KALLISTI appartement en duplex (115m2) se compose du premier étage et du rez de chaussée. Le premier étage comprend une chambre double avec placard intégré, une salle de bain avec douche hydro-massage, un salon ouvert, une cheminée, donnant sur un balcon avec une vue magnifique sur la mer, la montagne et un jardin privé. Une élégante salle à manger avec une table pouvant accueillir 6 personnes, une cuisine entièrement équipée (lave-vaisselle, four, réfrigérateur / congélateur, four micro-ondes, grille-pain, cafetière, bouilloire) et tous les ustensiles de cuisine.
Le rez-de-chaussée comprend deux chambres avec deux lits jumeaux et une cheminée, une seconde avec un canapé-lit double et une armoire à miroir. Conduit à un jardin privé. Salle de bains avec douche hydro-massage, cuisine bien équipée (four, réfrigérateur / congélateur, bouilloire) et ustensiles de cuisine. Aussi fer et planche à repasser.
KALLISTI est meublé avec goût partout; conçu selon les normes esthétiques les plus élevées, avec un style et une qualité uniques, entièrement climatisé, Wi-Fi, télévision, moustiquaire, lave-linge, piscine commune, porte d'entrée sécurisée.

Les appartements du complexe KALLISTI - IRIS - NEFELI sont situés sur le front de mer de la plus belle partie de Karavomylos, où vous pourrez vous détendre et profiter de la vue imprenable sur la mer, écouter le murmure de l’eau de mer juste sous le balcon des eucalyptus se trouvant en face, profitez de la plage aux eaux cristallines. Si proche du quartier animé de Sami, il est facile de nager dans des plages aux eaux bleues claires, de se divertir, de goûter à une délicieuse cuisine locale et à la célèbre robola de vin locale, et de faire des excursions inoubliables. Diverses attractions et services sont accessibles à pied, tels que boulangerie, supérette, tavernes et cafés. Relaxing holidays in beautiful home

Our stay in Karavomilos was perfect after a stressful year. The beautifully decorated home is steps away from the sea which was crystal clear and a great alternative for those days when one did not feel like driving to one of the many spectacular beaches of the island. The owner, manager and housekeeping staff were all wonderful to deal with. Every request was met with a smile and enthusiasm to please. We can’t thank them enough and hope to return soon!

Beautiful views and Property

Had an absolutely fantastic week at the Kallisti Beach House. The property was immaculate with everything you need. The views were lovely and it was only seconds from the beach and pool. Nicolas was so helpful on hand whenever we needed him. The property was ideal for two families as it is split into two apartments with an internal adjoining staircase ideal!. A fantastic property in a fantastic area I highly recommend.

Lovely apartment

Beautiful and modern apartment in a fantastic location. The view and breezes from Karovomylos Lake are unparalleled from the very large balcony that has doors off the living room and master bedroom. We did not use the pool much but it was very large and nice and just a short walk away. In-apartment laundry was extremely useful. The 2 very large and modern kitchens were beautiful and there was also a large dining room table should you wish to eat in some nights. Although we never cooked, it was nice to have a refrigerator and coffee maker. The drawers and cabinets were stocked with everything one could possibly need from cheese graters to blenders. There was also a nice array of spices, etc. The 2 bedrooms were nice sizes with comfy mattresses and plenty of closet space. The 3rd bedroom/living space was also big but we did not use so cannot speak to comfort level. A cleaning service came approximately every 3 days to change the sheets and towels. There was a blow dryer, iron, ironing board and a drying rack and 2 TVs. We did not use the upstairs shower as it was extremely small but it was nice to have a bathroom on both floors. Overall a lovely stay in a fabulous location with professional service and communication at all times with the owner and management company. I hope to stay here again in the future!

Souvenirs Kefalonia!

Emplacement parfait pour la vue sur la mer, la tranquillité, l’accès à la plage et aussi l’accès facile aux magasins de proximité. Chaises longues pour 5 personnes, deux grandes terrasses extérieures et face à la mer. Appartement sur 2 étages, très propres, très bien équipés en ustensiles et couverts pour cuisiner sur place. L’accueil par Nicholas était parfait, fiable, à l’écoute et très disponible pour répondre à nos questions. La très bonne communication avec la propriétaire est aussi à souligner. Nous recommandons grandement cet appartement, nous y avons fait un magnifique séjour de de 8 jours en famille de 5 personnes. Merci à Nasia et Nicholas!

Very well equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect and it was a nice walk into the centre of Sámi. The whole booking process was smooth and Nasia and Alex provided a lot of help and information .

Dit huis is een onderdeel van een appartementencomplex. De indeling is wat vreemd met 2 keukens en 2 woonkamers, maar alles is aanwezig voor een heerlijk verblijf direct aan de baai gelegen. Een aanrader.

