Phoenix X est l’un des complexes de condominiums les plus populaires de la cĂŽte du golfe. Il y a une raison qui fait que plus de vacanciers sĂ©journent dans cet appartement qu’aucun autre Ă  Orange Beach. Cette unitĂ© est Ă©galement juste un condo loin du stationnement pratique!



Il n'y a pas de meilleur endroit pour rester pour vous et votre famille que Phoenix X. Il existe de nombreuses activitĂ©s, notamment une salle de musculation, un terrain de racquetball, un sauna, une piscine intĂ©rieure, des bains Ă  remous, des courts de tennis et une piscine extĂ©rieure. Il y a mĂȘme un bel espace gazebo pour se dĂ©tendre pendant que vous faites griller votre barbecue.



Venez vous détendre sur le spacieux balcon du 3Úme étage avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe ou dormez dans le grand lit king-size du maßtre avec accÚs au balcon! Deux lits doubles dans la 2Úme chambre. Cette unité a été améliorée pour inclure de nouveaux meubles et de nouvelles armoires. Nous sommes idéalement situés à proximité des restaurants, des épiceries et non loin des centres commerciaux. N'oubliez pas que nous sommes juste à cÎté de la Flora-Bama!



Stationnement: Vous devez acheter vos laissez-passer de stationnement à votre arrivée. Ils sont facturés une fois pour 35 $ par véhicule.

Pool is always nice, except weather didn’t cooperate this trip. We had one good day on the beach. Waves were rough though with white caps. There’s not a condo without a view at Phoenix X. Condo was nice & tidy, but floors were not clean.

Great location next to Flora-Bama. The pool area was nice and well kept. We had no issues at all. The place could use a little updating, but that's being a little picky. The patio furniture is nice... but uncomfortable. Overall, we'd definitely stay again.

Room is perfect location can see straight onto the beach and all the way down to the east. Room was clean and fully equipped with necessities for cooking. Only downside is they say do not ask for early check in. So arrived in orange beach and had to find something to do for 2 hours because check in is not until 4:30pm

Perfect Location

Easiest family beach vacation ever due to this location being walking distance to restaurants and FloraBama! Also the beach access was easy. Would definitely stay at this resort again.

The property was fine. The condo could use a refresh. The furniture in living room and all of the beds were not very comfortable. Found dirty dishes in the cupboards. The main bath shower did not appear like it could get really clean and the shower curtain liner was dirty.

Spring Break

The unit is dated, but very clean. It is well located at the AL / FL border. The pools are in great shape. Added bonus is this unit is near the parking garage. Great views from the balcony.

Fun, pleasant stay

Overall pleased with the accommodations which were clean & very roomy. There was just one hand towel & low supply of paper products & no napkins. When I emailed & called Phoenix to inform them of some issues, they did not respond.

Fantastic Girls Getaway

The location next door to the Florabama was great for walking up to the beachside bar to get bushwackers! The only complaint was the lighting in the front bedroom. We called maintenance for a fresh lightbulb, but that didn’t make much difference. We would definitely book this place again.

Only stay here if you’re willing to clean it.

I emailed the property owner 1 week ago and he has not responded, So I will be 100% honest with my review. Condo is nicely furnished but is not cleaned well. I had to mop the entire unit after we discovered our feet were black on the first day. Owner never responds to emails from either myself nor Vrbo. Rug full of sand. We took it out to shake it out. Condo in nice location but we won’t stay here again. Never received the rental agreement even after Vrbo emailed him to send it.

I would say that the cleanliness of the rental is not great. You pay a huge fee for the cleaning to be completed and it’s not. The floors were dirty, bathtubs were dirty (and did not drain during your shower which is nasty), walls were dirty, towels and wash cloths had stains. I get that it is hard to clean in the turn around time but, needs to be better or have more than 1 person clean for the amount each renter pays. Our code did not work upon arrival. The group at the check in counter was more friendly and helpful than the renter.

Convenient and clean, it offers a wonderful view and the convenience is by far, the best! The evening sunsets and morning sun rises are both stellar from this unit! Staff was helpful and rates affordable. Look for ward to renting this unit again! My only issue is 60.00 per vehicle for a parking pass when I know owners are provided two slots for parking. With the rate charged, parking should not be an additional fee.
