Situé au centre-ville, notre appartement de deux chambres comprend une chambre double et une chambre individuelle. Il dispose également de deux salles de bains complètes et de la climatisation dans toutes les chambres. Un balcon et une cuisine entièrement équipée permettent à nos invités de préparer leurs propres repas. C'est l'endroit idéal pour un groupe d'amis ou une famille cherchant à séjourner dans une zone animée de la ville.



L'appartement dispose d'un lave-linge-sèche-linge ainsi que d'une connexion Internet Wi-Fi et de la climatisation. Il est situé au centre de Barcelone, très proche de La Rambla et du quartier de Sant Antoni.



L'appartement est fourni de serviettes et de linge de lit à l'arrivée.



Aucune fni fête ou ni enterrement de cél/vie de garç/fille ne ne sont autoautorisés..Human Prohibido consumo alcohol en la zona.



La taxe touristique n'est pas incluse dans le prix de l'appartement. Le taux en vigueur au moment du séjour sera appliqué, par adulte et par nuit, dans la limite de sept nuits.



Notre Réception se trouve au numéro 1 du Passatge Sert, où vous devez récupérer votre clé entre 9h00 et 20h00 du lundi au vendredi (sauf jours fériés de lundi à vendredi). Si votre arrivée est le samedi ou le dimanche (ou un jour férié en semaine), la récupération des clés se fait au 228 rue Aribau. Les horaires d'ouverture sont de 09h00 à 20h00. Check-in automatique avec le téléphone mobile à partir de 15h00.



Les entrées à à à partir partir de 21h h00 se font en présentiel dans dans dans les appartet ont un un un coût suppextraût de supp 30 €.

Great Gothic quarter stay for our first time in Barcelona. Two baths were great, offset the fact that the showers were very small. Extremely comfortable living quarters and primary bedroom. Very good communication with host and overall an amazing stay!

Very comfortable bed, quiet place and very enjoyable. Would give 5 stars, but the showers are very, very small. You must be a very small person to fit in them. We rested well and very much enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend!

The property was in a rough section of Barcelona. There were homeless people all around, and it appeared to be an area that was in decline. There was construction each day of the week, which started around 8am and went until 8pm. The elevator which is only large enough to get one big suitcase in was broken for two of the 7 days we were there. They did get it fixed after two days, but if you had to haul suitcases up 20 flights of stairs, it would be a nightmare. All communications are AI and it is very hard to get anywhere because the responses are quick, but generic. At around 350 a night, I think you can do better.

We understand that having to use the stairs while it was out of service was inconvenient, and we appreciate your patience while the issue was being resolved. Regarding the surrounding area and the construction works you mention, these are also circumstances outside our control. Barcelona is a busy and constantly evolving city, and construction activity and the characteristics of the surrounding neighbourhood can vary over time. Finally, we appreciate your comments regarding communication. Honest review — good to know before bookingThe apartment itself is acceptable, but there are several important things to consider before booking.The bathrooms are extremely small — uncomfortably so. The internet connection is very weak; we were unable to hold video calls, which was a real issue for remote work.The location is the biggest concern. The street is noisy, and the neighborhood feels unsafe and dirty. Uber access is a serious problem — drivers never came directly to the street, and we had to walk significant distances and wait 20 to 30 minutes for each ride. With ongoing construction nearby, getting around the area became even more difficult in every sense.Overall, the stay was manageable, but we’d recommend being fully aware of these limitations before deciding — especially if you rely on good internet or easy transportation.

Regarding the apartment itself, the layout, bathroom dimensions and general features are accurately reflected in the listing photos and description published before booking, allowing guests to review the accommodation characteristics in advance. Concerning the neighbourhood, MACBA is a very central and lively area of Barcelona, which naturally comes with typical city activity, traffic and urban noise, especially during daytime hours. At the same time, it is also one of the city’s most visited cultural areas. Regarding transportation access, temporary external construction works in the surrounding streets may occasionally affect vehicle circulation or pickup logistics. Unfortunately, these are municipal/public works completely outside of our control. We also appreciate your comments regarding the internet connection and will review this internally with our technical providers to ensure the service is functioning correctly. My husband and I stayed here while visiting our son who is studying in Barcelona. We have lived in Europe twice before and traveled extensively. This is one of the best apartments we have stayed in. Clean, comfortable bed and couch and great location.
