockroach in our room. But the location is convenient and the pool was relaxing.
