The balcony has a great view of the beach. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathrooms clean and functional. The kids loved the bunk beds! Furniture is a little dated, but we didn't spend much time inside anyways. I was hesitant about being on 3rd floor, but the elevators were fine and the stairs and easy alternative. No issues. We'll be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at your Resort and will be back next year if possible. Our condo A316 was not very clean. I would suggest a better cleaning team. I would also like to suggest cleaning the living room couch as well as a new bedspread in the master bedroom as well as a ceiling fan. I have only good words for all staff members especially Jordan who was a great help when the food crusher broke and floated the kitchen. God willing, see you next year for another great holiday!!!!

We rented beach umbrella and Handicapped wheel chair and made the most of our week. We will definitely return for our 24th time later this year or next! TY

Would have loved "BlackOUT Drapes" in Bedrooms, too Much Light coming in from windows. Having said that, it would not stop me from RETURNING :). We had Great View out on the Large Balcony, and Deck Chairs were Nice. Please don't change then to the Higher ones, where a child can easily fall over. OverAll a Great Stay :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was pretty much as described. We did not have enough pillows. Kitchen was well equipped. Water pressure in showers was awesome. The main complaint was the key situation. It was inconvenient to have to drive to the property management company to pick up keys and it was also a pain to stay on top of keys for 2 weeks. They need to switch the lock on the door to a keypad. We were there with 4 grandkids and every time they needed something we had to go up with them to make certain that the key did not get lost. It is so old school to have to work with keys. Other than that the unit was as described.

Great unit

I loved this unit. I would definitely stay here again. Nice side view of the ocean. Very well taken care of. I do wish is the resort could work on better elevators. The elevators are not reliable and they are hot. I have been stuck on one and it was so hot I felt like I couldn't breathe. I took the stairs most of the time. The internet was laggy and cut out several times. Day of check out the cleaning people tried to come in at 8:30. The check out is at 10. Altogether, I really liked staying here. It was great. Would do it again!

Furniture had a lot of dust and air conditioner vents were also dirty. The elevator was not working on the day we arrived so we had to bring our luggage to the apartment using the stairs. But, besides that, We liked the location and the pool areas.

Summer Vaca

Our condo was perfect! You can tell the owner invested in comfort for their guests. Loved being able to sit on the deck in the morning, drink my coffee and look out at the ocean. Was sad that not all pools were open but was expected to the possibility of closed pools. The bar on the beach was awesome too! Great vibe. All staff were friendly and helpful throughout our 5 day trip.

Love MBR

The condo was Clean and the furniture had been updated. The couch had been updated and appeared brand new. The bed was comfortable. When walking in to the condo it smelled very clean. Once again we are we’re very pleased. We Sure hated to leave. We are counting down till our return. Thank you MBM for the amazing property and making check in easy and our vacation stress free.

OK but a few issues

Reviewer Comments: The location was good, and MBR is a great place for a family vacation. The unit, however, had a few deficiencies. Upon arrival on Saturday, we discovered that two of the four chairs on the balcony were broken and not useable. We left a voice message with management, and to their credit, the chairs were replaced on Monday. The coffee pot did not work at all. We called about it as well but never did receive a replacement. The lazy susan in the kitchen was very dirty. It was apparent that it had not been cleaned in a while.

We called in a concern and it was taken care of right away. we got the unit that we picked. they let us know right away that the unit was ready for move-in before check in time. Clear instructions were give before check in and what to do during check out.

We had to put up with people running, walking heavy , dragging furniture across floor all day and into the night, security said nothing they could do till 11 to 8. Sink leaked soaking my shoes. We will never return here was the pits of a Thanksgiving ...

We're so sorry you were upset with your stay. We wish something had been done about the loud noise, but that's one of the reasons we have security personnel on premises. They are authorized and equipped to handle such matters. The management company is not. We can, however, take care of any maintenance issues that you may encounter. Had we known that the sink was leaking, we could have repaired that. If you recall, when you checked in with us, we moved you to this unit because the unit you booked was in need of some maintenance. Nothing that would make it uninhabitable. We just thought you would be happier.
