Great location, comfortable apartment

The listing is accurate, great location, right by metro. Beds were comfortable, showers worked well. I’d stay here again.

Barcelona 2024

A very comfortable stay overall. The only thing I would have wished for was to have the bathrooms en suite or closer to the bedrooms.

Beautiful Apartment but a bit far from Centre

The apartment was as advertised and was quite nice for2 couples in our 50s for a weekend. It is a bit of a walk to Placa Catalunya and the sites of the Gothic Quarter but convenient to Gaudi's Casa Batllo and La Pedrera.

It is a good place to stay. Had some trouble initially to make payment and went through some stressful moment because I had catch the flight and wanted to make sure I have the place to stay. I amNot sure why but there is some smell near the bathroom which was bothering all the time. May be some stagnant water somewhere or something else.

Some concerns with rental property

This was a good rental property but there were several things that were either broken or missing in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The Wifi also was not very good, it kept going out every so often and would be really slow if more than 2 people were on it.

Great Stay!

This apartment is in the perfect central location, the check-in process was easy and quick, and the apartment was clean. The only downside is the front door to the building is elevated so you’ll have to step over the elevation to get into the building and the elevator is very small so if you have a lot of luggage or people, you will have to make multiple trips. Also, one of the curtain rods in the living room fell when trying to open the curtains. I sent an email notifying the apartment company and they were quick with a response and sent someone to put the rod back up. Other than that we had an amazing stay!

A great location and nice apartment

The apartment is right in front of the entrance to Provenca metro station, on the 4th floor. Good A/C (almost too good!), very nice bathrooms. A little minimal on the cooking utensils, but then who is cooking in Barcelona when there are awesome restaurants all around? A couple of the floor tiles were loose - it would be nice if the owner/manager cemented these back in place. Quiet at night, but only a block from the upper part of Rambla Catalunya and within a stone's throw from La Padrera and Casa Battlo (and a short train ride to Park Guell). A 20 minute walk to La Sagrada. So, for the big sights, it's very convenient. Several of us attended a congress at the end of diagonal (near the beach) - this is a little more complicated to reach (you need to take the metro to Playa Catalunya, then walk a block and a half to Urquinaona, and then get another metro to the Maresme Forum stop). Once you figure it out, it's manageable.

Quartier très sympa, bons restaurants, métro juste au bas de l’immeuble. Isolation phonique pas terrible mais rien de méchant.

Très sympa

Bel appartement très bien situé. Idéal pour visiter car très central. Bonne literie propre et bien équipé. En revanche très mal isolé phoniquement : on entends les voisins de la chambre comme s’ils était avec nous. Également problème d’odeur dans 1 des salles de bain (canalisation).

Prachtig appartement, ruim en gezellig. Ideale ligging met goede restaurants in de buurt.
