"Getaway on Malibu" au bord du lac est un coin de paradis sur terre! Profitez de la vue imprenable sur le coucher du soleil sur le lac Norman sur le nouveau quai, faites des s'mores au foyer, ou dînez dans la cuisine rénovée.

La cuisine et la grande salle disposent d'un concept ouvert, adapté pour recevoir des amis et des réunions de famille, avec des fenêtres du sol au plafond donnant sur le lac. Le wet-bar est un endroit idéal pour mélanger vos boissons de vacances d'été.

La chambre principale spacieuse a une vue sur le lac, un lit king, une grande salle de bains et un placard. Les deuxième et troisième chambres ont des lits queen, la quatrième chambre a deux lits jumeaux.

Il y a des meubles et des sols mis à jour partout, des vues sur l'eau depuis le porche et la terrasse grillagés, et une douche extérieure pour une détente totale. Le meilleur de tout c'est un ranch, donc pas d'escaliers!

Escapade à Malibu est sur une crique, parfaite pour nager, faire du kayak ou flotter sur un radeau. Nous avons une rampe de mise à l'eau pour faciliter le lancement de votre propre embarcation nautique. Nous sommes à la sortie 33 sur 77 (1 mile au paradis) .Réservez votre location de jet ski ou de bateau depuis la marina voisine. Grande proximité du collège Davidson, parfait pour le week-end des parents, les événements sportifs et la remise des diplômes. Cozy and delightful home on a cove of Lake Norman. The house is spotless and offers a nice outdoor space including the screened porch, which was nice in the evenings. We enjoyed paddle boarding at sunset and sitting on the dock. The owner is attentive and available to answer questions. All in all, it was a perfect house for our extended family stay for Davidson graduation. Thank you to Christine for sharing her lovely home.

Excellent views of the lake. At night all the lights on the lake houses are stunning. Lots to do right on the property, especially if the weather is warm. My family really enjoyed the screened in porch. Christine is wonderful to work with, too. We will be back!

This was our third consecutive year stay at this property. It is clean, well maintained, and has three separate corridors with bedrooms and bath in each. The owner is easy to work with and responds quickly to inquiries. Highly recommended !

Great house and great location

Stayed here for a girls weekend and it was perfect! Open concept was great for hanging out. Also, just down the road from anything you need - restaurants, gro store, etc.

From check-in to check-out this was a stellar experience. The owner is quick and easy to communicate with. And the home is even better than listed. Truly every amenity has been provided. This was the best stocked kitchen I’ve seen, with ample cookware, appliances, utensils and even spices. We thoroughly enjoyed mornings on the screened-in porch, days on the lake, and nights by the fire. And the property is extremely convenient to groceries, shops, restaurants and the interstate, but feels remote and peaceful. We will definitely return to this home (and I rarely say that after a vacation).

Very nice property. We were back for a family reunion and the location was great.

Nice Clean open concept. The grand kids had a great time and plenty of beds for all 7 of us. The 3.5 bathrooms was really nice. The dock was great to sit on in the AM and have a cup of coffee.

Very Enjoyable Christmas Break
