Appartement accueillant à deux pas de la gare centrale et station de métro de Madrid Atocha. Récemment rénové (juillet 2018), grand appartement pour max 7 personnes (85 m2), parfait pour les grandes familles. Il y a 3 chambres indépendantes et un salon avec 1 canapé-lit, 2 grandes salles de bain complètes et un coin cuisine. Tous les équipements, lits et meubles sont neufs. À quelques pas des sites touristiques, des musées et du parc central du Retiro les plus célèbres de Madrid.

Great location. Centrally located and right by a metro station. The home was as described and fit us perfectly. Did provide flight info and since the host has to let you into the unit, we were stuck waiting for them to arrive. Otherwise, would recommend this place.

Perfect location. Host terrific. Beds comfortable. Bed sheets and towels need upgrading. Couch and kitchen table are also due for an update. Didn't use the kitchen at all but all supplies there and in great condition. Highly recommend this apartment.

Central Location & Clean Apartment

This was a great location. Central to all the sights around Madrid. Big parks, museums, Atocha train station and cute streets for shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. The check-in was easy and seamless. The hosts were responsive to our questions and needs. The front door lock was a little tricky.

We have never stayed in any vrbo in any cities as noisy as this one. There is a night club KAPITAL across the street from the building, the noise level when the club closed down was unbearable. Drunk people loitered under our balcony speaking very loudly, motor cycles revving their engines, police cars roaming the streets, garbage trucks collect garbage on the street after 12AM, shop keeper closing and opening their metal shutter under the apartment. These are just some of the noises you will have to endure if you stay in the 2 bedrooms in the front of the apartment. Toilet seat is cracked and shower is not very clean. The dining table needs to be replaced as paint is peeling off, very unsightly. Overall, we do not feel satisfy with this VRBO especially with the unbearable noise level. We would definitely stay in another location like Cibeles or Salamanca next time in Madrid.

This valuation is totally absurd because we do not evaluate the property, because other properties are totally enmantenimiento ha sido pintada and arreglagada, the noise is not exaggerated as it is described and less than the result of the cleanliness is first, you should know that the algo as it is in the new property

Excellent location & very clean

This flat is centrally located in Madrid with easy walking access to major plazas and historical sites. It is just minutes (walk) from the major train station ( Atoche).

Week in Madrid

The apartment was just right for our week long visit to Madrid. The kitchen was well-stocked and grocery store just up the block. This is a great location very close to Retiro Park, Prado and metro station. We would definitely stay again.

Great Overall Stay

Location is fabulous and Valentina’s orientation was incredible. It is a really cute flat that is very well stocked. Our only issue was that the air conditioning did not work well during our stay and was unable to get fixed during our five day visit. I think once it is fixed it will be a five star.

Madrid Spring Break

The apartment was well locating near train station and metro. So many places to eat and things to do that were nearby. Very comfortable and spacious for our family of four. It was a bit noisy on the street side of the bedrooms. Overall, our family had an amazing time in Madrid!

Perfect location, huge apartment!

The 3 bedrooms allowed us to spread out and get laundry done and reorganize. Big difference from our tiny Paris hotel. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby! Definitely try the Oven Restaurant! Host was amazing and very helpful. You will truly enjoy this place!

Perfect location, nice size Flat

The flat is in the perfect location in Madrid. Close to a metro and train station and right across from Reterio Park and the Prado museum. Very clean with three good size bedrooms and two full size bath rooms. The hosts were very responsive and helpful during the stay. I will stay here again if my family comes back to Mari’s.

Great place!

Great apartment, awesome location, and kind and helpful hosts! The street noise is loud at night, so a sound machine is a must! But we had everything we needed and was very spacious. For americans - clothing dryers are not the same, so prepare to hang dry clothes. Fit our needs perfectly for our visit to Madrid!

Fantastic apartment in amazing location!

We loved staying at this beautiful apartment in Madrid. We were located close to many amazing sights. There was a metro station just 1 minute walk away which was very convenient with small kids. Hans and Valentina were amazing hosts and very helpful with recommendations. The apartment was clean and spacious. We loved Madrid!
