2017 Rénovation complète de la cuisine avec de nouveaux électroménagers en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit, de nouvelles armoires et un téléviseur à écran plat de 55 po. 3 personnes, Studio / 1 salle de bain entièrement rénové - fabuleuses vacances à la plage!**

Le sentier désigné à la plage est moins d'étapes que les propriétés de grande hauteur, qui comprennent des manèges d'ascenseur et de longues promenades. En Tropical Isle, vous pouvez conduire directement à votre porte d'entrée, profiter de la piscine et de rivage condo côté du littoral, un endroit parfait pour asseoir dehors et profiter du magnifique coucher de soleil.


Okaloosa Island a été une station balnéaire préférée depuis près d'un siècle et il reste une famille préférée aujourd'hui. Les sables blancs et les eaux émeraude claires sont aussi belles aujourd'hui qu'ils l'étaient il y a une centaine ans quand les visiteurs sont restés en ville et ont chaloupes dans Santa Rosa Sound à Okaloosa Island et la plage. Aujourd'hui, vous pouvez rester à droite sur la plage et profiter des nombreux restaurants et la vie nocturne les offres de l'île. Really enjoy our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great the only issue is that there were no curtains so it was very bright in the morning making us wake up earlier than it was planned. Also our upstairs neighbor woke us up very early, becauae we could hear every footsteps taken. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoy this area. Tropical Isle is a great place to stay with the Tom Thumb store right next door and the beach access is 20 steps from your door. It’s wonderful! Okaloosa Island is definitely our go to spot!

Nice small place

Excellent location, can't beat it unless you are beach front which will cost you double. Beach is a very short walk away and not packed, actually more room than the resorts surrounding it.

It was recently remodeled and it fully met our expectations and our needs.The beach was a short walk, it was very convenient.Planning to use the same for our one year anniversary!**we had a small issue with the air conditioning unit, called after hours number and they fixed immediately.

It was perfect for my boyfriend and I on vacation. Just a short walk to the beach and even had a shower by the pool to rinse sand off before going back in the rental. The boardwalk was a short drive and had plenty of shopping and food options as well.

Steps from the beautiful uncrowded family friendly beach. Small simple unit good for 2-3 people. Only complaint is the dust along the baseboards and bottoms of the furniture.

The unit was very very clean and it worked well for my husband and I. It’s close to the pool and a very short walk away from the beach. There is a stovetop but not an oven or dishwasher; however, that did not cause any issues for us as we ate out most of our meals and used the microwave for other things. Sugar Sands reached out before, during, and after our trip and I appreciate them being available for us at any time if we’d needed them. Overall they were great to work with and the unit was the perfect size for a couple’s getaway!

Enjoyable stay

Overall this was a great place to stay. There was a problem with the bedding the first night, but the host quickly fixed the problem and the rest of the stay was perfect! This place is rather small, although there are two beds (a murphy bed and a sleeper sofa) I would only recommend this for 2 people. It was a perfect size for just my husband and I, but if we had one or both of our children with us, it would have been much too cramped.
