La villa de luxe et exotique Santionatella est située dans le quartier très recherché de Parador, en front de mer.

Cette villa de 220 m2 récemment rénovée offre un bel intérieur avec des finitions luxueuses, des jardins exotiques et une grande piscine.
La villa est située sur un terrain plat de 800 m2, idéal pour les familles avec enfants et les personnes à mobilité réduite ayant besoin d'un scooter. (Depuis la rue principale, le trottoir permet un accès facile directement à la maison).

Cette villa a été utilisée pendant tout le processus de tournage de Verano Azul, une série télévisée espagnole filmée à Nerja. Et dans lequel le réalisateur et sa famille sont restés pendant le tournage.

Cette maison est parfaite pour découvrir l'ambiance décontractée de Nerja.
Cette villa peut accueillir jusqu'à six personnes dans trois chambres confortables. Cette spacieuse villa est donc idéale pour les réunions de famille, les réceptions ou les retraites entre amis.
Des jardins tropicaux et matures entourent la villa de bananiers majestueux et exotiques de la pelouse verdoyante.
Profitez des fruits de mer frais sur le barbecue dans cette belle maison de vacances.

Cette maison est totalement accessible aux fauteuils roulants, y compris la piscine qui est accessible aux personnes handicapées

La villa a une superbe décoration nautique élégante dorée et marine avec un sens très raffiné du décor. Vitraux artisanaux dans toute la maison, sols en marbre dans le coin salon / entrée et dans la cuisine, et sols en parquet et céramique dans les chambres et salles de bains.

La cuisine ne manque de rien, avec seulement les meilleurs appareils. Cette grande et lumineuse cuisine mesure environ 60 m2 et comprend une cuisine pour six personnes ainsi que deux tabourets dans le bar à petit-déjeuner. Le plan de travail en quartz Silestone, y compris la table de petit-déjeuner, offre une durabilité extrême dans toutes les conditions de cuisson.
Les doubles portes-fenêtres, ouvertes de la cuisine au patio, vous permettent de prendre votre petit-déjeuner au soleil du matin

Toutes les suites offrent une variété d'options de literie, allant du lit king-size au lit queen-size ou aux lits jumeaux, avec un superbe sens du style et des draps de haute qualité.

* Chambre 3 Deux lits jumeaux, disponibles avec King size sur demande. La salle de bains privative comprend une douche, adaptée aux personnes à mobilité réduite et aux fauteuils roulants. Environ 10 m2. Vues sur la terrasse arrière de Bougainvilliers.

Un plan ouvert Salon / Salle à manger env. 60 m2. Offre de grandes fenêtres donnant sur le jardin, la terrasse et la piscine. Décoré avec style. The house is very comfortable and homely but feels luxurious! There is everything you could possibly need for your stay. The gardens and pool area are gorgeous and well maintained. Syreeta is a fabulous host and made everything so easy for us. We had a magical holiday and would love to go back.

We had a fantastic stay, Syreeta organised so many helpful little extras that made it very easy to travel with a toddler and a baby, she went over and above to ensure that any little issues we had were attended to straight away. Communication was excellent both ahead of our stay and during. After only a few days we were already keen to book again for next year. The location is perfect. A few minutes walk to Burriana and easy access to the Town as well. We were especially grateful for parking within a garage that meant the car was always cool when we needed to use it. Our favourite thing about the property was the beautiful pool and garden, there was so much shade which was great for little ones and also lovely spaces to eat outside including a wonderful barbecue.

Really lovely villa

This is a gorgeous Spanish villa with a lovely garden and pool. It is central for the town and the beach and has everything you could possibly need on holiday. Syreeta the owner went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for our stay!

Firstly, I cannot praise Syreeta, the owner, enough. She is so lovely, helpful, attentive, her communication with us prior to our stay and throughout has been commendable. The perfect host.As for the villa, it is perfect with everything you need to make for a lovely stay. Situated in an ideal position to access the beach and the centre of Nerja. It is spacious and clean. The welcome pack was a lovely addition and saved us having to get the essentials on our first day. We would highly recommend this property. We can’t wait to stay again in the future.

Our Stay in Nerja

We had a wonderful time during our two weeks in Nerja staying at the beautiful Santionatella Villa. The villa was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The indoor as well as outdoor spaces were lovely and and tastefully decorated. Our host Syreeta was so nice and beyond helpful and promptly responded to any questions we had. The Villa is situated in the heart of Nerja walking distance to beaches shopping and dinning. The private pool was clean and a great addition. I would book this villa again should I return to Nerja.

1 months stay in this beautiful, spacious, well-furnished villa. Indoor space, bedrooms, equipment all top quality, outdoor space included 5 eating spaces (to maximise the sun), lovely refreshing pool and loungers for everyone. Syreeta just so attentive and helpful - a real plus of the holiday to have her in communication answering any questions or giving advice and insight of places to visit etc. Perfect location to beaches, cafes, restaurants, shops, transportation.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Nerja

Fantastic villa in the centre of Nerja within easy reach of restaurants, shops and beaches. Syreeta is an amazing host who really goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need for a relaxing stay. She arranged airport transfers and ensured the property and pool were easily accessible for the older members of our party and was always contactable. Some really nice touches such as the drinking water dispensers and shopping trolleys too. Highly recommended.

We loved it.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable home in the centre of town. Walk to Burriana beach, the Balcon, the Parador, supermarkets and choice of many bars and restaurants nearby. We stayed two months in January and February. Loved walking to the beach for coffee in the morning. Best of all is the owner Syreeta who is the most attentive, responsive, efficient, friendly, lovely person ever. If you even have the smallest request or problem she will respond and sort it out immediately. Cannot ask for more. Booked again for next year.

