Cette unité est parfaitement situé au 8Úme étage. Le stationnement est facile au 8Úme étage seulement 2 condos bas du garage !!!



Entrée sans clé serrure de porte de sorte que vous ne devez pas suivre toutes les clés pendant votre séjour !!



Phoenix X est l'un des complexes de condominiums les plus populaires sur la cĂŽte du golfe. Il y a une raison plus les vacanciers restent Ă  ce condo que tout autre Ă  Orange Beach.



Il n'y a pas de meilleur endroit pour rester pour vous et votre famille que Phoenix X. Il y a beaucoup d'activitĂ©s, y compris une salle de musculation, terrain de racquetball, un sauna, une piscine intĂ©rieure, un bain Ă  remous, des courts de tennis et une piscine extĂ©rieure. Il y a mĂȘme une belle zone de gazebo pour se dĂ©tendre sous tout votre BBQing.



Venez vous détendre sur le grand balcon au 8Úme étage avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe ou dormir sur le grand lit king dans le maßtre avec accÚs au balcon! Il y a deux lits doubles dans la 2Úme chambre et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Cet appareil a été mis à niveau vers de nouveaux meubles inclus, comptoirs en granit, et nouvelles armoires. Nous sommes idéalement situés à proximité des restaurants, des épiceries et non loin des centres commerciaux. Ne pas oublier que nous sommes juste à cÎté de la Flora-Bama!



Nous avons Ă©galement deux 3br unitĂ©s sur le mĂȘme Ă©tage si vous avez besoin de plus d'espace.



Stationnement: Vous devez acheter vos laissez-passer de stationnement à votre arrivée. Ils sont facturés une fois pour 35 $ par véhicule.

The property was clean and nicely sized and furnished. The view from the balcony was awesome and overall it was a great place for a long weekend with family.

Great ocean stay
 ocean breeze!

Close enough to everything but not in the middle of everything! Clean, kitchen very well equipped, can’t beat sliding glass door in living room and bedroom if u like sounds and breeze of ocean.pool never too crowded.

THe condo was perfect. Beds were comfortable and condo was overall perfect. The hairdryer in master didnt work however it might just need a reset. The parking was easy and the Phoenix V is so close to so many places to eat and drink, not driving anywhere was a treat. The Beach Chair Rentals were super easy to do and very professional. Thank you

Ultimate location

Great place!! Right next to Florabama! Overlooking the beach! Absolutely amazing! Wasn’t too happy with the late check-in and early check-out. After checking in, the place wasn’t cleaned great and there was coffee still in the pot. Also would prefer that the owners did the premium towel service. All that said, we would stay here again!

The property was clean except the master bathroom had mold on the shower curtain and a dirty towel was left behind. Kitchen utensils were worn and did not function well. Overall a great place and would stay again!

Great location

The condo location was perfect. Unit was clean when we arrived, all staff on property very nice! Ocean view was amazing-we saw dolphins from the deck. Only downside was the condo needed a little TLC. DVD player broken, one outlet didn’t work, hair dryer in master bath turned on but didn’t blow any air-smelled like electrical. Informed property manager but never heard back. The coffee pot needs replacing as well as the rusty paper towel holder and moldy master bath shower curtain. Even with all of this, still a nice stay.

Great Location and View

This condo was perfect for us. The balcony was great. The bed was comfortable. It had plenty of space. Our only complaint is that maintenance just walked in one day to change an air filter. The door bell is broken and the back bedrooms tub doesn't drain well. Also, check in is a bit late in the day. Other than that the staff was friendly and the amenities at the condo were terrific. The pool was nice, several hot tubs, and great beach access. If you like music you can here Flora Bama music playing without even going there. We will return! Only reason for 4 stars is bc of the above mentioned issues.

Only one laptop could be on the WiFi at a time, otherwise the other would be kicked off.(2) Mildew in the main bathroom - There was mildew on the shower curtain and some of the trim in the main bathroom. I understand this happens, but this has not been something I've encountered in other condos.Aside from those two things, we had a great stay!

Not this condo again!

4pm to ck in condo not ready, still cleaning said it was her fault...floor a gritty mess so WE swept, vacuumed and mopped the whole place😡...even swept up a lid to a condiment container...had to take lightbulbs from bedroom lamps to put in dressing part of bathroom to be able to see in the mirror, only 2 worked🙄bathtub def needs attention it’s disgusting... had a great time water was beautiful and weather was perfect... next year new place to stay! We pay wayyyy to much to have to clean our own condo...Ridiculous! You could at least refund the cleaning fee

A Very Sandy Stay

I get we are at the beach, but it was excessive. Also, the plugs along the far right wall in the condo did not work at all. Hair dryer did not work in primary bathroom. Hole in the wall behind the entrance door that a repair had not even been attempted. Overall, I did not feel like the condo was in the cleanest condition when arriving. Pictures were very deceiving.

The master bedding was dirty or stained , terrible smell in condo, shower curtains had stains , one dish towel , no dish soap as described , large hole still in the wall behind the door which has been there according to the reviews ! The ice maker did not work at all in the refrigerator !! I called and spoke to someone named Charlie , he said no one reported it . He also said someone would be up the next day to fix it bringing more dish towels and soap the next day , well that never happened !

Chair on balcony is broke, nearly got hurt sitting on it. Master bathroom shower drain was full of hair and started backing up after first person took shower. Had to clean drain, which was very nasty.Love the condominium location. Very roomy

The washer and dryer is on its last leg, there was a hole in the wall at the entry door. Our email said no Wi-Fi password needed but it did require one so we had to call/email to get it