Lovely apartment in idyllic setting

This is a lovely, spacious apartment on the very edge of a complex and so nearest to a small beach. It is maintained to a high standard with a homely feel. The apartment itself, as well as the cutlery, crockery, utensils, furniture, linens and towels are very clean. Cleaners came in twice during our stay. The aircon is good (and quiet!), and there are electric shutters, so we slept well. The only slight criticism is that the upstairs shower cubicle is very small. A surprise welcome pack (including coffee, eggs, juice, water, toilet roll and a bottle of wine) was awaiting us, which was a lovely touch. It is about a 20-30 minute walk into Sami (depending on how far along the ‘strip’ you go) and it is a good-looking place with plenty of restaurants. If you don’t fancy the walk back after dinner, there is a taxi rank in town and a Spar nearby if you want to combine the ride home with a heavy shop (there is a small supermarket and bakery very near the apartment). The village of Agia Efemia is a 10 minute car/cab ride away and there are plenty of restaurants there too. Whilst hiring a car is a must if you want to explore the island, it isn’t essential for your stay here. We followed many of the recommendations in the visitors’ book in the apartment, which is worth a read (thank you everyone!). The pool in the complex is a good size, but the area around it quite small, and the sun doesn’t touch the water until the afternoon (in September anyway). However, this wasn’t a problem for us as very few people used it, plus we fell in love with Antisamos Beach (10 minute car ride) so even the diehard pool fans amongst us didn’t spend much time there. All the comms with Nasia (owner) and Vicky (Manager) were excellent. We took cabs to/from the airport (€50 each way), and our hire car was delivered to, and collected from, the apartment (€20 per day). Every review on HomeAway, and in the visitors’ book in the apartment, rates this property very highly, and I have no hesitation in doing the same.

Great location by the beach

Fully equiped spotlessly clean property, comfortably accommodated 6 adults.Quiet location, 20 minutes walk along the shore into Sami where you will find a good selection of eateries. Lovely views across the sea to Ithaka - well worth a visit on the glass bottomed boat. Good base for exploring the island by car. The booking process was easy with excellent and helpful communication.

We loved this apartment and with 3 Children there was more than enough space for them to have downstairs and their Dad and I to share upstairs. The welcome pack was more than we expected including - eggs, water, jam, butter, coffee, washing up liquid, toilette paper, shower gel, wine etc and the list goes on. Never before have we experienced this. The pool was smaller than we expected but that didn't really bother us as we were so close we made the most of what became our private spot on the beach each day we were there. The simple act of being able to make a cuppa and walk over the road to the sea was lovely. On an evening when the kids had gone to bed we would sit on the balcony and hear nothing but the sea, Bliss. The town was perfect for what we wanted with a great bakery with the largest doughnuts we had ever seen. On an evening we enjoyed the 30 min stroll into Sami to sample the different taverna's and admire the yachts. One thing we would say is stay away from the Taverna at the end of the road. The view is amazing but the food and prices do not match any of the ones in Sami. We would recommend - Faro and Mermaid as a starting point. We would also recommend the boat trip with Sami Star to Ithaca which everyone of us enjoyed. All in all the most perfect Greek holiday that had everything you could wish for and we will most definitely be back in the future. Stunning Duplex with great views.

Great location with stunning views across the sea to the island of Ithaca. Well equipped duplex ideal for our party of 5 adults. Washing machine, Dishwasher, 2 x kitchens. 2 x shower and bathrooms. Great location with an enjoyable 20-30 minutes stroll into Sami along the sea front. Local bakery and a couple of shops within 5 minutes. Great to take a swim before breakfast, or sit on the pebbled beach with your morning cup of tea! Ideal central location for exploring the rest of the Island with Antisamos a 15 minute drive, Myrtos Beach less than 1/2 hour. Highly Recommended.

We loved everything. Kefalonia was beautiful, the apartment was excellent and well located

The apartment was very well equipped and spacious with a large balcony overlooking the sea. Very relaxing and a nice spot. The pool was very pleasant especially to cool off in the late afternoon. Sarah and Nick were very helpful too.

Great apartment

My wife and I had a great 2-week stay at Kallisti. The apartment was to a very high standard with good ameneties. The location is perfect for exploring the island - most places seemed to be within an hour's drive. Even in late September we weren't short of places to eat in the evenings. Of course, the well equipped kitchen was there if we didn't want to go out to eat. If we went back to Kefalonia, we would certainly think about kallisti, or one of the sister apartments. The only thing that would add to it would be a washing machine. I must say also, that Nick and Sarah were very helpful and contributed to our enjoyment.

A Hard Act To Follow

This was our first time in Greece and it could hardly be improved. Although we arrived very late on our first night we were greeted by the housekeepers with a welcome pack and the moon rising over Sami Bay. The next morning was our first view of the spectacularly beautiful view from the balcony, across the bay toward Ithaca, a view we could never have bored of. Being matter of strides from the waters edge we were spoilt for choice between relaxing by the pool or snorkelling along the nearby reef. Kallisti is finished to a very high standard and is impeccably maintained, as are the surroundings and the pool. It could hardly be in a better location for exploring the many wonders of the island being equidistant from most of the stunning locations on offer. Locally however there are the tavernas and harbour of Sami just a 20 minute stroll from the apartment or a 15 minute drive takes you to the idyllic harbour of Agia Efimia. Luckily for us the owner, Nasia was also on her holiday at the same time, you couldn't wish for a more generous warm hearted soul! The apartment had everything we required but would benefit from the addition of a washing machine and stronger wi-fi signal but these are the only additions we could think of. We took so many wonderful photos that many of our friends are now considering Kallisti and it's neighbouring properties for next year and we'd have no hesitation in recommending it. Our Kefalonian holiday in Kallisti has been so good we'll have a problem matching it next year!

It is right on the waterfront, has a fabulous sea view across to Ithaca Island and the mountain emerging with the sea water on the other side. It provides the ability to swimm from early morning until late at night since the crystal clear water beach is just steps away from the door. Not to mention the enjoyment of a candle light dinner on the balconies with the whispering of the sea water right underneath.
At the same time is close to all the essential commodities, (within a distance of 500m).
