Beautifully appointed, relaxing apartment accommodating short or long stays. We stayed 10 days. Great location nearby all the sites, yet situated in a neighborhood setting with necessities located nearby. The owner communicates very well and ensures you have a great stay. Everything is described and pictured accurately in the listing.

What a wonderful apartment! Elisabetta met us upon arrival and went over everything in the apartment. A perfect location within walking distance to everything. Loved that the apartment was above a yummy cafe! Supermarket right down the street. Everything is walkable!

Convenient and Quiet

We had a lovely stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the flat. It was within walking distance of everything including the railway station. Our VRBO host was helpful and readily available.

Wonderful apartment!

I highly recommend this place- it is totally updated, clean, well-appointed, and the host is super responsive. The location is excellent- close to all of the cathedrals and museums with a nice restaurant next to the building entry. If I get to Florence again I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful, clean and Elisabetta was delightful! The location is close too everything. The bakery downstairs is delicious for breakfast! Our family of 4 from Canada loved our stay here!

Great Location, apartment and host

There are always two questions we ask about a stay: 1) would we refer this to someone else and 2) would we stay here again? The answer to both is a resounding YES. The host is terrific, the welcome basket of goodies and even a variety of international plugs were provided. 2nd floor with a lift. Can’t say enough nice things about our stay and this apartment. The bed was also comfy!

Perfect location, top notch apartment.

The home feels newly renovated and decorated. Very clean and we loved that the immediate neighborhood felt less busy and touristy but we still could easily walk to attractions and the main train station downtown. Would absolutely stay here again. Recommend highly.

Perfect location!

Peaceful oasis in a vibrant city

Fabulous Stay

This apartment is amazing ! Vwas ery spacious, beautifully decorated and immaculate. Communication with Elisabetta was quick and accurate. Location is an easy walk to sites but away from loud traffic noise. As a single woman, I felt safe walking around the neighborhood.

Highly recommend

We stayed at this property for 6 nights in May 2022. The location is perfect for walking to all the sights. The apartment was spotless, and the host left some food which was helpful while we were getting settled. There is a cafe on the ground floor which was convenient (but a little noisy in the early morning hours). We had a wonderful stay at this property!

Perfect apartment in Florence

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Florence! It is beautifully decorated with all the amenities we needed and then some! Elisabetta is a very gracious host and made sure we had everything we needed! The location is so close to everything, yet very quiet. Check in/out was very easy and she was flexible with our arrival time and very responsive to any questions we had. We look forward to returning!!

Great apartment in center of Florence

We had a wonderful 5 day stay in Florence. The apartment is very centrally located, with most major attractions within a short walking distance. The apartment is spacious and can easily accommodate four people (two will need to sleep in the pullout in the living room). The kitchen is well stocked, and we enjoyed our breakfast 'in-house'. Elisabetta is a wonderful host. She replied to all our inquiries almost instantly and generously agreed to let us check out later than the standard checkout time. I would absolutely recommend this apartment, and if I am to return to Florence, I will absolutely consider coming back to this place if available.

Great apartment and location

This apartment is lovely. It has everything you need including a wonderful goodie basket. The location is fantastic. There is a great cafe downstairs and stores and restaurants very close by. All sites to see are within walking distance. Elisabetta is so sweet and answered all of my questions quickly. She met us to check-in and thoroughly went over everything we needed to know. It is obvious that she really cares about this property and the comfort of the people who rent it. I would stay here again as well as highly recommend it to others.

Wonderful Florence apartment

Beautifully appointed and updated apartment in a lovely neighborhood. There is a lively restaurant area just steps away. Location is optimal- between The Duomo and Santa Croce. Locals coffee shop by the entrance to the building. The only negative may be the lack of a view. But it is really the perfect place to spend a week or more in Florence.

Fabulous Apt. Close to everything

Elizabetta is a wonderful host. She responded to every request within minutes. The apartment is gorgeous, clean and spacious. The location is perfect. It's on a very quiet street and it's a 5 minute walk to every place you want to visit in the center of Florence. This was our 2nd time staying in this great apartment The bedroom is awesome and the bed is comfortable. There are lovely linens and plenty of towels. Lots of hot water in the bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need and there's a washer/dryer combo machine. The dining room and living room are extremely comfortable with great tall windows facing a pedestrian street. We love this place ❀

Beautiful space Gracious Host!

I can not say enough about this beautiful property! It is exactly as pictured, so spacious, clean, excellent location and Elisabetta is the most gracious host she has literally thought of everything. You are welcomed by her and a beautiful snack/wine basket she goes over the apartment and has a picture book that labels everything she has gone over, when using an Italian washer/dryer you will appreciate it and the clothes line! Loved having the cafe downstairs and several of the restaurants I booked were around the corner. It was so relaxing to come home to this space in the evening! Would absolutely recommend and 100 percent stay again!! Host is above and beyond! Grazie Mille for sharing your place with us!
