Inn Cottage (réf. 19910) et The Bothy (réf. 23272) sont idéaux pour deux familles en vacances avec le bonus de leur espace privé. Idéalement situé à proximité du pub du village, où la bière Devon Ale est brassée et où d'excellents repas sont servis, et proposant une bonne variété de lieux de restauration à Dollar, à 4,8 km. Golf dans le village, au milieu de paysages spectaculaires, à Gleneagles ou sur l’un des nombreux parcours de la région; pêche et marche sur place. La spectaculaire promenade dans les gorges du pont, 3 km ou plus, explore les Trossachs et le parc national du Loch Lomond. Stirling, 27 km, abrite l’ancien monument Wallace et le château, tandis que Perth, 40 km, dispose d’une magnifique salle de concert et d’un excellent théâtre, l’un des plus anciens d’Écosse. Commerces à 100 mètres, pub à 150 mètres.

Lovely cottage great value for money , lovely location next door to the Inn at Muckhart .. serving great food went there every night !! Lovely little tea room a few steps away serving breakfast and homemade cakes Had a great relaxing time .. only snag mattress on the double bed was a bit too hard for me .. but the other beds super comfy Wouid go back all day long , friendly staff in the Inn made us very welcome 😊

Lovely cottage in a great central location . Ideally situated south of Gleneagles and between Stirling and Perth. Cottage has all the conveniences you would expect and was nicely decorated and had a lovely homely feel about it. Woodburner stove in the lounge was a great feature too. Secure parking out of sight art rear of property.. Pub next door too with excellent foods and selection of ales.

Just had a three night stay here and couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay. A good location for visiting Edinburgh and Stirling although plenty to do in the local area as well. The host Lorna was very close by and the local pub being next door also helped. Would highly recommend and will visit again for sure.

We have just spent a great week at the Inn Cottage. Everything we needed on site. Even replenishing logs when we ran out. Fabulous food and very friendly staff at the pub next door. Maybe a couple of hooks in the entrance porch for wet coats would be useful 😜. We will be returning. Thank you.

We stayed for several weeks over Christmas and New Year and during lockdown. The cottage was very clean; due to Covid guidelines lacking one or two features like scatter cushions but this did not detract from the overall comfort. The cottage was very warm with excellent central heating and hot water and a great wood burning stove for cosy evenings. As the pub next door was under Covid restrictions we could not enjoy all the facilities they normally offer but Lorna and Derek are excellent hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. Lovely well maintained cottage, would highly recommend this property. This is my first staycation in a self-catering home and it won't be the last. All of our party (4) thought it was a great break. The pub 21 steps from your front door is absolutely lovely and welcoming. It's a good base to visit Scotland and it's many many charming wee towns. Really rated this accommodation. Lovely cottage, living room definitely bigger than it appears in the pictures. Nice touches such as a bowl of fruit and cleaning supplies. We didn't have any issues with the kitchen or oven, you can definitely cook big meals. Although the pub is right next door there was no issues with noise/drunk people. But we did have quite a few people come into the cottage thinking it was the pub which was a bit awkward. Check-in and check-out was very smooth, we were given an extra hour to check out on the final day which was nice. Very very noisy road outside, particularly at night and early morning. I definitely struggled to sleep. The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable so my friend just slept on the ground using the cushions. There was a serious lack of toilet roll, only two rolls for five people staying for a week. Overall, good value for money. A nice base to do some hiking and fishing and decent value for money if you have enough people staying.

My friends and I took a well earned weekend away from children, husbands and work to laugh, drink prosecco by the fire and just chill together. The cottage was perfect for that. The inn itself is wonderful too, we ate there twice. The food is great! Only downside was that the shower didnt work very well and TV sound didnt work at all. Thankfully no TV worked for us!

Lovely wee cottage.

Lovely wee cottage. Clean. Very noisy with traffic driving past night and day. Beautiful area to stay. Central with Stirling Dunfermline etc. Need to keep the front door locked if you dont want people from the Inn wandering into the cottage hoping to get a meal as the Inn has their sign outside the front door. Would we go back? I think so. It was a beautiful area of scotland.

Cottage was very comfy airy and bright with good space for everything. The owner/key holder went out of their way to provide fuel to keep out the extensive chill - really appreciated. The only one thing I would mention as someone who likes to cook when on holiday is that perhaps the oven could be updated. It was difficult to read worn symbols and the fan oven makes an unholy rattling noise when engaged, apart from that it was a great bolt hole from which to trace Kingdom of Fife ancestry.
