Entièrement équipé de tout ce qui est habituel, y compris un lave-vaisselle, un micro-ondes, une laveuse / sécheuse, une connexion Wi-Fi, une terrasse, un gril à gaz et une douche extérieure, ce qui est idéal pour rincer après une journée à la plage. L'unité de climatisation peut apporter de la fraîcheur lors d'une nuit chaude, mais la brise de l'air de l'océan est fantastique.

Great seaside getaway

Wonderful little cottage in a very quiet, yet conveniently located neighborhood. Loved the cheerful, beachy decor; peaceful and private backyard and the incredible outdoor shower!

98 Houston Road Narragansett RI

Very quint home located in a very desirable location. Walked to Wheeler Beach (about one mile - easy walk) easy access to Point Judith and Scarborough beach. The cottage features two clean bedrooms, updated bath and shower, laundry, dishwasher and outdoor gas grill. Host is very nice and responsive. We would definitely rent again next season. Lots of great restaurants within 2 mile radius. We golfed in West Kingston which was about 30 minutes away and day tripped to Newport and Providence which were less than an hour away. The AC and fans cooled the living space and made it very comfortable. The master bedroom mattress may have seen better days but the twins in bedroom two were comfortable.

Charming and Clean

This lovely cottage was exactly as advertised. Holly was easy to communicate with, entry was easy, the house was impeccably clean in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The location is excellent- close to everything- beaches, restaurants, nature, and shopping. I wouldn't say it's walkable to the beach for little kids, but it's a 1 minute drive to Roger Wheeler and Salty Brine, and 10 minutes to everything else. You can see the boats docking and going out in the morning at the port from the deck of wonderful family friendly restaurants. The beaches were super clean, great variety of waves depending on the beach, water was absolutely perfect temperature. The cottage had a great yard, a table out back in the morning to sit and enjoy your coffee while listening to the birds, with nice breezes off the coast. It was well stocked, but we brought all our own paper goods, cleaning products, towels and bedding. It was very quiet after dark, perfect for putting little ones to sleep, had an AC (although you may not need it with the breeze). I really don't have anything negative to say, the week was just perfect. We typically don't return to the same place twice, but I would seriously consider renting this sweet little house again! A Cottage That Defines "Summer Rental"

This property is an absolute pleasure for the visually oriented -- a pretty cottage on a beautifully landscaped lot and enough room to b-r-e-a-t-h-e. (No homes across the street -- an undeveloped parcel of land surrounding a water tower, from where you might see deer feeding or bunny rabbits cross your lawn.) Nice ground-level outdoor deck for meals & entertaining 4-6 people. Rooms are nicely appointed with charming cottage details like French doors, glass doorknobs, hardwood and tile floors, and built-ins. Master bedroom only has double bed; we slept on the queen pull-out in living room. Best feature: the non-stop shore breezes that wafted in from the 11 windows throughout. Has A/C unit but you won't need it. Wonderful gas stove in galley kitchen. Windowed bathroom is cramped, with shower only, but immaculate. Outdoor shower was roomy and perfect for when everyone is returning from a day at the ocean. Easy parking and a convenient garage to store your beach gear/bikes/kayak in during your stay. This cottage is best-sized for couples seeking a quiet, romantic escape OR a couple with young children. State beach is a quick, 5-minute drive if you have a lot of gear OR a 15-minute walk if you don't.

Super sweet area, rental just as described

Very much the beach property motif, a perfect rental for a small family or single renter. Wonderful area attractions close by. Neighborhood uber quiet. Nice yard front and back. Beds/mattress might use an upgrade, as could a/c also (possibly not big factors). Could use a renter's book (area maps, menus, suggestions, etc and yatta). Not a perfect rental, not supposed to be, the price was very fair for the fantastic area, and "bang for the buck" a 5 star spot! Holly (owner) easy to communicate and work with (also nicely hand delivered a jewelry item I left behind). Very nice rental, I hope to return!

Perfect for our family

House was cute and very convenient. Owner was great and easy to contact. The house is almost amazing in how it’s right in the middle of so much yet it’s tucked away and very quite. The road was almost dead quite while being close to the beaches and restaurants. Great place to stay.

Cute cottage in Galilee, RI

This little cottage was charming and suited our needs so well. We had another property we always rented in Pt Judith and booked this one only because our usual place was all booked up. We ended up liking this one better and will book it again next August, hopefully. The location is perfect, with a great back yard. We used the gas grill a lot. All rooms were great. Very cozy

This little cottage is well maintained and decorated nicely. It is 1mi from Sand Hill Cove Beach- which had perfect, small waves for my 2 and 4 year olds. The outdoor shower and garage, including outdoor items to borrow, added to its charm. The neighborhood is quiet. We spent a nice end of summer week here. If you visit during warm weather, pack mosquito spray.

Great little house for small family

The house was very well kept and clean. Just the right size for our family of three. I feel that the house can probably accommodate a family of 4 comfortably, but any more would be a bit too cozy. The kitchen appliances and bathroom fixtures are all in great condition. The outdoor patio is also a nice place to relax in the evenings. We loved the close proximity to Roger Wheeler State Beach and Scarborough Beach. We all had a very enjoyable time in the house, and in this area.

Great cottage in coastal Rhode Island

My husband and I enjoyed our week long vacation at Holly's adorable cottage in Point Judith. Holly was always available and easy to communicate with from initial planning right through the end of our stay. We particularly liked the backyard patio and ate all of our meals out there. The outdoor shower is a nice bonus, and we used it the entire week instead of the small indoor one. The house was an ideal base for exploring the area, including a day trip to Block Island, checking out several of the beautiful state beaches, and visiting Newport. We also went to Galilee several times to buy fresh, local seafood and lobster right off the boat. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely go back.

This cottage is very clean and adorable! We had so much fun. It has everything you need to cook. We even boiled lobsters and ate on the patio one night. Holly the owner is easy to get in touch with and eager to please. We will be back!

The house was neat and very clean. It had a large nicely landscaped yard with a comfortable patio. The patio was a great place to have morning coffee. The owner was very friendly and helpful if we had any questions.