Beautiful villa! Our first time in Nerja and we fell in love with the place! The villa felt like home,it was so clean and lovingly presented, we didn’t want to leave it. Gorgeous outside areas with plenty of relaxing places to sit in the garden, which was like a tropical oasis. Location is perfect: Short walk to Burriana Beach and the promenade,which has lots of places to eat and drink. This is a bustling beach area which stayed busy all night and has a great atmosphere . A steep walk back to the villa but not an issue for us, was worth it! A short walk in the opposite direction to a quieter area of restaurants/bars which were lovely and so handy if you didn’t want to venture into the main part of Nerja. An extra 5 minutes from here to the main town of Nerja,which was so beautiful!! Lots of narrow picturesque streets filled with shops, restaurants and bars. As well as several larger squares where you can sit and people watch. The cherry on the cake is the Balcon de Europe, a stunning view of the coastline! Our new favourite place…

Fabulous villa, every amenity, amazing host, beautiful beaches, stunning Nerja,

What a fabulous week 6 ladies had at this outstanding villa. Syreeta was the most amazing host, truly ensuring that we enjoyed our holiday from start to finish. The villa is beautiful with all the amenities and so much more. The gardens/pool area is stunning, we enjoyed our time relaxing by the pool before walking around beautiful Nerja. We all hope to be back again either together as 6 ladies or with our own families. Thank you Syreeta you made our holiday so much more special.

Santionatella Villa, Nerja - highly recommend

The villa and gardens were wonderful. Both were very spacious and the garden felt very private. The property was spotless and had everything we needed. It was great to have a private, decent-sized pool and also table tennis. Syreeta, the owner was brilliant from the moment we booked it. She provided information, recommendations and photos. She was always easy to contact and could not have been more helpful! I would definitely return without hesitation.

Perfect Villa in a great location

This is the best villa we've ever stayed in, fantastically clean and well appointed with all the essentials for the perfect stay (the kitchen is by far the best stocked with crockery, cutlery and other utensils that I've ever seen). The pool is a nice size and the garden was lovely. The location is also great - quiet but only 10mins walk into the centre of Nerja or just over 5 down to Burriana beach. The host is simply amazing, as well as providing us with a huge amount of information before we arrived, whilst we were there she seemed to be available 24 x 7 and was always very quick to answer even the most trivial of questions, as well as helping book local restaurants (Restaurant 34 is a must) and taxis when we needed them (there is absolutely no need for a hire car)

Absolutely outstanding

From making the initial reservation to arriving home the host was exceptional. Such attention to detail and couldn’t do enough for us. We were greeted by a welcome hamper and even a gift for our little girl! The villa is just amazing, beautiful, we didn’t want for anything. The grounds were lovely and it felt very private. The kitchen was well equipped and the laundry room was also great. The location was great, just a short stroll to both the town and beach, with a few bars and shops on the doorstep also. The host was very responsive, she organised our transfers, baby equipment and all other queries. We would definitely visit again!

Beautiful villa

This villa is simply the best one we have stayed in, in over 15 years of Villa holidaying. It was perfectly and spotlessly prepared for our arrival, which was a lovely experience to have at 3am and feeling tired. For the first time, everything worked! From the light switches to the utilities, everything worked. The standard of decor is high. The garden and pool area is stunning. Syreeta is a great host and manages to do a perfect job of hosting, though she is up in Madrid :-).

A six star stay

Brilliant! Syreeta is a perfect host. In 20 years of renting across the globe I have never received so much care and attention. Right from the first moment of booking to departure Syreeta was always on hand. The villa itself is very well equipped and spotlessly clean, more like staying in a home than a holiday rental. We loved the very well kept gardens and making friends with the birds that visited. The villa is located in a very quiet area yet within 10 minutes walk there are all the bars and restaurants you would want plus of course the lovely beach. Nerja is a great place to stay. Thank you for a lovely holiday and we look forward to staying again.

Spectacular!!

Everything about our stay was lovely-from Syreeta’s assistance from the moment we rented till the end. The villa is lovely and a very relaxing place to be. Our son and daughter-in-law were with us part of the time and the men made good use of the outdoor barbecue as we had wonderful steaks from the local butcher and lobster and seafood from local seafood store. Restaurants fantastic but since I know Syreeta will take care of that info I will not go further Syreeta was incredible and I thank her for sharing this lovely villa and taking such good care of us. 😊

A holiday to remember

We were a group of five seniors from N Ireland taking a trip down memory lane in Nerja. Our accommodation turned out to be a dream villa set in exotic gardens complete with pool and every conceivable amenity. I cannot think of anything needed for our stay that was not supplied. Syreeta the owner made the visit seamless with every detail taken care of from the welcome pack to our transport to and from Malaga Airport. The villa is sited within roughly a mile of all that Nerja has to offer and we walked most places. Thank you Syreeta.

Awesome villa with exceptional service in Nerja

We were persuaded to stay at this villa having read the reviews. We were not disappointed. The villa is delightful and entirely kitted out with everything you could imagine that you would need. The pool is perfect and the hot tub a treat. The positioning is ideal. Quiet, but 5 mins walk to Burriana beach and only 10 mins (if that) to all you could want in Nerja (balcon etc.). As if that wasn’t enough, the personal service that you get from Syreeta is like a high end concierge. Thoughtful and attentive throughout. Highly recommend. Though as I write this I feel I shouldn’t to keep it a secret for ourselves!
